The food came in a reasonably timely fashion for a table of 10. Our starters included nachos, plain, beef and loaded fries. The loaded fries were super tasty. The pain nachos were nice but could have done with a bit more seasoning and jalapenos. I had an enchilada and boy it was much bigger than I expected as featured in the photo. The food was a little on the cold side which I put down to a large table and lots of beans but it would have been nicer if the melter cheese was still warm/hotter. Again a bit more seasoning would have upped the flavour of this dish. Staff were friendly and attentive during service but they did seem distracted towards the end of the night with cleaning up rather than checking the counters (we waited patiently to pay our bills).

TOO SALTY. Specially fajita was awful. We ordered beef fajita and as soon as we tasted it, all of us said “omg it’s tooooo salty that I can’t even swallow it”. So we told the server how we felt. And she said that “they don’t use any salt in fajita, but use seasonings.” I can make much better fajita at home with Woolworths seasonings and a market beef. Just awful. We also ordered a pulled beef taco, guacamole and chicken burrito. Guacamole was good. Nachos just tasted like good chips from Woolworths or other markets. The beef taco needed more salt. Lastly, the chicken burrito was just so-so. A little bit salty.

We were lucky to be squeezed in tonight, so we were quite grateful. However, the service to follow was a bit patchy. The table next to us (Jenna and co) were extremely loud and intoxicated on arrival. Despite this, they continued to both squeel loudly and be served cocktails while we waited a long time for our first drink which was definitely required for medicinal purposes by the time we got it. Seems like a great place for TexMex in Hobart but the bar service was pretty underwhelming and was served with a bit of attitude on the side.

The food was just wonderful. Only complaint is that we ordered 3 tacos and a drink each at the same time, and they all came out at different times my wife's food first and mine several minutes later. Had to chase the drinks up twice, got one of them quickly after asking, but mine only came after I had asked again and it finally arrived after I had finished my food.

Great food, served quickly. Service after eating (to get the bill) was slow despite the staff asking us to be quick with our meals due to the table being booked later on. Overall a good restaurant

This is a fabulous Mexican restaurant. From the decor to the music, friendly staff and great food. The tacos I had here were better than the ones I had in San Antonio, Texas. Not too expensive either.

We came here twice during our stay in Hobart, so if that says anything about this place, is that it’s absolutely worth it. Happy hour margaritas and the endless list of flavours got us returning! Not to mention the food was grouse.
