Very disappointing. Myself and my partner came to use the hammam on a Friday night in July for the’ Two of a Kind Pamper Day with Four Treatments’. We paid £99 and I feel incredibly short changed. The changing room of the venue was laughable. It had a couple of stools, lots of used flip flops (not slippers) and the cover to the door didn’t cover it so people could look through and everyone was to change in the same small space. The towels were old and there were no ‘robes’ as promised. The treatments themselves were a few minutes each. For the body scrubs/mud we were expected to put half of it on ourselves as the therapist literally threw them on us in the steam room, it wasn’t dissimilar to a applying a quick scrub in the shower. It was impersonal and rushed and far from relaxing. We weren’t offered and didn’t receive the honey hair mask/seven oils treatments. For the head massage/foot massage we weren’t given the option between the two and each lasted 5 minutes, barely enough time to relax. The therapist whilst friendly took great delight in telling us about his council house in Pimlico and how he came to the UK as a last resort as he couldn’t get a visa to his preferred countries. We barely had time to stop before we left. That’s a total treatment time of 15 minutes and one treatment missed out. We didn’t feel relaxed at all, I was not expecting to share a therapist the whole time with another two people and for £99 was expecting a lot more. Although we were late to the appointment we were told this wasn’t a problem and not to worry at reception, not once was it stated that our treatments would be compromised. Even if we were on time I doubt the treatments would be any different as there was another lady there who arrived on time and received exactly the same as us. My verdict? Not a hammam experience at all, rather a small converted flat on Edgware Road (by all the Kebab shops etc) trying to make money through unrealistic expectations set on their website. I did complain about this to them to which they offered me £25 discount to use there at a later date to which I did not think was reasonable at all, I have since responded twice but they have not got back to me.

Okay, I brought the exotic pamper package (i think that's the name), but it was £180, it was a treat for me and my little sis for her birthday. The ladies there were extremely attentive, had great banter and were very professional. The treatment itself was lovely, the scrub was lovely, felt extremely clean and skin felt soooo soft, and still does (3 days on). The massage was so relaxing, probably the best I have had! However....for £180 I expected a little bit more luxury, the locker room was very basic, after having such an amazing massage, the body lotion was one from lidl/aldi. In the showers, when asked to rinse ourselves/wash our hair, the shampoo again was a lidl/aldi mens shampoo, I was not expecting Aveda, but maybe l'oreal or that calibre. The toilet needed a good going over, there was no towel, and no paper towels to dry hands, just used the toilet roll. The tap needed a good clean, was full of limescale, just a spray of limescale remover would of done the trick. The relaxation room, smelt damp, some scented candles would of helped. The massage room was ssoooooooooooo basic, and very unwelcoming, again the decor and some nice candles would of been suffice. If i had paid £100 I would of swalllowed the above, but having paid nearly £200 I did expect more, the pics are no way like the "real thing". I fought with myself whether I should write this review, as I felt guilty as the physical experience was lovely, and the ladies were so warm, but to me I went there for the luxury as portrayed in the pics, and I did not get it. I feel the price did not justify it, but I did enjoy it. Also when I was having my massage, either the massuer had her phone in her pocket or on the massage bed, as i could feel the phone vibrating, and at one point one of them either was listening to a voice note or something was playing on the phone. It was just the little things that could of made a difference. Also the steamer was hidden under a desk with a plastic cover on it, and was pushed thru a hole in the wall, just lack of that l'il bit of luxury was missing.

I definitely don't recommend this place. I bought a voucher as always wanted to try hamman experience but as my calls nor emails were never answered I cancelled the voucher and got my money back. After about a year I bought another voucher not realising that it is the same place. This time after a few trials I managed to book an appointment. I came on time and was made wait whilst the receptionist and some other women that seemed to be visiting her all were having a friendly catch up talking in Arabic in front of me. After about 15 minutes when the visiting women left I was started being served and basically I was constantly being left alone. After I prepared myself there was no one around and I walked and search for someone for about 10 minuts to help me so I can start my "experience". The women appeared at some point and took me downstairs when I was taken to a first spa, put quickly some soap on and left there. I was actually really cold there and it was far away from being pleasant. Then I was moved to another sauna with a mud, I was asked to lie down on the tiled seat but it was all so cold I really didn't feel like it and asked for some towel to put on it. The lady was hesitant as she didn't want to dirt a towel and eventually gave me some piece of cloth and quickly put the mud on me. She also told me that it can be a bit cold as I am the first customer of the day and some time is needed to get the place warm. After that I was left alone and I was really cold. Eventually I could take a shower that warmed me up a bit and was left in a relaxing room on soft pillows with warm tea that I really needed as I was desperate to warm myself up. Then I was informed that my experience is finished and I can leave whenever I am ready. Well I left and hope never to return.

