Totally disgusted with this place, quoted for a new radiator, didn't need one, new headlights, didn't need them, new fan/belts and assembly, didn't need them. Turned a $2500 dollar repair into a $5000 repair, totally unprofessional and this information was passed on to both the raa and my insurance company!

My insurance company referred me to Carisbrook after an accident with my car. The team in Carisbrook has demonstrated an excellent service, i got my car much earlier than expected.

Carisbrook were given a difficult task of ordering parts from Korea during a pandemic on a newly launched model. Although we had to wait for parts they did an excellent repair job.

Work was finished nicely. Boot light was not replaced which is frustrating. Didn't keep me up to date during the repair, could definitely improve the overall customer experience.
