I brought my truck here for an oil change. They were not busy at all. The service manager stated that it should only be 1 hour and 20 minutes, so I elected to stay. 2 and half hours later, I see him leaving. I catch him and ask where is my truck; He says oh, let me see. He checks on it and says it will be right out; he then leaves for the day. 30 minutes later, I have to find another service manager to ask about it. 15 minutes after that, I finally get the truck. So more than 3 hours of waiting for an oil change! If I would have known, I would have dropped it off and picked it up later. Horrible. But hey, that's not all. I drive off the lot and fill up with gas. I notice that my gas gauge seems to be off the charts to the right (super full), and the miles that I can drive on a tank shows I can go an extra 100 miles. Is it coincidental this happens right after I take my truck for simple service? The probability is literally near zero! I call them, they say I should press the reset button on the dash for the trip. Doesn't work. They then say I need to lose the black wire to the battery, which doesn't work either. So now, my gas gauge seems to be faulty I drive the truck over half a tank, but it still shows it is more than three fourths full. I take it in to Centennial Toyota, this time not waiting (I learned my lesson). They call me and say there is nothing wrong. Nothing wrong?! I have a truck with less than 20,000 miles, and the gas gauge is not working properly. Thanks Centennial Toyota! Oh, and it doesn't end there. The General Manager emailed me yesterday thanking me for my service. This, after I completed a survey directly from Toyota detailing my displeasure with the service and my new problem I seem to have. He goes on to ask me to trade in my vehicle and buy a new one. My response to him is, why are you not emailing me about my current problem? I have an extended warranty (which people say not to get for Toyota's because nothing bad ever happens, haha!), not to mention I don't even have 20k miles, and yet I have a simple but huge problem. I don't know when my truck is going to run out of gas because it is not reading properly! What if my wife is driving and gets stuck somewhere on the side of the road. I would love for someone at Toyota to contact me. If they truly care about my service, they can contact me and fix this problem that I feel they created. If they do, I may change my 1 star to something higher. I'm not holding out hope. But I completed a survey, sent a message to the General Manager, and now I'm warning you all about this place. They don't care....I mean it, they don't. Prove me wrong Centennial Toyota, and I will provide everyone an update. Here's to wishing to have a working gas gauge at some point in time in my life....

DON'T GO TO CENTENNIAL!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO FINDLEY TOYOTA INSTEAD! AT FIRST- We had a good experience with Jozef and John in the morning. They understood that this was our first stop for the day and I explained to John that "I'd appreciate the No sales pressure understanding" John understood us. After a few other dealer stops, we came back to the shop to talk numbers. This time around, we got a different sales manager "Javier". This guy was a huge pressure sale's jerk. We talked numbers and then explained that we would like to talk about it over dinner with our son (it was his first car buying experience). Sales manager: Javier did not understood how important it is for us to educate our son about choices, bills and decision making.... Javier, continued to harass us about how "it's only a $16 difference, how he is not sure how much GAP would be until we sat down with finance dept and how such of a good deal he is already giving us and so on... At this point, being A/(Any)parent of a young buyer, I was frustrated and upset that he would not stop harassing us and give us a moment to talk to our son. So, I DID give him an attittude and explained to him that I needed a moment with my child to explain to my him about his debt to ratios and budget. Sales manager, Javier continued to harrassing us and said to me that I didn't need to give him an attitude when all he was doing was giving us "such" an awesome deal. As you would imagined, that took the reverse affect on ME/ANYBODY. I was furious... because he was the one who would not stop harassing us in the first place. He just needed to back off to allow us time to talk. Javier shoved the offer back in his folder and walked away... We immediately left Centennial Toyota and took our business to FINDLEY Acura and closed on an exceptional loan at 4.99%-60/month (half of what Centennial Toyota quoted us 9.99%-84/month) with exceptional customer service at FINDLEY Acura. Yes-I put more cash down at Acura because they DID NOT HARASS us and treated us right and listen to our needs and concerns without judgement. I will never go back and will never recommend Centennial Toyota to anyone. I've always taken all my business to Findley in the first place and this 1 time that I decided to give Centennial Toyota a chance. Sadly, I regret ever walking into Centennial Toyota. Centennial Toyota, please re-evaluate your sales managers or re-train your staff to make sure that they understand when they need to back off and allow people time to process and discuss. I'm sure that you, as a company have a "No harassment policy"- PLEASE make sure your employee's apply it to your customers as well!!!

