Are you thinking of staying on the island of Murano? You should! And you should stay here. Because unlike the writhing hoardes of tourists on San Marco, Murano is quiet and people are very kind and friendly. Claudio and his wife are lovely hosts and even their neighbor Michele were all so amicable and welcoming. I had only been to Murano for a quick day trip on a previous visit to Venice, and without a doubt I'll return to Casa sulla Laguna. At night it is so tranquil and you can see the stars and hear the water from the lagoon from your window. Casa sulla Laguna was such a peaceful and brilliant place to spend a few days or even longer. Great pizzeria/osteria near the bridge, and fancy trattoria a bit closer to the hotel. Breakfast at the b&b was lovely as well.

I would definitely recommend if you like a nice peaceful place to stay with a beautiful view, away from the rat race of a very busy Venice. Very reasonably priced and the owner is just lovely and extremely accommodating. Always a smile and a bit of banter even though this was through Google translate ( communication would have been difficult without it). Breakfast was a good price and sufficient. Just one comment but nothing against the hotel, is that there isn't much open after 8pm (even on a weekend) on Murano so if you are looking for something to eat or drink later then I would stay on the main island. If you are staying a few days then I would highly recommend a 2 or 3 day ticket for the water bus service which is unlimited for this amount of time. Also if you think it has expired I would try it before buying a new one, as we found ours worked on the fourth morning so it is possible it is a 72 hour ticket ( but don't quote me on this).

Ho soggiornato in questo posto incantevole il weekend..con altre tre amiche. Che diree,soggiorno da favola,posto incantevole che si affaccia sulla Laguna ed offre scorci bellissimi. Colazione con vista laguna sul praticello,mozzafiato. E la brezza che accarezza i capelli,ombreggiati da una bellissima pianta di fico. Colazione Super abbondante e coccolati con ogni prelibatezza. Ci è stata data la camera più bella a mio avviso,con terrazza che si affaccia sul mare. Pulizia impeccabile e tutto in ordine,niente fuori posto. E arredo semplice e ben curato.Un sogno. Punto strategico per raggiungere Burano e San marco.I gestori Antonia e Claudio sono due persone squisite,solari e a modo,che sanno gestire in modo efficiente ogni singola richiesta e sono sempre presenti per qualsiasi informazione,come sentirsi a casa. Graziee di tutto..ci tornerò sicuramente

Soggiorno davvero magnifico. Casa sulla Laguna è un luogo incantevole dove trascorrere del tempo ammirando la bellezza ed il fascino della Laguna dalla finestra della stanza o dalla terrazza panoramica della zona colazione. Le camere sono splendite, molto pulite e spicca la cura nel dettaglio; Il comfort èassicurato. La gentilezza e disponibilità del propietario Claudio ci ha piacevolmente colpiti, rendendo il luogo ancor più piacevole, trascorrendo il tempo avvolti in un'atmosfera familiare. Siamo arrivati in barca e Claudio ci ha riservato un posto per l'ormeggio davvero vicinissimo al B&B e raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Un'esperienza meravigliosa che replicheremo molto presto!

This was such a wonderful experience for my first time in Venice. Claudio was so kind and helpful. We didn't speak much Italian and he used an app so that we could communicate. He provided a map of Murano where he went over the best restaurants and sights to see. Prior to our arrival, he'd sent us excellent instructions on how to use the water taxi system to get there. The room and the view were absolutely gorgeous. The next morning, the owners made us breakfast that was absolutely delicious. Claudio made jokes with us and kept us laughing. What a wonderful atmosphere and couple. Bonus points for the 4 black cats I saw right outside of the BNB.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per una notte io e mio marito. Posto incantevole con splendida vista sulla laguna. Camera molto curata e pulizia ottima. I proprietari, Claudio e sua moglie sono due persone fantastiche per la loro ospitalità e simpatia Claudio ci ha consigliato anche dei posti dove cenare e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Che dire un posto Unicoooo direttamente sulla laguna camere ampie e luminosissime pulite e curate in ogni particolare , letto comodissimo . La colazione servita su una terrazza ad un passo dal mare . Claudio ci accolti come amici di sempre ci si sente davvero a casa ... siamo stati a Murano per andare a Venezia ed io non sarei voluta più partire!!!! Grazie davvero Claudio. Abbiamo conosciuto la location, tramite recensioni online. E che dite. MERAVIGLIOSO TUTTO. Il posto, la camera, la pulizia, l'ospitalità del proprietario. Vorrei aggiungere qualcosa sul proprietario. Il signor Claudio che è veramente un SIGNORE, una persona unica, gentilissimo, sempre disponibile, come se fosse una persona che conosci da anni. Superb place to recommend without hesitation. ️The location is beautiful, right on the water and right next to the Vaporetto Navagero stop. ️The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Hearty breakfast on the terrace by the water. The welcome was perfect, the owners of the place are smiling and gave us valuable advice for our trip to Venice. Thanks again !

Absolutely a hidden gem! I gave 10 plus as the service was outstanding! I had a European adapter but it didn't work so I went to ask if there was another plug so we could charge our phones. I was handed an adapter for mine. Beautiful rooms, Murano chandelier, great service. We will come again. All the amenities, great location, beautiful view from our window.

Che dire... L'ospitalità è fantastica. I gestori sanno far sentire i loro ospiti proprio a casa...grandi e piccini. La camera era favolosa, grande pulita, completamente accessoriata e con una vista mozzafiato. Super consigliato con famiglia..posizione strategica anche con i bambini. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e torneremo molto presto !

Soggiorno di una sola notte con camera carina e funzionale che si affaccia sulla laguna. Si trova a 3 minuti da fermata Murano navagero. La terrazina con vista é spettacolare ottima per un po' di lettura, un caffè o una buona colazione. Prezzo molto ragionevole per il luogo è la location. Consigliatissimo! Altro

Very interesting and exciting experience! Epic View and Location. Really nice room! Very clean and good equipment(very good air conditioner). A very friendly welcome. The Italian feeling is real! The communication was difficult. Maybe not my type of breakfast but i would recommend it.
