I am sorry but I did NOT have a good experience. This review is supposed to be taken as a feedback. Firstly, Mr Saadat (the owner) gave me the appointment for 10:30 and I was there at the given time. I waited for two full hours there before for the PDR technician to arrive. In these two hours, I made numerous calls to the owner, sadly not even one call was answered and I was never called back later either. Secondly, their service PDR might be a good “dry denting” service for vehicles with large dents, and for people who just want to get their dents popped out in a better way than road side denters with metallic hammers in their hands. Their service should only be advertised as a dry denting service but not as PDR. PDR does fix 99% of the dents. Including hairline ones. But they have no idea how to do it. The technician didn’t even use PDR light to fine tune it. The technician was really not that experienced. I had a small ding I wanted to get fixed, he used glue pulling method and pulled so hard that my paint got peeled off. Their own painters and the PDR technician confirmed it was all original paint, and I am the first owner of this particular vehicle so there’s no doubt on the re-paint. As I said, it was a ding, that needed to be fixed with a “PDR rod” rather than glue pull. And the irony is, the ding was still there! It was never fully removed as promised/ advertised and they made it even worse! I took it to another workshop yesterday, they performed the required PDR the way it was supposed to be and they removed that ding using just only rods and PDR light. Now obviously the peeled off paint could never be fixed now but what you guys advertise as PDR is not PDR, using a couple of glue tabs to pull off dents doesn’t quality you as a PDR expert workshop. I am sorry, but my experience was really pathetic and frustrating. You guys really oughta value your clients time. I still paid for the job which I later realized that I shouldn’t have even as a courtesy. Please either do not advertise yourself as a PDR expert workshop or acquire proper tools and skillset to perform one. Thank you

I went to the workshop today after appointment for dry denting of my wagon R. I read some good reviews from pakwheels and decided to test them. They charged me Rs. 5500 for dent on fender, door and back. My car was insured so insurance part covered Rs. 5000 and I have to pay Rs. 500 only. I will talk about some pros and cons and then let you know about my final result. Cons Workshop was very dirty and it is the fact that it is the dirtest of all i have ever visited. I was given seven hours for all the process while in actual it took them nine hours to complete the task. Keep in mind that they are very careless specially the office staff and dont bother to roam here and there and leave the the work behind. They wasted so much time in gup shup and interfering each other's work. My work was hardly a matter of 2 to 3 hours maximum but they wasted my whole day. Pros To me the only advantage is that the person named Wajid (denter) can do way better than he did in my case. But he too is not keen in his work and like to take part in gupshup during his work due to which he is lagging. Final Results: I am not dissatisfied but also not fully satisfied.

My car was hit by a motorcycle and got a dent on the trunk lid. I was looking for a good dry dent removing workshop in lahore. I came to know about Cartech Autos via Pakwheels forums/discussions. I called Mr. Sadat and shared some pictures of the dent. He told me that it can be removed and that it will take roughly 3 hours to remove the dent. He asked me to visit the workshop in the morning next day. I went there with my father. We found them very professional and they entertained us exactly at the exact time slot that was given to us on the call. They worked very patiently, diligently and with great delicacy to fix the dent. We were very much impressed by the workmanship and professionalism. We are happy with the results and the dent is barely noticeable now. I would definitely recommend Cartech Autos.

First impression of the workshop wasn’t great,It looked filthy and kind of unprofessional,I was visiting them for a dry dent,My car had a ding on left door,A moron just opened his door and hit my car when it was parked . It was hurting me as the car was brand new.I had consulted few denters on whatsapp and they were asking to open the door and then they’ll push the ding out but here they use pulling out method as well which normal denters donot,It took almost 2 hours but end result was great Even I couldn’t locate the door ding,The Guy named Qamar is quite a skilled guy when it comes to pulling out dings/dents, I’ll definitely recommend people to pay them a visit