If you want to save yourself days of frustration, you may want to avoid this service department. I have tried for 3 days to get someone knowledgeable to help me get a windshield replacement. The service department advisors and management are either clueless or just don’t care. I have called there on my own multiple times and on a 3 way calling with the insurance company twice and went from advisor to advisor, getting sent to voicemails, voice recordings, rude “advisors”, all the way to the manager, who literally told me there was nothing she could do! Then get sent to the service director. Takes all my info, as every other single person has done, then tells me he will take care of this, will call my insurance company and get it all straightened out. Never called back lol!. I’ve been in sales before and if I had a customer that needed help and I couldn’t do it that day, knowing they are sitting by the phone waiting for my reply, I would call them and say, “hey, still working on it, just to let you know, just need more time”. Nothing. That’s what I got from him. Plus I looked up the service director on the site and his name does not match the email he gave the rep from Progressive, so who knows if that was even really the director. Also, I was sent multiple times to a service advisor, only to go through the whole spiel of what I needed, and then the person would literally say, “ok, I’ll get you to a service advisor” lol. One “advisor” said she would check with parts to see if they had a windshield in stock, and then next thing I know, parts answers and I have to go through the whole thing again with them, because she never spoke to him. Just transferred me. I have gone to Toyota for the life of my car for all maintenance. I am nearing 50k miles so thats 9 visits and this is the first time I am looking elsewhere. Oh yeah and the last time I was here, the service rep Daniel quoted me different prices and then when I got there to pay is much more than the quote and had overcharged me. The other rep in the office said he could not help me, because “that was not his deal”. So I guess they charge whatever they want per service advisor or either he just didn’t care. I had to wait for the other guy to get back from lunch after my ride had already dropped me off to get the car! Like half hour! Way to be awesome Centennial!

While I didn't fully realize it at the time, I purchased my first, and my last Toyota in the beginning of 2022. I was drawn to what I thought was a top notch brand, an almost unbreakable vehicle, and I was excited about the changes Toyota made for the 2022's. What I have received is nothing but any of those things. The features don't reliably work. My truck has had 3 major engine misfires resulting in lost time at work while being stranded on the side of the road and going back and forth to the dealership over and over to deal with the same major problem. Its extremely difficult to get into and drive a vehicle every day, let alone be motivated to get another one down the road, when I don't have confidence my truck will finish the day, and has major problems. Toyota has not been able to offer any fixes for the problem, that actually solve the problem for more than a few months at a time. I know that Toyota knows these are major issues with this truck and has had to repurchase other exact same year and models in the past. I cannot recommend to my friends or anyone looking to buy a vehicle to take the same chance I took, and buy a Toyota. Toyota won't take care of you. Toyota just tries to get through it by doing the very minimal amount they can to try and get you to go away, and then won't actually fix the problem, or accept it when a vehicle just isn't built to the standard I thought they had. I cannot recommend a Toyota to any person who values their time and their money. Toyota just won't take care of you, or even try to. It's been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a vehicle, with no end in sight, other than maybe a dead vehicle on the side of the road and and needing to go spend thousands more on another car. Toyota's message is loud and clear; which is, sorry your truck doesn't work right, let's change out an engine fan, and please come see when you're ready to buy another vehicle. To any person who reads this, take your money and time elsewhere, or anywhere where you'll be valued.