Best experience I've had. We were met at reception by a very lovely young man named Ramy. He was very well spoken and polite and explained the different packages without pushing a sale. My friend and I upgraded for the full morrocan package and a body massage. We were given complimentary tea whilst we waited, then we were directed into the changing rooms where Fadwa greeted us and explained what we will be doing step by step. The place is so clean and it smells so authentic and tgr moment you go downstairs you feel so calm and relaxed. It was 10 minutes steam the ghusul was applied on our bodies then another 10 minutes of steam and the girls Fadwa and Clara scrubbed our bodies very well and it was very thorough and therapeutic. Then another 10 minutes of steam and then we had chocolate mask on our bodies and mud masks on our faces and left for a further 10 minutes in thw steam room. It was amazing! Next we had our showers, they provide shampoo and conditioner and towels slippers and hair towels too. Then after shower we were led into a lovely sitting area with traditional furniture were we were served tea and fresh fruit whilst we were given a lovely foot massage. The girls were extremwly friendly and professional from the start to the end. After the little foot massages we were led into the massage room and had the BEST and most relaxing full body massages. It was just the best. We would definately come back here and highly recommend it and please ignore the bad reviews as this place has been running for 13 years and its getting better from strength to strength. Unfortunately this ‘spa’ was v disappointing. Only reason I’m not giving 1 star is because it’s unfair to the poor girls who work there, they are a credit to this shambolic company. Where do I start…in summary…mould and stench do not make for a relaxing enjoyable time. The reception area is not welcoming but you think ok it will be different inside. Then you make it to the changing room….dirty used towels in the cubicles… the changing room is too small to cope with the clear overbooking…there was one toilet which was filthy with used tissues on the floor… You then haphazardly make it downstairs holding on for dear life to the bannister because of the slippery wet steps…an accident waiting to happen… The spa is in the basement that reeks of damp. They are clearly understaffed and there is no personalisation on the service offered. Very much chain belt production line who’s next type of experience. The girls worked hard with the exfoliation and massage etc and it’s clear they had had busy days. I obviously appreciate management need to make money but either book less clients or get more staff. It’s also a a pity the management couldn’t use slightly higher end brands than Aldi shampoos and lotions. They need to have one member of staff dedicated to constantly cleaning. The relaxation area was so unwelcoming with the mouldy walls and broken ornaments that we barely wished to sit down. We didn’t share our comments with staff as clearly all the problems are management issues and to be honest we couldn’t wait to get out. Won’t be going back…

Update: Issue has now been resolved since posting this review. Happy with the service provided on previous visits my only issue was with trying to get a refund for a cancelled visit. Refund has now been issued. I have been to the spa before and I had a wonderful experience! However, having to cancel an appointment recently I have since been trying to get my money back for over a month with no/little response from the team. This is such a shame as I had a great time on my previous visit and have recommended to friends since. I would not recommend again unfortunately due to the lack of communication and slow refund policy. I'd also like to add that the reason I had to cancel was due to the spa becoming female only and no communication of the change. I had booked this for my husband and I as a special treat the day before our wedding day.. however a week before I checked on the website and noticed that it was now women only. Again, there was no communication to me even though my booking was clearing for a couple and booked during the limited time men were allowing inside the spa. I was very disappointed as I had been telling my husband how wonderful it was and how much he would enjoy it! I do understand that the business made the decision to change to female only, but they should have communicated that to their current bookings to avoid last minute disappointment. Overall, very unhappy with the service, or lack of service, I have received recently.

The couples escape package for 375 was booked. After showing us through the entrance to the back of the shop, I was surprised to see a very mouldy back changing area with peeling paint, no chair inside the changing rooms, very grim looking. The mirrors in the area were full of fingerprints and had obviously not been cleaned. We were there at 11am ! The spa area is downstairs where we were led to.a steam room.and the treatments started. The scrub in the steam room and face pack etc were great, although it would have been nice for the ladies to.explain each stage and what they were doing. Then the massage and facials, again no explination of what was being applied and why, I had to ask each time and no explinations, no questions about skin types, allergies. I found one of the products stung my face and left me red for 24 hours but it subsided, I can't say which as no information was given. The massage was meant to be with 2 people doing the treatments but only 1 was available, which was ok. As we were leaving one of the women from the other rooms started complaining as I had my male.companion with me. She did not like the fact the spa.was mixed, surely this is also explained to people there! The lunch place included in the package was quite a walk away, this was also not explained, neither was the food that was included. Although my day was ok there is ALOT of scope for improvement.

