I drive a truck and in order for me to get a load out of here I have to spend my money to print off their paperwork because they are to lazy to do it themselves. You can't email it to them or show them the email on your device. The workers here act like they are all high and mighty and they can do no wrong.

Worst company at airport cargo section. Waited over 2 hours to drop off a box. Made us wait in a hallway in line with 8 other people dropping off. No place to sit but on the stairs or the ground. Very unprofessional...

There is room for improvement they don't take time for that, act so surprised because fly arrived....don't they realize they work for an airline and flights arrive....??? Not enough help on forklifts...

This place sucks. Be ready to get the run around. They have an attitude like why are you here. Horrible place.