On October 21st 2023, I went to look at a car at Centennial Toyota Las Vegas. The salesperson suggested I lease a new car, telling me that with a $20,000 down payment, I could pay $600 per month for a new car, 2023 highlander limited,  he offered me down payment options start form $5,000, then$15,000, and $20,000. They concealed the fact that the usual down payment for leased vehicles typically ranges from $3,000 to $5,000. I was coerced into finalizing a deal at a price of $20,000, despite the fact that a fair deal could have been reached at $5,000. Upon attempting to decline this transaction upon learning of the actual circumstances, I was threatened with the conversion of my initial $5,000 deposit into a down payment and the forced execution of a lease contract, imposing a monthly rental fee of $1,200 – an amount beyond my financial capability. I was informed that my only alternative, if unwilling to accept the lease agreement, was to purchase the vehicle. Lastly, when signing the purchase contract, I was informed that, due to my prior agreement to the lease contract, I was bound to the price initially offered, leaving me unable to negotiate. The issue lies in the fact that during the lease agreement, our discussions were primarily focused on monthly rent, with no mention of the total price of the vehicle. Consequently, I was compelled to accept an excessively high price and interest rate during the purchase contract, which was $10,000 more than the market standard (MSRP). I strongly believe that business services should not take advantage of a customer's lack of expertise in a specific field to infringe upon their rights. No one should be compelled into transactions that are not transparent and fair.

Took our 2021 RAV4 in for a Toyota care oil change back in July 2022 (at 21,000 miles), it was our last oil change through toyota care before it expired, once it expired we performed an oil change on our vehicle in our work shop March 2023 (after 6,000 miles) and found that the drain bolt was over tightened, damaging the pan, drain plug, and gasket. Upon contacting centennial Toyota they denied any wrong doing and refused to take any responsibility, despite them being the last ones to perform and oil change on the vehicle. We sent them photos of the damage as well as photos of the pan/drain plug prior to us removing. We took these photos since we had suspected the plug was over tightened. Upon removal we found the threads we partially damaged, and the gasket was shredded. The dealer themselves confirmed this occurs only when the plug is over tightened. If you need any kind of service done to your vehicle, and have any kind of respect for how your vehicle is cared for, do not get your service done here. They will blame you, and refuse to take any responsibility, even if there is clear evidence. To rub salt on the issue, the offered to “help us out” by providing a quote for the damage, at full price to repair the parts they damaged…

I'm not sure what the sales side of the house is like at this dealership, but the service side is VERY subpar. I tried contacting their Service department regarding a tire warranty issue. Service referred me to Parts, who said they don't handle that issue and then referred me back to Service. Service then referred me to "Andrew," however, Andrew didn't pick up so I left a voicemail message with him. He never called me back. I then contacted Service again. They were going to refer me back to Parts until I told them what happened last time. They then said I needed to talk with my Service Advisor, Daniel. He wasn't available so they said he would call me back. Of course, he never called me back. They obviously don't care to assist me. I've had my vehicle serviced there multiple times before and there has always been some kind of an issue. Even though I live in the Northwest, I will end up going to one of the other Toyota dealerships in the future because I refuse to go to Centennial Toyota. Because of their poor service record, I will never buy a Toyota from them and will tell others not to either.

I went to store on January 4th, 2024. As I get off my car a sales person(white individual) asked me if he could help, I said yes. I am looking for a Prius. He took me inside open the car for me and left . Next thing I know another person approached me and said “so and so sent me to help you” I was Ok . I am interested in the Prius .. he told me this is the only one we got and I said OK I like it. He then said let me grab a form and I will be back . He left took him like 10 minutes to come back . The we sat down ; he asked name and so on info … then we were just siting then he got up; he left 25 minutes passed and he didn’t come back . Truly felt discriminated. He came back with antique white couple … and just looked at me sitting there . I waited another 5 minutes and I approached him and asked are you going to help , he said I have you in the list already I will give you a call …. The worst experience. If you are Hispanic please take your business somewhere else. somewhere where they will show you some respect and have some professionalism in the way they run their business …

In my opinion scammers especially all the Ramirez’s! My brother went in there as a first time buyer and they sold him a car that most insurances won’t insure or charging $500+ because of the stolen rates on car!! And your telling me they had no idea?! When most dealerships asks for you to get insurance before leaving the lot!! Come on screams scammers to me!! That’s super bad business from my POV! So plz beware of them there’s like 3/4 of them and they were all in on it they way it seems they do this often especially the sales manager that pushed the deal through Javier Ramirez and said he had no idea lol ok jst know I will be telling everyone I know and write reviews on this so other people won’t be out in this position with having to pay more then 1k for a hyundai Jst disappointing Toyota has people like that on their team! I’ve always been a toyota lover because of my mom but when they have people like that it really leaves a sour taste in your mouth.