I had experienced a traditional hammam before and so knew what to expect. If you are not too sure, go with an open mind. I left here feeling rejuvenated with my skin glowing, but you should not expect a five star luxury experience, though I would say it is better!!!! It can be a little painful but in a good way and the staff do everything they can to make you feel welcome. I started in a steam room ( a proper one where you cannot see the other people), I was in with a lovely couple who I got chatting to. This can be social experience, and I would say just try and relax. I then was soaped and rinsed. After this came the mud which makes you feel clean all over. The plunge rinse was welcome. Without meaning to sound annoying - you really connect with your body and senses - you do not feel like you are minutes away from marble arch!And then after a shower its foot massage and chillout time, I would go back in a heart beat. try something new - totally worth it! Facilities were clean and staff, especially the owner, go out of their way for you. Hint: I went in late afternoon having skipped lunch. Do not do this: The staff looked after me, gave me some sugar and I was back to normal. Thanks for looking after me ladies!!!!

A traditional Moroccan Hammam. Note: The steam room, Hammam and massage area is shared with other women. It is not a solo or private experience. All female staff are friendly. I purchased the 90 minute hammam and massage package for £78. Make sure to bring your own bikini and non-slip flip flops / sliders! For the full experience, it’s better to opt for a bikini (top & bottom separate) so all areas of your skin feel the full benefits of hammam! On arrival, after changing into your bikini / swimsuit, you’re taken downstairs to what I can only explain as a trip to Morroco with authentic decor and areas. The hammam commences with a quick shower, followed by approximately 30 mins in the steam room. Finally called for 20 mins exfoliation, featuring a hammam mitten glove. Which removes ALL dead skin on the body. The a shower to wash yourself thoroughly and a lovely area to chill out, drink mint tea and water before being called for a 30 mins body massage. The only drawback of the massage is that the back of your body is massaged only, not your front too.

What a fantastic experience from start to finish! I booked the hammam for my birthday to relax with my girls. We were greeted by a polite and friendly guy when we arrived and we were shown to the changing area by Nadia. When we went down to the steam room, it was so relaxing and the black soap scrub was amazing. We didn't have to do a thing... Just pampered from head to toe. The ladies were so friendly and had a good laugh with them. Nadia looked after me in particular and she made feel so comfortable. She walked me through the foyer covering me so I wasn't seen by the men in the spa in my swimsuit, which I thought was so respectful!! She was so lovely, I'd go back just for her to be honest. And to top it all off, we had Moroccan tea! What more could I ask for? Absolute 10 out of 10 experience and will most certainly be revisiting! Just a disclaimer, don't expect to be productive after your spa... You'll be so relaxed, you won't want to do anything else! Haha. Thank you all so much for a lovely birthday! :)

I bought a Hammam experience for my mother on Mother's Day (11th March) via wowcher and was quite unsure as to how it would be as I read the (mixed) reviews after I'd already booked in the session. Of course I wanted it to be a special treat for her and I was really worried that it might not be BUT it was actually a really positive experience! My mum absolutely loved it and felt so relaxed and pampered from it all that she says she wants to go again and, after I had had a peak of her in the relaxation room I now also want to have my own Hammam experience and so do the rest of my family! Thanks to Helen and the lovely therapist lady who took care of my mum and made her feel so revitalised. (I didn't get the name of the therapist, a young lady with dark hair, very friendly and who let me go downstairs to collect my mum. Please tell me her name so I can book in with her next time!) Such a lovely surprise and also an unexpected gem of a find. Thank you Casa Spa and wowcher! Renee

I agree that this place is a hidden gem. At first I was a bit nervous due to the 50/50 reviews about Casa Spa but when we finally went to our spa booking (and we booked a couples package which was the Exotic Rural Package) it was very good and relaxing. The staff were hospitable and were very clear with each stage of our spa treatment. We even had a really nice conversation with Harold (if im not mistaken with his name) during our reflexology time. And we also met Helen who ensured that everything was going well. We were greeted in the beginning with some mint tea and towards the end were given fresh sweet fruits with moroccan tea. Our favourite part was the full body mud mask and face mask we felt really refreshed! This was our first time to experience a spa treatment and Casa Spa definitely made sure that we had a relaxing well spent time. This was my birthday gift for my boyfriend and he really enjoyed it! Thanks again!

