Unfortunately had a negative experience due to lack of communication. I called multiple times and no one answered so our booking was made over text messages. I kept asking how much the treatment would cost and my questions were ignored until the third time asking. Once my booking was confirmed i messaged a week out from my appointment and was told it wasn’t made due to there not being a deposit made and after I asked three times for bank details and still wasn’t given them I gave up and went elsewhere. No effort was made to apologise or clear up any confusion.

I bought their Groupon anti-wrinkle 2 major areas deal and paid an “extra $90” for a 3rd area on the day. It did not work well in one of the areas so I went back and paid another $35 for a top up. Less than 2 months later, everything is back to normal. They are supposed to last at least 3 months. It usually lasts 4 months for me, (probably because I’ve had decent, good products done on me before). I messaged them and they want to charge me “again” for a top up. I’m never coming back!!!

Staff were very friendly and professional. I usually feel very insecure when going to a place/ clinic for the first time. However, the staff helped me overcome the insecurity very quick through very casual conversation :D They know what is suitable and not suitable to use for your particular type of skin - and also recommended what to use/ not us best. Def would recommend this place. Though I feel it's a bit far from my place, however, I am willing to make the effort to get there :)

I bought the promo of 3mls filler package at Carina Day Spa for $1350. I had my lips and cheeks treated by Sophie. Her injection techniques were both skilled and gentle. Now that it's been more than 3 weeks since the injections, I'm extremely pleased with the results. I'm definitely planning to return for more treatments in the future!

I had a really lovely facial - The experience was very relaxing, the products they used were super soothing and smelt great, and my skin felt amazing afterwards. I had a consultation beforehand and got some great advice on how I can best manage my skin as well. I highly recommend these guys :)

Visited Carina Day Spa recently to have my lips enhanced for the first time. Sophie was wonderful at calming my nerves, she was extremely professional in talking me though the procedure and recovery process indepth and ensured I was happy with the end result. Thank you Sophie!! I will be back.

Have taken a few Hydrofacials here and really enjoyed the experience. My skin is definitely more hydrated and glowing, had many compliments. Will recommend Meng who is diligent, caring and thorough. She explains each step thoroughly and I really enjoy the whole process.

I highly recommend Carina day spa. I only have compliments to make about it. Amazing staff and service. I loved my injectable result and then the whole explanation Sophie made about my needs. I have been doing chemical peeling too, having the best treatment so far.

I have been here a few times for facial treatment. I can definitely feel my skin improved after one treatment! Candy is my facial therapist and I highly recommend her to get your skin treatment done! Glad to see how my pimples are better after one treatment :)
