It's a nightmare experience in this clinic. I took my cat for 5%DS drip. The so called vet put on 25% after going through the prescription saying that he would give only 40 to 50ml. Then he went busy with other pets and my cat went to get 100ml through requesting him to check. The result was that she started convulsion. The Vet said that she is completely fine. On reaching home, she left us forever. * If anyone want to lose your child then you can go. To answer explanation of vet from Cats &Dogs, we know she was aged but she was responding to the treatment To reduce her exhaustion, we decided to find something nearby and continue the same treatment. As a result, we shared the prescription and he kept a photo of it. But while administering the medicine, he changed 5% dextrose to 25%. Someone with CKD would be given more fluid to clean out kidney as possible remedy but administering higher concentration means less fluid. Next, he completely forgot that he told us that he would give 50 to 60 ml of the fluid but we ended up with double the amount. How does it affect a patient ? To put it in simple question, can someone eat 5times food in one shot and feel ok? Does it really matters for aged? What is the calculation for cat's drip per kg bodyweight?

They simply do not care your pets . Simply they care is money . I have left my 3 month old Labrador in their pet boarding for 4 days . They haven’t sent any picture and video during these 4 days no response even on phone inspite of asking everyday and only 1 video they sent . When I went to pick my puppy he alsready looked stressed and didn’t even ate any food after coming back for 1 day. We saw the skin infection while picking and it’s already a month it’s not coming down and till now he is suffering .They kept puppy in such unhygienic condition . The moment when he came back he did plastic vomiting that day . God knows where they kept my puppy . And his weight also dropped to 1 kg when we picked him . Don’t risk life of your pet putting in their boarding . Clinic wise they are ok ok but still be careful by not risking your pets life.

We stopped in while we were in the area. The clinic had a great selection and relatively good prices for an independent clinic. I realy would like to explain my personal experience I had My Labrador puppy suffering from parvo virus mid night I got support from this clinic and now my puppy is receoverd completely and she was week for few days and the way treat my puppy she grown up even doctor can't even identify my puppy Best clinic ever! · I would not even think about buying from any other people. · Excellent place clinic for your dog, if they haven’t got what you want, they will get it for you. Staff are fantastic & Doctor was really fantastic What more could you want?! Social distancing, hand sanitiser and masks so felt really safe. Top work guys, thank you so much ❤❤❤❤❤ Kudos.

My frnds kitten died the moment the Doc did a vein flush for giving a drip. The kitten was all fine and playful even in the cab when we went there. And the moment she did a flush the kitten collapsed and died in my frnds hand. I was speechless out of shock. My frnd is almost in a trauma after this issue. We wanted to do an autopsy and my frnd refused as she was afraid to see the tiny 2mnths old body to be cut. I will not suggest any1 to visit this place at all. This is the first time I visited a vet hospital and I lost all trust in Bangalore vet hospitals itself. I am afraid how people even trust these guys with their pets.

I got my 1.5 year old male cat neutered here and the experience has been very pleasant. The rates are very reasonable compared to other clinics and the doctor, staff members and the owner are very open and discuss everything in detail and took great care of my cat. They also have facility to for looking after the cats once the surgery is done in case you work a morning shift.. And this definately helped me a lot. Mr. Praveen the owner is very cooperative and understands our situation and gives us the best solution. The staff too is very caring and attendive to the pets' needs. Recommend it 10/10.

One of best place , I say in Bangalore, till now from past 9 years I have Persian cats of different sizes , and visited many hospitals for various reasons , but every where either it was expensive or they treated with half knowledge , but here (thank God I found this hospital) for my kitten, Dr: Praveen is very very helpful and caring with our Lulu , and just a call away 24/7 , and this hospital is open till almos 4am in the mng , and seen other dogs and cats also in the hospital which were there for boarding and they have been taken care very nicely too...

Have visited this vet for several occasions. The first time, my kitten was treated by Dr. shreya. She was a kind and caring doctor. The second time however, in the absence of Dr. Shreya, my kitten was misdiagnosed. The kitten had clearly broken a leg and the attending doctor assured us of no broken bones. As a result, what could have been treated by a simple plaster, ended up costing ₹15000 for surgery. Would request everyone to avoid this place. And if you must go, enquire if Dr. Shreya is available. She’s the only legit doctor there, in my opinion.

I will share my experience with cat's and dogs pet clinic. Ruby is my pet cat ( himalaya semi puch white) she is everything to me. she was suffering from viral infection inside his body but we l couldn't able to find it. We took her to another hospital for one week but no change thn again we took her to this hospital they told me take blood test and we find she was infected by virus and liver got damaged and she was very dull. They started treatment with in 5days she became far better. Thank you to help my kid .

Great place for the nearby residents regarding the pets treatment. The doctor is cool, in his care the pets really get over any related disease soon. I had to take my 8 months lab 2 times due to different reasons. And both the times, it was so nicely taken care. The owner is a very understanding person, the support staffs are very caring towards the pets. Must visit for a good experience if anything related to your pets.

Dr Praveen along with his team Dr Manjuthan were very supportive and prompt. My pet was spayed at their clinic. The staff took very good care of my pet pre and post her surgery. One of the best pet clinic and boarding facility for the pets. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I kept my two cats in their boarding facility for 10 days. Everyday they video called me so that I can see my babies enjoying in their temporary home. The owner and the doctors....all of them are very very decent and polite person.

They just care money not your pet health, We visited 2 days ago due to emergency for our dog. They treated and took blood for checkup. They litterally took 2 days to share reports and we had to follow up multiple times. Careless staff and money minded. Even if its emergency do not visit them

The doctor vaccinated my parvo recovering cat without following protocol of giving a gap of 15 days before vaccinating a recovering/recovered cat. He died due to that even though he was recovering from parvo. If the doctor doesn't advice on the right practice, how will we as patients know?

The first time I went the vet was very good. The second time I went there was a new vet. And my pet lab did not get better after the treatment for skin allergy. They refused to give bills for the services I paid.