AVOID!! Firstly, the experience seemed relaxing and nice at first. however, men were able to walk past and see woman getting changed. there was no privacy at all. We had asked and booked out an area for woman only, the female manager was extremely rude, and tried to bring men into the room with us. we obviously had no choice but to leave. the female manager then accused the bride (the occasion was to celebrate a newlywed friend) of stealing a watch, out of nowhere! `this was not only absolutely abysmal behaviour, it was out right rude, disgusting and frankly I would never step foot this in place. Trust me I saw the pictures and thought it would be good, but if you want to actually enjoy your day, never step foot in this place. The female managers son was at the reception, he was not helpful and kept telling us to ignore his mother. extremely unprofessional. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Me and my friend went for the exotic pamper package yesterday which cost £180. For the amount we paid we expected very high standards, but poor facilities and poor customer service made the whole experience very disappointing. I would not recommend this to anyone. Changing room is very small with 3 cubicles. You then have to go down some tiled slippery staircase to the treatment area. We were shepherded around with workers standing guard outside shower room and ordering us around. Everything felt very rushed. Some of the workers showed no consideration whilst chatting and having a laugh between themselves in their language during the scrub and massage treatments. The relaxation area doesnt seem hygienic. There were some workers who were nice, however this experience doesn't warrant the high price. We will not be coming back here.

Booked a spa day for my mum, the manager was extremely rude after making my mum wait half an hour for her appointment which didn't end up happening because of some issue with a masseuse. She was very insistent on not giving us a refund but wanted my mum to reschedule which we didn't want as the spa looked absolutely terrible. After lots of bickering she eventually agreed to give us a refund and threatened to call the police at one point even though we wanted our money back. Don't waste your time and money by going here, the management and spa is terrible! Edit: in response to casa spa’s message - this is infact a review for your spa, the booking took place last year in February. No idea why you didn’t record this, quite obviously about your spa, what other spa has a manager so many people have complained about!

Fantastic treatments in a lack lustre setting. I had a full body scrub and massage. The scrub was fine, although the wet room was unheated. It was -1 degrees today so the last thing I wanted was to be naked and wet in an unheated room. It really took away from the experience. I wasn't expecting much from the massage but it was absolutely fantastic. Only problem was that the phone kept ringing and my masseuse kept leaving the room to answer it. Disappointed to see Aldi shampoo in the shower. Also, the back door to the changing room was left open, revealing a dank alleyway full of trash that should really be hidden from customers. This place needs more finess. The staff are clearly very good at what they do but are over stretched and deserve a spa environment that enhances their skills instead of hindering them.

Absolutely shocking and rude lady owner called Helen who was so rude to her staff to the point I felt uncomfortable. She had a face that would scare a lion and she was also shouting at two other customers in the shop while I was there. I booked a massage and scrub and I heard her shouting at the female staff, I was infuriated as the poor girl clearoy did not feel comfortable washing and scrubbing men which is perfectly acceptable and should have been respected. However the owner shouted at her and forced her to scrub and wash me and I felt this place was like an abusive factory set up to take your money, treat staff and customers badly. Worst experience I have ever had! To the owner, if you are reading this I suggest you treat your customers and staff with more respect and not like cattle.

The staff are all friendly but I found the whole experience and service very rushed. The package I choose was 1.5 hours including a 20 mins steam room which I didn't get rather a 10min rushed visit while the steam room wasn't ready. My sister and I had the whole treatment within an hour and was moved so quickly from each room and even from the shower as they had other ladies coming in. After our last last foot massage we was told we can change. We was even told to take our belongings out the locker as others waiting to use them even though they had over 20 lockers. Leaving us to rush and change and get out. My sister wasn't very impressed and we both had better spa day. We definitely won't be going back and management need to review feedback and make improvements.

Honestly, I was skeptical when I booked because I read some reviews which were horrible and I wanted the experience to be amazing as a surprise for my sister. I don’t think I’ve ever felt the same level of relaxation and peace in a very long time, I absolutely loved it. My skin felt so smooth after the exfoliation process in the hammam and I don’t think I had ever been stress free as I had been during the massage. I recommend you going there 100%, the vibe is out of this world especially their pillow room. The spa is a bit small but that didn’t affect the experience at all, it was clean and the staff were respectful and so sweet. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 star is because it was a bit pricey personally but i would definitely come back on special occasions!

The worst spa experience of my entire life, couldn’t wait to get out!! The place is so dirty, there are no words to describe it! There’s mould everywhere and the smell constantly turned my stomach. The steam room is dreadful, they constantly ask you to sit down in dirty places. I had to wait half an hour to get the worst massage possible. People kept opening the door while I was on the massage bed, never seen anything like it! The massage was extremely rough and unpleasant!! It’s rather questionable whether the person was actually qualified to give a massage at all!? Don’t waste your money here, the Ladies retreat at £118 is an absolute rip off and complete waste of time! May as well get a scrub, a face mask from a shop and a decent massage somewhere else.

