I would like to say thank you to Erika, Siew and Janelle for finding my lost property and reterning to me in less than an hour. Travelled 0.17 hour in 12 June from Chatswood arrived at o.40 in hills Showggand station. We forget to take our bag. We took the last train back to Chtswood in case still our bag is there. A lady named Siew told to stop at castle hill station as she will call Erika who is in charge of Castle hill train Station to help us. We did and saw Erika is waiting for us and giving us god news that our bag beedeen found and Ms Janelle will bring for us by next train as she did. I would like to say thank you to these three angels who well communicated with each other. Thank you again and appreciate what Erika, Siew and janelle did to support the customers

Sydney Metro Castle Hill station is located in the centre of Castle Hill. It is located underground and can see a signage big recognizable M at the entrance of the station. The location have a lot buses that transport people in and out the station. Beautiful and minimalist design. Driverless trains are superfast and efficient. I am sure all stations of Sydney Metro are state of the art same like the Castle Hill station.

Good location & excellent facilities throughout . A very modern improvement to the Castle Hill infrastructure. The potential rail line that will run to the airport at Mascot will be well received . Also worth noting the underground access into Castle Towers shopping centre is very well planned and a great option in case of inclement weather . Continuous Improvement is at the fore ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful station, feels like you're in the future. Metro trains are clean and come every five minutes during peak. Location is great opposite Castle Towers shopping centre, and will be even better in a couple weeks when the tunnel to the shopping centre opens. Easy access to all major bus routes in and out of the Hills as well. Great experience

Positive experience, good design, well-integrated with the bus interchanges, good connection to Castle Towers via the newly constructed tunnel, revitalised Arthur Whitling Park. Annoying thing is that the Metro undergoes maintenance work quite often on weekends, and you have to catch the replacement shuttle buses instead.

Great Metro Station with trains coming every 5 mins. The Trains are air-conditioned so it is cold in there. Right next to Castle Towers Shopping which is very convenient. There is also a bus station with multiple stands just outside of the metro station. You can catch a bus straight to QVB!

Clean metro with comfortable seats. The trains come consistently on time and are fast to get to places - much faster than the busses. The staff there are kind, friendly and helpful. Overall great place with no negatives.

Two lifts for those have disabilities & challenge. Very large station it has since connected with Castle Tower Shopping center. Still new therefore it's nice & tidy. There's bus connections right at the station.

Great modern metro station with new lifts, escalators and other features. Great transfer between metro and bus. There is a shopping Centre when you arrive and is a decorated suburb with apartments.

It’s a great place with nice aesthetics, as well as a clean, monitored and constantly serviced environment. The staff are helpful and kind. Always a comfortable experience with no downsides.

Trains are amazing and very convenient and efficient in terms of timing. Excellent upgrade.

Can’t wait for the Metro to start on the 26/05/2019. We have been waiting for years.

Great design and accessible with an underground ramp to the shopping centre.

It's just a regular metro that connects to the Castle Hill Shopping Centre.
