One of the 2 major retail stores in Westlands. Even though there are still going to expand, you can still purchase most household items. Their veggie section and frozen food dept. is fully loaded. Also, the veggies are quite affordable. It is a favourite among the Asian community but anyone can purchase here. It is almost two weeks old and it already attracts a crowd. I didn't like the long queues the first time I shopped here. Today, I found out that they have a 'less than 10' counter and I was okay. It is also accessible to those on wheelchairs. However, if you have serious chest problems, you may want to wait till they have completely renovated as it is stuffy. Yes, it occupies the space previously leased by Uchumi supermarkets.

The supermarket is located right at Sarit Center where parking is definitely ample. This is where everything is not only available but also easy to find. Prices of common items are normally discounted, better yet when you are a member of MyClub in the MAF Carrefour app. It is usually busy especially at the beginning or end of the month or in the evenings. This can feel a little inconvenient but with their app, you can scan the items as you walk around shopping and just make the payment at the counter, thus saving time. On top of that, you can make orders using the app which will be delivered in around 2 hours.

I like this carrefour. It is generally well stocked and the staff are helpful. Some areas of improvement exist such as improving their process of restocking shelves. Aisles are often blocked by massive restocking carts left around even when not being used. The fresh meat section has a slightly strange ticketing system that can be improved by some basic automation. Finally, the fresh fish section and the vegetable and fruit weighing area needs another staff member at least since the queues here often build up.

I fondly enjoy shopping here due to their low price point, vast selection of products and quality of the items. They have multiple check out points which comes in handy during rush hour. One of the few places that accepts USD cash as form of payment, something that is a plus point for tourists and expats who don't have other means of paying. Their Deli Selection is amazing, definitely worth the shopping trip.

I mostly have a good shopping experience here but there's been a couple of times that the price displayed on the shelf for an item is less than what you actually pay for. This is unethical especially for shoppers that do not check their recipet if they are being over charged! The experience is made worse by the after sales customer service specifically this lady which was quite rude and unresponsive!

Good variety as with other branches. Shed stars after waiting for a long while at the meat counter while staff chatted. Not working other tasks, literally chatting and laughing with one another while I idled away confused as to when I would receive service. Left my whole cart to go shop elsewhere. Please do refresher training so they can be reminded what brought them to work.

No store comes close in variety of stock. The floor plan can be a little confusing Nearly everything is available: from hand tools, electronics and alcohol to fish, ready to eat food pet food & accessories and grains. After shopping for other things in Sarit Centre, Carrefour is an excellent place to pick your household consumeables before heading out.

Extremely dissatisfied and dissapointed by their delivery service. I don't know why they bother putting delivery time slots if they can't even meet that minimum expectation! Also, why do they keep packing toiletries together with food items... I mean basic knowledge dictates that food items should be in their own bag! Ergh!!!

Carrefour Sarit Center is one of the best but they pretend to offer free parking if you spend a certain amount which seems like a lie. I spends more than 5k every time, go to the parking machine and nothing happens. Today I had to go back twice and finally paid. Don't give empty promises yet we are always organized... Petty

This place gets three stars because of the number of things they arbitrarily decide not to carry, like sanitiser and incandescent light bulbs. Also it takes forever for restocking of items they do carry to take place. Now the good stuff. The prices are great. The returns policy is great. The price guarantee is great.

Huge with a variety of stuff. They have offers running most of the time to keep customers coming. It's easier ordering from their app/ online, however you'll realize if you are shopping for vegetables, you might not receive the freshest and refunds take a damn long time to be honored.

There was very many cashier's, the was literally no lines and everything well labeled. The service offered was amazing. What happened to scan and go? Its no longer available in the app. And the WiFi issue would really help considering the network doesn't work that well down there

A large store located on the lower ground level of the Sarit Center, Carrefour is very well stocked with practically every item one may require. The store is very spacious, which makes for a very pleasant experience for someone like me who values her space in the supermarket.

Very poor services in the beauty aisle on several visits to this branch. I experienced a very rude attendant at the same aisle after a simple enquiry. It's like they don't want to work there. Also, second time there's been an error where my item was scanned twice.

Clean, organised and well spaced out...you can find almost everything hence the 4 star rating. However, the workers always look sulky, unfriendly and feel they are doing you a favor by assisting you. The cashiers are very slow. Take a leaf from Chandarana please.

A serene place to be for all kinds of shopping from food stuff, fresh veggies/fruits, kitchenware, toiletries, clothing, electronics which are well displayed on one ground for easy spotting as well as those on Promo strategically located. Quite a floor plan

This is one of the places that has everything, I'm talking stationeries, toiletries, food products, furniture, electronics, beddings and the list goes on. It's also inside Sarit which makes it even more accessible.

It's very good in terms of shopping since you have everything just around you so one has to not think of either the elevators or stairs that much plus it's very spacious with various parking areas too

Bad staff and the most horrible service.!! When you buy online you will not receive everything and the service centre will not help you getting the items you have paid already.