Booked for a sister spa day on a Saturday morning, with the exotic pamper package. It did not disappoint! The whole experience we enjoyed, feeling very taken care of and pampered by the fabulous ladies (incredibly friendly and hard working). The scrub was heavenly and we felt like brand new women stepping out! We’ve had Hammam treatments in London before at fancy hotels, but this seemed far more authentic, amazing value for money, and just like a sisterhood gathering in a safe space. There were others using the facilities at the same time, but it was never overcrowded. Whilst some may judge the changing rooms and relaxation space as “tired”, we felt it added character to the experience. Such a gem on Edgware Road, and will definitely be back!

We visited casa spa as a girly day out...We loved the hamam experience and the scrub. The massage was absolutely amazing and we felt very relaxed and rejuvenated. The ambience was very peaceful. The relaxation room was comfortable and well lit for the perfect mood. One thing I would say needs improving is the reception and changing rooms/locker area . Our initial thoughts when we entered put us off because it all looked outdated, fortunately the rest of the experience was amazing. I think refurbishing this area would definitely make it better as first impressions count. Also the lighting in the shower area needs to be brighter as it is difficult to see in there. We will definitely book again as it's great value for the treatment provided.

Was not as shown in the pictures, the pictures made it look a lot nicer, newer and bigger than it actually is. Casa spa was very run down and wasn't worth the price tbh. The staff that done the actual treatment were very nice however, I was disappointed with the experience. Another problem was that I was told that it would be women only from 11 to 3 however, I arrived at 11 to find there was a man having treatment, therefore, we were unable to go into that steam room even though the one we were in wasn't working properly!! After our treatment we were also expected to sit in just our towels and nothing else opposite this man without anyone asking us if we would mind even though I specifically asked for women only time.

Me and my husband went there for our anniversary and had a Hammam for two and gave the receptionist the price as she didn’t know what was on the website. I asked if I could have a foot massage instead of reflexology and all was agreed and I was given a price. On the day of the treatment the receptionist started talking about reflexology again after I already said I didn’t want it. I had to pay an extra £12 on the day as I wanted a foot massage instead of reflexology and by the time I went to the cash point as their card machine doesn’t work to give the extra £12 she had forgotten! Apart from the forgetfulness and being charged extra the treatment was lovely and so were the staff, they work very hard!

Not what you expect: it’s a treatment and not a spa. The workers are friendly and do their best with the obvious overbooking.They we’re flat out busy. We arrived on time but told to wait until other clients left.The amount of mould everywhere is unbelievable and smells strongly as you go in. We were a group of 4 and at the end of the day the lack of staff meant that my “maseuse” had no idea what she was doing, I’ve got the BRUISES on my back to prove it. The place is not built for purpose. Changing room is too small. The one bathroom was dirty. Owners seem kind, I hope they can be kind enough to their staff by updating the place and limiting the number of clients to allow for a better experience.

I had an amazing experience at casa spa today. Fadoua was very kind and welcoming (such a nice lady). I had the hamam treatment, I have never had this before ao they made my experience special. It was like an elaborate exotic body scrub i have never seen so much dead skin come off of one person. I felt so clean after that treatment. At the end i had a bowl of fruit waiting for me and a nice foot massage, it was a amazing. The lady who did my treatment was always smiling and asking me if i was ok. After a rough patch in my life this really calmed and relaxed me. I was floating on cloud nine when i left. I would recommend this place 100% C.Richardson

I can't imagine that I went to the same place as those commenting below because I had a great time and the spa was just as described on the website. I went with my Mum & Sister as a birthday treat for Mum on 25/02/2012. The Hammam treatment was fantastic! The staff were kind, professional and Helen (the owner) was very generous to us. I left feeling so relaxed that the effects were still evident on Monday morning! I liked to thank the staff for everything they did to make us feel welcome and hope the business continues to flourish as I look forward to my next visit. Also great service & value for money!

