Rented a car at CarBian for a week-long trip around the Salta region and can absolutely recommend this company to anyone! Not just was the car in great condition, the customer service really stood out. I was contacted prior to my arrival in Salta to allow the agency the preparation of the contract and documents. Even though I was a bit surprised at first to get asked for driving license information etc via WhatsApp, they explained swiftly to me that they do this to avoid waiting time at the pickup of the car, which it really did. And although handing over the car went quickly (they brought us the car directly to the airport, so no transfers/searching for the agency), they still took the time to explain everything in detail and go around the car together with me to check everything is in order. The additional "if you have issues or need anything, feel free to contact us" really gives you the feeling of being in good hands. Additionally everyone I was in contact with spoke an excellent English! Thanks again guys! And special thanks to Marcelo :)

Alquilamos un GolTrend en Salta. Estuvimos a punto de contratar el servicio con otras empresas desde Bs As, pero nos parecería carísimo. Entonces lo intentamos directamente en Salta. El mejor precio, les aseguro!!! Los 2 chicos que nos atendieron : Marcelo primero y Agustín después, respondieron todas nuestras dudas y tuvieron en cuenta nuestras necesidades. Alquilamos el auto por 10 días!! Una maravilla!! Anduvo por todos lados sin problema alguno!! Cachi, Cafayate, Camino de Cornisa, Purmamarca, Tilcara y Salta capital. Después, quisimos alquilar el auto por 2 días más, pero ya tenía "otros dueños" , entonces, nos dieron un Toyota, impecable también!! Sus autos son todos nuevos y con poquisimos km. Así pudimos visitar el Teleférico y subimos hasta la Virgencita del Cerro. Nuestra experiencia fue la mejor. Por eso, decidí colaborar con quienes, como nosotras, necesitan saber de las experiencias de otros. Son un 10!!

Atención increíble, no hay mejor servicio que se cuide al cliente como el equipo de carbian, exelente atención, muy buen precio, confiabilidad y los chicos están atentos siempre al teléfono por si tenés algún problema y te lo tratan de resolver con la mejor rapidez posible ellos son los encargados de que mis vacaciones fueran perfectas. PD: no tiene inconveniente en la entrega del vehículo siempre y cuando no sea un exceso.