Higher pressure sales and ridiculous mark up. We were in the market for a new sport utility vehicle to replace our 15 year old jeep. We drove in the parking lot in our 2019 Jeep. There were like 10 sales people standing outside, circling like sharks. The first question the sales guy at bat asked us was "Are you going to be trading in your Jeep?" We told them no and that we were interested in the Toyota Cross. He showed us used ones and we asked about new. We asked about price and he didn't give us a direct answer. He said the new ones cost about the same as the used ones. I asked why someone would pay the same price for a used car when they could get a new one for the same price? He said because new ones are are to get. He said there was a new Cross on the lot and then proceeded to tell us they price was $8K above sticker price. We left and bought a car at the Subaru dealership down the street.

Mike in sales is a typical sales guy and never gets back to you or is accountable for what he says. I came back a week later for the finishing touch detailing, HORRIBLE. I'm not impressed. I will be contacting the dealer Monday after finding damage on my door panel leather. Car wasn't vacuumed, doesnt look wiped down or cleaned other then put in the carwash machine. I had a 5 start review till I saw and noticed the bad workmanship. Update came back to have the damage repaired but toyota won't take responsibility because they said they didn't do it. Andrew service manager says its a 3rd party detail service but they suck and won't own up they they're mistakes. Bottom line get everything in writing not word or promises before you buy a car here, that way there's no frustration when dealing with these fake people. way down

  • essentia

The salon is good, but the sellers are not very qualified because they don't care about the company's reputation, I asked them about the discount and they answered with a sarcastic smile that tomorrow it will be more expensive, after such words I changed my mind about buying this brand because there are other good quality companies on the market. Sellers think that if they sell a Toy... then they should be asked to sell me this car, by the way, I also heard from my friends that high-level sellers work here and this salon was not recommended to me. Of course, if you have a lot of money and are ready to pay for their fake smiles, they will serve you at the highest level))) P.s I recommend the top management of the Toyota brand to hold training sessions in their salons. Thank you, and I wish your company growth.

My daughter went in (by herself) for an oil change. Called me after being told she needed $1900+ worth of maintenance on her car with +/-50,000 miles. I was free and made my presence known and discussed the suggested services with her advisor. Most were not needed and a few were interesting. Why charge for checking her driver side floor mat? Why charge to inspect her tires? On and on and on. She works in auto finance for the last 8 years and sees some of the ways customers are treated (and abused) by the dealers (in general) on the finance side. She has never been overcharged by the Toyota dealer in Henderson and was skeptical of her first visit to the Centennial location. She got her oil changed (plus a $20 discount)... it helps having a father that's 6'3 & 295lbs I guess.

My grandson was well taken care of by Jason and Luis. They made his car buying experience a pleasant and memorable one. They were very accommodating and understanding. They understood his work situation, long hours, and work schedule conflicts, and made sure he had the needed time to complete each step of the process without having to rush everything. Kudos for that. Luis was always available to answer any questions my grandson had. If he didn't have the answer right then and there, he would get the answer and call him back. Good customer service. My grandson got a great used car and a great deal. They even filled the gas tank before he left the lot. That was awesome. Thanks, Luis and Jason...

Awesome services! Mrs. Carmela Deocampo of Toyota Centennial Las Vegas she helped us throughout the process , and up until now with some of my questions regaring with my new Tacoma manual transmission , as she say any question i just one text message away she say and she did answer every concern and questions thats i ask her, She give me "my truck of my dream" and its special because Approximately 5% of all Tacoma pickups are sold with a manual transmission each year. So im one of the lucky one to have a manual transmission "Save the manual" as every one say . She easy to talk to and easily manage every concerns that I have. Highly recommended!!! To mrs. Carmela Deocampo your the best !

Car salesman was great however Sally In finance is a scam artist and a liar. I bought an SUV almost a year ago, which finding out now was way overpriced however I am happy with my vehicle. I initially turned down the maintenance package with Sally because I did not need it. Sally insists es that if there was any electrical problems the maintenance package would cover it. Wrong when I took my car in to get its normal service they informed me this is the basic maintenance package and only oil change was covered. Again do not go to this dealership finance will scam you every time. I make sure to tell everyone I no to stay away from this place.