What a lovely experience! I went there 4 months pregnant and everyone was looking after me and made sure I felt comfortable all the way through. I felt so spoiled! The place was clean, the staff was lovely, welcoming, kind and gentle. I cannot praise them enough. Will definitely return! Thank you so much!!! Update: I went back for a second time and it was so lovely again. Special thanks to Nadia, who was an angel looking after me and making sure everything goes well. The staff was lovely, kind, helpful and gentle. The place was just as clean as on the first time and I cannot wait to return. :)

Visited on Thursday with my friend for the first time, Booking was easy and the reception were super helpful. The Ladies that run the Hammam are organised friendly and warm at this ladies only Hammam Spa. The ladies who work there are excellent, they know what they are doing and explain every step beforehand. Such lovely ladies, they make the experience what it is. The only thing I would say is there should be a TIP JAR downstairs in the Hammam so you can leave a gratuity for the ladies who run the space, they work hard and really make you feel welcome. Will definitely come again.

One of the best experience I had in Uk I went with my friend to celebrate my birthday we booked Escape packages for two including full body scrub ,hair mask, body mask ,face mask,and full body massage I was very luck to have Fatima :) she was very lovely, welcoming and very professional she looked after me always asked me to check if I am okay if I need any thing , if I am comfortable etc Thank you guys as every one was very chatty welcoming and professional you made my day I felt very special definitely come back again and again Highly recommend Hend

Don't go here! I bought a hammam spa experience for a friend's birthday on wowcher. We turned up but were left sitting in there for 30 minutes and were eventually told that a staff member had been taken ill and had to go to hospital so we'd have to rebook. Tried several times to rebook without success and now they have told wowcher that I redeemed my voucher! The waiting room was dirty and the whole set-up was very unprofessional so maybe a blessing in disguise, but they have effectively stolen money from me which I am now struggling to get back.

Another refreshing session at Casa Spa. The welcome was relaxed, warm and without any fuss and this is standard throughout. There's no rush at all and the treatment (traditional hammam plus foot massage) has left me feeling invigorated, relaxed and squeaky clean - and my back!! :0 awesome!! I can't speak highly enough of our hosts... professional, thorough, attentive and pleasant to be around. I really felt that I was being take care of. This has to be a date for the diary as a treat and part of my 'invest in self' programme. Thanks so much!!

Went there for a pre-wedding treatment with my mom using a gift voucher. I’ve been scrubbed like I’ve never been before! The all staff was lovely, down to earth & professional, especially to my mom who only speaks French, she loved it so much that next time she’s in London, we’re going back (shoutout to Karima). We had the exotic ritual treatment & came out of there nice & relaxed. Only feedback: There are quite a few inconsistencies between information online, on paper & on site that should be taken cared of. Would highly recommend.

I went to the Casa Spa with a few of my friends yesterday and we all loved it. It was the second visit for some of us and my first. I felt the Hammam and the massage was so worth the price we paid. It was like you were in a lovely little Moroccan house with family. I absolutely loved it. The ladies were lovely, every one of them. They put all their energy in to the work. I already booked my next visit in a couple of months. Thank you Casa Spa. You've earned a regular customer and I hope you keep up the great work

Paid for escape package. Was nice but was expecting a more personalised pampering experience. However, this didn't happen. The spa was poorly organised, (We were also left in the steam room too long) and we kept getting asked what our package was Would recommend going for basic package as its similar experience to the higher end packages. On a positive note we left the spa with amazing soft glowing skin. But they should provide moisturiser for your body and hands as the treatment drys the skin especially your hands.

I had a lovely time here with my mum. The ladies were wonderful (thanks Nadia, Fatima and Mona). The scrub was quite rough (which I really enjoyed) and they did it much more gently for my mum who has more sensitive skin. The massage was fab too. They really listened to what we asked for (I like a firm pressure massage, but my mum more gentle). And they helped my mum when she was entering and leaving the hammam (so she didn't slip). The ladies really went above and beyond to look after us. We had a great day.

Brilliant absolutely brilliant experience Young man at the front desk very pleasant to talk to. Spot on customer service ! Arabic ambiance to the entire place. Steam sauna soaping down brushing off and ofcourse a shower . Couldn't walk out of here without the finishing touch of a massage!!! so paid that little extra to feel even more blessed and blissed. The cleanliness of the changing rooms is very poor as I noticed two ants on the floor. Also, the locks in the changing rooms do not work. Additionally, the slippers provided do not appear to meet hygienic standards. Despite these shortcomings, it is worth noting that the staff members are delightful individuals. However, it would be beneficial if they could improve their communication by informing guests about the expected duration of their stay in the steam room as it did feel quite long in my opinion.

Don't waste your money! I went there with my husband this afternoon. It was very expensive for 40mins in a steam room! The bad reviews are totally accurate. We literally had some mud put on us and were told to rub it in ourselves. It would be good if no-one else is ripped off. I have had a hamam experience before which cost the same and it was completely different. I thought this maybe similar but I was totally wrong. I will be very careful with where I book again and will make sure I read the reviews!

