Customer service has been lacking lately. I walked in to find out about some items i had shipped to store they seemed bothered they had to go look. Said they will call when it arrived. It arrived next day got an email but no call. 5 days later still no call. The Rigsby locations is awesome ladies so friendly and helpful.

Customer service does suck biiiigggg. You dont even know who's a employee here. And if you go in looking underdressed in other words "ghetto" they really dont pay any attention. Sad i have been shopping here for years and not much has changed.

This location is always hot. It never feels like the air is on. It makes trying in clothes for uncomfortable. They are not very helpful.
