Since OK karaoke closed down, decent karaoke bars were a little hard to come by. Mix karaoke has gone down hill with the poor menu UI and the random Chinese song content plus the drinks were extortionate now. So about Lucky Voice... It isn't cheap for the room hire... Oh no... Tenner per person... For 2 hours... Baffles me why we can't just hire the room pod instead. However the thing going for it would be the fact the English song catalogue was pretty up to date, a good mix of old and new tracks, controls and UI easy to operate. Blackstreet to U2, ac/DC to take that, sugar Hill gang to Gala. Think this our venue going forward,just wished they could sort out the charging model as it's chuffing pricey. If it's cheaper we'd go more often since we spend a ton at the bar anyways.

I booked one of the private Karaoke Booths (Lucky Voice) for my group of 8. It was my best friend's Hen Party on Saturday 1st September and one of the things she wanted to do was sing. I originally tried to book with Mix Karaoke but it was impossible to get hold of the only person there who could make a booking. I rang Tiger Tiger and they were incredibly friendly and efficient from the start. Upon arrival, we were escorted to our Karaoke room by Chloe who kindly showed us how to use everything and then left us alone. There were plenty of songs to sing and it was incredibly easy to set up. booked a vip area for my daughters 18th, unfriendly staff from the start however area we were given was ok, nibbles for 8 was meagre, had to remind them we had paid for 2 cocktails, the atmosphere was good however the security were appalling,rudely told to sit up and get our shoes back on when we were just chilling near the end of our night, the woman security was a very ignorant individual there was no need for the way she spoke to us and treat us, absolutely disgusting the way we were treated thanks tiger tiger but you didn`t ruin our night we will just tell everyone about how we were made to feel, you all need to learn some manners

Facicious bunch. This organisation is a complete shamble, I understand they have large groups of people attending their weekend events but the way they treat their customers is an absolute joke. At the time I thought it was a brilliant idea to show them round Leeds city centre and what better way to do that by going to Tiger Tiger, a place we've heard so fondly of. To my surprise it was an absolute disaster. I will not be recommending this venue to my friends or my colleagues, it's a waste of time. It's shame the venue is an absolute shamble, it really is. Great location but terrible and power tripped staff at venue.

Waited 15 mins to be seated after no staff showed up we seated ourselves (we had booked beforehand) we were then moved to another table once the waitress arrive. Then Waited another 20 mins for someone to take our order (we were just on the verge of walking out). The food was overcooked and tasted like it was out of a freezer. I do not recommend this as a eating establishment, its just a bar with a seated area at the back with no service

Came here for my hen do one Saturday 9th may we did cocktail making with miles what a lad he made us all welcome had such a laugh and good time with him then we had a meal which was beautiful staff very friendly , came back at the night for the club which miles was still behind the bar and was fanastic with us and the best night I could of asked for thank u to all the staff and miles lovely lad !!

If you're coming here for cocktails, don't. Bartender was following a recipe and actually tastes like vomit. Make a better one myself at home from following a recipe online. Also he rubbed his face multiple times before touching the shot measure.... really unhygienic and not covid safe. Staff too busy chatting each other up to realise customers looking for drinks.

Booked a table online for 6pm on a Sunday, arrived at 5.45pm to be told that they were closing for the day and the chef had gone home! Was told that they don't even normally open on a Sunday! Maybe handy if they could be bothered changing their opening hours as shown on the internet. Possibly a close shave as the place looked a dump so won't be going back.

Was not impressed with the door staff , both myself and my husband were physically grabbed and told we had to have our photo taken ? It was a female door supervisor, when did people start taking photos of people over 40 entering a club? , no asking , just grabbed as we walked in , no customer service in the place , won’t be returning in a hurry

Worst club I’ve ever been in, police arrived at 1am completely oversold, dangerous for everyone attending. Men’s toilets were an inch under what I hope was water by 12am, secondary toilets meant climbing over plywood and stack of other building equipment as they weren’t even finished. Disgusting service from all security complete shambles.

Amazing experience, lovely bar staff and will definitely be going back. We had a group of men trying to keep offering us drinks and the security guard could see me and my sis were uncomfortable and he kept on walking over to us to make sure we were okay. As girls we appreciate that so big ups to everyone there …

What a night my beloved followers (?) What a place! A couple of tastefully decorated rooms with different genres of music. The staff are super frendly (and this includes bouncers). It is located right into town across some renowned fast food chains, because let's face it, we all need one of those at 3 am ;)

Some of they security have the sia badge who don't even know good customer service I was harst for just asking a security did wrong because he was searching me aggressively and paid for the ticket they told me I asked for my money I paid you knwo what's the respond I can't get the money back

What a bunch of con artists, young girl with black t-shirt at the entrance promoting the club mentioning its busy downstairs to get us to pay to get in. Bought tickets, went inside there was about 4 people in there. Sad to have to lie about how busy it is to get people to buy tickets

Called in for a drink Saturday 10.12.22 afternoon to £11.00 for 2 cans of pale ale. Sat down to a nearly half empty venue. Within 10 minutes realised why, the place was freezing with next to no heating. Everyone sat with coats and scalfs on and some with hats too!! Will not return!!

Worst NYE night ever, even if u get a vip table you can't leave your table unattended or the cleaning people will come and take your vodka and champagne bottle that you payed 200 pounds for and the manager will just deny it and tells you that you should always attend your table.

Not worth going to. Bouncers try and scam you on the door, saying that ticket's bought through the booking app Skiddle are 'fake' then try and force you to pay for a new ticket. There is an increasing bad reputation being built here and it's obvious as to why.

Wow happy hour for cocktails/Prosecco and beers from 12-9 pm. If you want a Seat for a beverage go here during happy hour. Places to sit staff brilliant and drinks are great. Hidden gem if you need to get started on your night out.

10 quid entry for a stamp, they tell you that you can go out for a cigarette but if you do they force you to queue. Also only has one operable dance floor despite advertising 4, overpriced and undercapable.

Been here twice now. Happy hour is a must. Had an issue with payment but was easily rectified by speaking with the bar staff and was even given free shots. Will definitely be back next time we are in Leeds!

They ask for ID for everyone, I have grey hair and haven't looked underage for twenty years, the drinks are served in plastic cups and at one point the place stank definitely wouldn't recommend

The dj is boring, rude doesn’t let no song request or play any good songs that’s why there is no customers and bar tenders change price on drinks every time you go up to get served

Had the best night at tiger tiger. Great atmosphere, good priced drinks. My night was defiantly made better by a barman named Cam he was a great laugh and had beautiful manners.

Went here for a Christmas do, pretty damn bad, £500 got us a finger buffet... VIP room has tears in seats and is grubby. It had a private bar but was not staffed once.