Don't be put off by the less than salubrious location. The staff bend over backwards to make sure you are having a lovely time. I arrived early and they happily accommodated me. Mint tea was flowing and my skin was glowing. Lovely friendly staff. Ramy was so quick to reply to my emails, and so courteous. His mum addresses clients as 'ma belle,'' which is a nice touch. Treatments were applied by a fantastic French lady, and a lovely Moroccan lady was so kind and helpful too. I'd love to go back.

Thank you to Karema and Fatima, lovely, kind, friendly staff. Karema did the scrubs on me and she really putted an effort on doing it, she did a great job and I could be there for longer. The place is cosy, relaxing and you feel really like inside a Moroccan Hammam, in Morocco. Music, smell and design is very typical. I have been twice to casa spa and it is so lovely to be pampered by the ladies. Raja and Kareema looked after myself and my sister. We used the hamman and were so relaxed booked in a 30 minute massage on the spot . Treatment is so lovely. It's broken down into a rainfall shower steam room and scrub then you have tea served after you have had your final shower . I will be coming once a month! I bought the hammam experience package for 2 people from Wowcher which was advertised as costing £250 originally (£100 with the voucher). Whilst the staff were very friendly, the black soak scrub and clay mask treatments were very rushed and took less than 5 minutes combined. As a result the 'hammam experience' felt like a rip off and I think being misadvertised on Wowcher (on their website the same treatment costs half the price). Unfortunately I would not recommend.

I went on a much needed spa day here with a friend and wasn't disappointed. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with warm hospitality. We purchased the Exotic package and the treatments were wonderful, with good facilities. The staff were great, which included therapists Kharima and Nadia who were attentive - we felt thoroughly looked after. We left feeling relaxed and squeaky clean! I cannot wait to go back! Highly recommended.

Having been to the most traditional hammam in Istanbul i never thought i would be so lucky to find one on my very doorstep. Casa Spa is very clean, the staff are very friendly and the treatment outstanding. Helen the owner makes extra care in making sure you are looked after in everyway possible. We came here for my sisters hen party and everyone loved it. Please note this a very traditional style hammam, it's small and intimate but also cosy and welcoming, so for those expecting state of the art luxury don't book. While I can't comment on the massages the hammam is excellent and very rejuvenating the staff are so lovely and warm. Also the place does look like the photos, so if you want traditional hammam- go for it!

I wasn’t sure what to think before we started our treatment. I have to Casa Spa is a very pleasant surprise that london has. My wife and I had the Traditional Hammam and 2 30 minute massages. The quality of the treatments we excellent! My skin feel super smooth and revived. After the Hammam and massage, we were taken to the relaxation zone. From their the spa gave us fruits and tea to relax. Great hidden gem in London!

My daughter made me a surprise on the Mother's Day and took me to Casa Spa.It was my best experience ever I must admit.She found a perfect Mother -daughter packet for around 110 for both of us.We had wet sauna,mud put on the whole body, shower and hair conditioner -btw what a lovely smell!!!After all we relaxed with a cup of strong mint tea and beautiful music in the background. I felt amazing.Spa highly recommended:-)

This was a great surprise! Went with my friend. We went for a full hammam experience and it was really nice and relaxing. It's not exactly like the one in Marocco but it's very good as well and I would definitely recommend it. The environment is very relaxing and the owner was always looking after us and making sure everything is good. I will definitely come back and maybe try also a massage. Highly recommended

Male staff member at reception so not a female only place. Photos are nothing at all like advertised. Showers are tiny. Reception was dirty. Therapists was sitting in the hallway waiting for customers. 2 small fold out massage beds in a tiny room no curtain between for Privacy. Rushed treatment. Wouldn't recommend at all. Location is like the back of a shop. False advertising at its best. Avoid avoid avoid.

This was my first experience of a spa and I wasn't disappointed, I went with a friend and can only say that it was brill!!! It had a very relaxing, didnt feel rushed and with the Moroccan design throughout, it was lovely from the beginning of our treatment to the end, couldnt fault my time there, will definitely be going back!! We were treated to coffee and fruit while we were relaxing, lovely touch.

Don't be fooled by the outside. It's doesn't say Casa Spa. Reception area could definitely do with an update. The service and experience was definitely worth it. Seemed a bit rushed at first as we were going from one treatment to the next. Finished off with a massage which made a great end to the experience. All the ladies that worked there were friendly and it did feel like you were in Morocco.

