I was interested in a Victorinox Fieldwatch as advertised on the internet, the purchase was done online. I was assisted by by a lady with the most beatiful name of Romana, I recall that I also told her that her name did not only have a romantic sound to it, but it also had an intimidating ring to it. Romana asisted in the necessary documentation forwarded and she started the whole process. I have never purchased anything online before and this first experience met my expectations. The other person tthat assisted me the following day concerning tracking and delivery time and date, was a gentleman named Mohammed. It is necessary to say that I admire Mohammed's patience, since I must have phoned him at least 5 times concerning my newly purchased timepiece! All in all, it was a very pleasant experience choosing my new watch. To the staff and owner of CASSIMS & CO, your friendlyness, professionalism and patience is absolutely unsurpassed and rate you as a 5 star business is an understatement!! Let me tell you our horrible experience of this place. This is the worst place I've ever been at! We took my wedding ring in for resizing, literally only to resize half a size. Then after 10 days, we received it back and noticed that one of the stones where missing. They didn't even inspect the ring before giving to us! Then they said they will fix it and after another 3 days when we gone back, they gave us a totally different ring. The clerk had the nerve to disagree with us that the ring is the correct one, but we showed photos of the correct ring. We refused to leave without the correct ring and he finally went back to look again. After waiting half an hour he finally came back with the correct ring. In total, we had to wait almost 2 weeks for just a half a resize of my ring. Trust me, unless you want to waste your time and money, DO NOT go to this place!

Highly recommend Cassim’s Jewellers Mall of the South, Johannesburg I would like to express my gratitude for the exceptionally professional service rendered by this Jeweller. Edward, pleasant and attentive assisted me by helping me choose the style of letters. I had engraving done on a baby brooch, the order was completed- but I realised later that the spelling I gave was incorrect. For the jeweller - It was no trouble at all, he eagerly redid the engraving at no cost to me! It looks beautiful and of great standard! I’m so glad for their WHATSAPP communication - this helped me correct my error immediately. The quality and standard of craftsmanship is awesome! They surely take pride in their work.

Had the best experience at Cassims & Co. mall of the South. My fiancé and I were looking to order bands for our wedding day and decided to go and take a look here. Arina was absolutely helpful and designed my ring just the way I wanted. When I went to collect my band, they offered to take my engagement ring in and have it polished and recoated to look brand new like my band. I received it on time, in the absolute best condition. They charged me no fee. I cannot wait to be back! I highly recommend them.

I have a brand new watch and needed to take some links out, they've taken 6 links together and when I received my links, it's not my links and they gave it to someone else ! I needed at least 1 link spare, the lady told me there was nothing they can do because I bought the watch overseas. Great ! the other lady was nice - the man told me I shouldn't put on weight smiling as if it's a joke ! No one's taking a responsibility.