Visited them for dry denting of my car. Much hyped place for dry denting. My personal experience: They're least bothered about the customer visiting them as no one attended me for 15-20 minutes even after talking to different workers there. Secondly, their rates are exorbitantly high. They gave me quotation on 8000 (7000 after discount) and the same work was done by another workshop in JT in 3000 Rs (so perfectly that no one can judge a dent). This is my honest opinion about this workshop They should work on their customer service and pricing

Dear Friends, Visited Cartechautos Yesterday in lieu of My santro Executive 2004 Model missing and bad pickup problems, After Maintenance done I was surprised All maintenance problems resolved with standardized way. Found a little bit costly But maintenance standard was very good. Having a very professional maintenance Team. Found Mr Sadat is Decent person. I have gone there to replace steering pump seals but firstly their mechanic says that full steering pump will be replaced. when I insist for only seal replace. they have only one steering pump pulley seal change from outside and charged me Rs 2000. Charges should be maximum Rs.1000. But they have charged me Rs 2000 for 15 minutes work and seal was also not so expensive . disappointed. and 3 hour wait for this little work. Work is fine but charges are high.

Non experienced. They wanted me to change all of the sensors of my santro. Told me they have to take out all of the wiring and alot of changes. I took it to my old mechanic and all he did was loosen my car's tapets and told me the 2nd piston plug is not working due to oil's moisture because of bad rings. Fixed new plug with adapter and now its all fine in just 2500rs. Cartech wanted me to pay 15,000 for all the new sensor and stuff. Not reliable!

This Sadat guy is fraud. Poor quality work Before leaving Islamabad i contacted this guy “sadat” sent him photos and asked is it repairable? And he replied yes, he not only broke the seal of my bonnet but also did poor quality paint job on it, before and after pictures are in-front of you He use fake before and after photos in his social media marketing

They have a big team of honest workers. Will update after my first experience with them. Been more then a year and they really provide great service. My go to auto workshop Updated: The service standard has not gone down in the last two years. Excellent service, they really deliver and follow up their work guarantee

I visited them yesterday to get an estimate for a very minor (almost invisible) dent removal which could be removed just in one attempt with suction. Unfortunately they gave an estimate of 7000/- something which could have been done merely in 500 to 1000 only. Very costly. Not recommended

Very unprofessional approach. Was given 9:00am time for car work but workshop was locked at 9:50am and attendant told me boy will be there in 5 minutes. After 40 minutes I called him again and he declined my call. Visit if you have a lot of spare time.

Have best experience with these guys. Sadaat Bhai is a sweat person, the quality of mechanical and engine work is very good, have overhauled two of my cars engines with them and they are working like a charm, Highly recommended.....

D/P Work of my Altis done by Cartech was quite satisfactory. Saadat Sb himself supervised the work and keept me updated on whatsapp. Thanks for finishing job within promised time. Highly recommend for D/P and vehicle maintenance.

I would say average quality work. They repaired my fender. Although it was looking better but don't expect dents to go away 100% there will be always scratch marks and blemishes. So don't expect something magical to happen.

Bad experience. I went for dry denting but they didn't fix the dent properly. They are not professional people as for as dry denting is concerned. They have very low class, rough and very untidy garage and staff

got my white car dent removed from them . 97% recovered. a very little hard to notice line is visible . i am satisfied from there work. i would rate them 8 out of 10 . 2 marks deducted for the dirty work space

They provide good service but their rates are very high. I call them for denting and painting they gave me estimate cost between 50 to 60 thousands and Toyota Walton were charging lower than Cartech Autos.

They have latest tools for dealing with dents that other denters don't even think are possible to take out. I had a dent on my car's pillar. They removed it to its finest.

All management and Labour are hard worker. I am impressed with quality ,technique and exact fixing trouble codes in my car. Perfect in mechanical and electric work.

I had an incredibly disappointing encounter with Cartech; it's nothing more than an ordinary workshop using outdated techniques and staffed by unmotivated workers.

Too much expensive and poor quality of work. The local vendors can do the job in less than half the amount with better results. Disappointment.