Hi, this spa is AMAZING. The lovely women named Karima and Hakima (I hope I’m spelling their names correctly), made me feel so comfortable it being my first time. I was so nervous as I was alone but they treated me so well and were so friendly. Please manager! Wonderful experience, well worth the price! I had the hamman scrub and 30 minute massage, and the ladies were wonderful throughout. Everything was explained - changing room (wear a swimsuit), quick shower, steam room with oil to soak, scrub in the steam with a pumice glove, then rinse, shower, massage, followed by mint tea in the pillow room. Loved it all and I left very smooth and relaxed.

Relaxing spa ! The staff were very nice and friendly. I recommend this spa for a relaxing, calming experience, unfortunately the downfall is the shower room is very small and has no lights. The main area requires a refurbishment and a good cleaning especially within the changing room. Fortunately, the massage was amazing and that overtook the uncomfortable feeling of the rooms.

Went for the Hen package with my mum and sister, staff were so lovely and the spa and all the rooms were so clean, we all loved all the treatments we had, I felt like a new woman when I left! Was a great experience, definitely worth the money! Amazing staff! One thing to mention, (even though i know that this could mean to close the spa for a while and they will loose money) is that they probably should renovate the place as we could see some molded walls (i know...because of the steam from the sauna, but still....) in the room where you relax and have tea!

My friends and I had the best time at casa spa! the staff were amazing and very accommodating. I asked for the hammam to be removed from the hen party package and they kindly replaced it with other services. I got my massage done by Fatimah (the taller one!) and it was the best massage I ever had, I really recommend Casa Spa to all ladies who want to treat themselves.

Amazing! I booked here for a hammam and facial as an 18th birthday present for my daughter and I could not recommend this place enough. The staff are great and hardworking. The facilities are beautiful and kept very clean. Management is great. We were treated to green tea afterwards in the relaxation room, which was lovely. I Will definitely be booking here again.

I had the pleasure of having the traditional Moroccan Hammam experience just before my wedding and had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. I was well and truly taken care of and had an amazing treatment followed by some wonderful tea in the relaxation area. The entire staff at Casa Spa are lovely and will truly make sure you’re well taken care of!

I think this place is the only authentic Hamam in London as I have done a bit of research, the jewel of it is Helen, a Morrocan woman who owns the place and will give you an exfoliate scrub never to forget. If like me you're after the authentic experience and not the replica, do pay this place a visit as you will get more than your time and monies worth!

It was such a surreal experience, we met with a warm welcome and directed to the changing to prepare for our hamaam. A massive appreciation to Tall Fatima, Karima and Jamima. They were so kind and eased us into the process. The scrub down has left my skin feeling like iv been reborn and the massage after left me with a new body. Absolutely recommend!

The people there were so nice, but I booked a 2 hour "retreat" there and everything was very rushed. I was out in 1 hour and 15 minutes. In addition, I was in the rooms each time with two other women who would not stop talking and had no consideration for the fact that other people came for some quiet to relax so this ruined the experience as well.

The staff are lovely, such nice energy. The spa itself is old and tired and is in desperate need of refurbishment. The massage was quite unskilled, not good massage technique, more like a back rub. I’m very thankful to all the lovely therapists there, they were so joyful and kind, but the place definitely isn’t like the photos on the website.

Photos are deceptive. This place is really rundown and needs an update. Its very small. Staff dont seem to have any idea what treatment you're booked in for and overran by an hour. Its not personalised, staff could be more respectful of customers rather than carting them around like sheep and definitely not a relaxing spa experience.

Had a wonderful relaxing experience at casa spa last weekend, the staff were brilliant, Halima, Kiki and Rammy. Loved the Moroccan hammam and the mud / honey mask and foot reflexology that came in the package we got. And they were very accommodating to our ladies only request, much appreciated ! The most attentive spa I have ever been too. The lady’s who preform the treatments are so kind and make the experience the experience so authentic! It was my first hamman and a lovely relaxing experience. The spa was warm friendly and very clean. My weekend train was delayed but the stuff were very accomdating and managed to fit me in. Everything was there, even flip flops and shampoo. By the last cup of tea at the was cleaner and calmer than I thought possible.

This is my second time coming to Casa Spa. I booked the Traditional Moroccan Hammam and Full Body Massage. Karima was so friendly and welcoming, I felt comfortable right away. My skin was glowing and I felt like a new person coming out of the spa. Highly recommend! Cannot wait to be back :)

The place is relatively neglected, and does not justify the price of the massage and hammam. The massage is very bad and it seems that the therapist is not at all qualified to give a massage. I will not recommend anyone to come to the place. under any criticism.
