I have tried before going through the traditional way of getting a mortgage which is verrrrrrry long and painstaking. However the rent to own option with Carmel homes was SO QUICK AND EASY!!! I had my deposit and was in my dream home quicker than I thought. Dammy was really supportive along the way and I would highly recommend going down this route!
So far so good, they seem very hrlpful
