This is a notice of I hereby state that Cash Generator I.E Cash Degenerate, just because you move store you do not need to lose your customer service standards in the move.... I have known you Cash Degenerate for years. I had no issues with your bubbly service and good quality products, when you were at the more nearer Carrs Lane situated store. Fast forward to your move....1st time I buy from you at that store you give me trouble! Your now more closer to Oasis in the Birmingham city centre. I buy 2 top shelf TVS. The white TV gains £20 in it's lift off from the shelf to its landing behind the counter! £80 to £100! I only notice at home when I check the receipt! The black TV runs true to how I have previously known you, exceptional quality! But boy, what is going on with the JVC TV? I cannot get a skart plug in any of the three skart holes! Why? The 3 skart holes resemble melted cheese around the back. The TV at the back looks like a Cash Generator AKA Cash Degenerator employee heard about a house fire near by and showed up, ran in and grabbed the TV from the heated wreckage! The plan...to sell the ravaged thing at your store! When I complain in a low civilised tone why send a wannabe boot camp lieutenant out? This thing says "We would not sell you this TV in this condition," on repeat, like he's drunk to many of them 4 pack energy drinks. Do not build an Army against your customer. Your customer is your business, you cannot thrive and survive without them. Take heed!

Have to say there was a time when I didn't like coming here. The assistants seemed brusk and condescending and the shop was chaotic. Since moving to the Oasis shopping area there has been such a change! The assistants are all very nice and helpful and the shop itself, is orderly and the kind of place you want to go to. I know it must be a challenging place to work at times but these new staff have just the right attitude and as such I've been in there regularly over the last few months and cannot say enough good things about. Highly recommend.

Making big time money from people. Buying in for below average price goods. People vulnerable so taking situation to advantage. Is this what is called business? Paying prices that are Not even average then selling for even more. Do give you the money in hand - quickly / which is not bad as compared to other places. The owners of pawnbrokers must be millionaires after taking the poor to there advantage!

By and sell a lot of stuff that sold me a TV that was broken on the edge witch thay hide on the top shelf be careful and they trying to say they it was not like that when thay sold if be careful and check when you buy from them and you get no remote just Be careful every one all thay care about is how much money thay can make of people

Sold me a fake hallmarked ring,had it tested at jewellery Quarter,they tried their best to say it was over 30 days and couldn't do anything,stood my ground and wouldn't leave as it was FAKE ring,they ended up due to me standing my ground gave me a refund,would have gave them no stars if I had the chance

Waited for 15 mins plus at the sales till to be told they're closing and that I could come back tomorrow with 4 staff in the store this is both disrespectful that they could not be bothered to serve me in 15 mins but could tell in to go in 30 seconds. Honestly I'm stunned there still in business

Worse store customers service is bad took the tv bracket wrong one 2 days ago didnt open it relise its 43" need 50" for tv they didn't said anything for extange or replace to different one they won't return it bad attitude bad store avoide it nasty experience …

I went there with a friend selling his desktop. The waiting time was short, the staff was polite and honest. I wouldn’t say they are very knowledgeable but still can’t complain. We didn’t up selling them the computer so I can’t rate for that part neither for the buying part.

This place is unprofessional staff are rude and they threaten you which I have seen first hand and have witeness as well DONT GO HERE and also should be closed because they are non essential shop but still open even tho in a lockdown

Poor customer service rude staff, only store that charges £5 per day to hold your items charged me a month's interest in 4 days other stores including cash converters holds your items up to a week without a holding charge

Unless you want to be made to feel less than human don't go here. The staff are rude, they don't like to give refunds and act like petulant children if you take items back. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.

Worse customer service ever. Just been in for a no quibble refund guarantee. And the attitude and questions I was asked and given. Then to be told a card refund tales 5 to 10 working days. What a joke shop.

Decent staff service just have a staff member who likes to lord it up over people and pin point people out and very argumentative but that's one person the rest seem helpful

Manager is a thief took gold in was told I was given top price only to find d out I was given half what it was worth, all dealt with by the manager
