James Whatley is very unprofessional and is not good under pressure at all. I had reached out to him to see if he could repair some scratches in my front bumper.. I was confused on the process and just asking him to explain the process to me and why i should have him do the work for me.. he responded to me with “i can’t explain it to you, good luck” what kind of professionalism is that?! I am very unhappy as a prospective customer and this does not reflect good on the business.

My advise be extra careful when getting the deal done. Ask for the agreement on paper correctly signed. This because we made a deal and paid the full amount. Later on we I tried to get my license plate the owner/dealer made me paid again all the fees and taxes. I end it overpaying for something I should not have to.