  • Lars D

Do your sales men usually finance the vehicle price and not consider the down payment? Cause this was what was happening at the time I almost made a purchase.. Sounds like centennial Toyota is full of some toxic idiots. I ended up walking out with their sales sheet in my hand, took it to the bank. The bank tells me that not deducting the down payment in the price would have cost me 7283 dollars over the next 72 month due to centennial Toyota not reducing the price after taking the down payment into consideration. That's a illegal scam.. No wonder they have tons of inventory.. The salesmen name was AVAN and probably a fake name ....

Veterans Day! Everyone at Centennial Toyota, from greeting us, the moment we arrived, to looking at several trucks, with our wants and needs in mind, to meeting with the sales team members, and managers, as well as the finance managers, were beyond our expectations. Courtesy, thoughtfulness, patience, and respect were a divine key attribute to the blessing of our new truck for our family.I would absolutely recommend to check out Centennial Toyota first, before anywhere else. Wonderful diversity of vehicles, and they will have what you need. We’re so thankful and blessed with Centennial Toyota Team. Thank you!

Wow! Best experience ever! No pressure straight forward friendly helpful and easy streamlined purchase with a savings of over $3,500 on my Tacoma. Jason Meixner the GM has a great team from Chase in sales to Avan in finance to Ken and crew in parts. Our 1st visit met the GM outside while browsing. Next visit found the Tacoma TRD below listing! Avan in finance was amazing streamlining the process fast friendly and overall best finance experience ever. From our Porsche, MB & Lexus shopping experiences Centennial Toyota overall was top notch! Highly recommend ask for Chase in sales for the best deal!

  • Ronnie Birge

this was my first experience at this dealership and it was specifically with the service department. from the time I arrived until the time it was on a lift was incredibly short and greatly appreciated The service took a little while but I knew that it was being done correctly. The service advisor was accurate in the timings that he had provided me and kept me updated with the status of my vehicle I would highly recommend using this dealership for service. they had me on the road and headed back home in a very reasonable amount of time.

  • Ashley Cruz

My mom and I just had the greatest experience with Ezequiel! He made everything so smooth and talked to us on a personal level and had our best interest in heart. He explained everything to us and was honest. This had to be the best car shopping experience we both had. Also Sally, one of the financial ladies, she was amazing on explaining everything to us and answered/clarified any questions we had regarding the paperwork and she was incredibly sweet. I highly recommend both of them if you’re planning to by a car in the near future!

  • Rashonna McCraney

I have been a loyal customer to centennial Toyota and I will never go back there. The first two times I went I had no problems. This last time ruined the whole experience. They are liars and shady. They added extra money on the car “because their inventory is low”. Charles Moline is a liar and doesn’t keep to his word. Go to Findlay or anywhere else. The Finance person lied and said my insurance didn’t offer gap insurance when in fact they do. They just really take advantage of people and it’s not necessary.

  • DIXIE NORMOUS

This was the 3rd dealership we visited on a Saturday bc my kid didn't know what kind of car she wanted. Joseph greeted us as soon as we arrived. He was SO good and knowledgeable and HONEST that we ended buying THE 86. VERY clean dealership and the MOST stylish and handsome sales guys I've ever seen! And they were all so personable! Best experience I've ever had in buying a car. Ask for JOSEPH and tell him JOY sent you. I get a referral fee which I'll gladly share with you. Win. Win.

I purchased a slightly used 2023 Toyota Tacoma. The salesman Hugo Ramirez was absolutely fantastic to work with. We took it for a test drive (since I was trading in a 2019 Toyota Tacoma, I was already familiar with the vehicle & the way it handled) Hugo explained everything with no pressure. Finance was a pleasure to deal with. I feel that I got a good deal on the vehicle that I was looking for. I would highly recommend this dealer if you're in the market for a Toyota.

  • George Naz

Went here last week and was looking to trade our kia soul for a truck... we have the amazing Jozef Bakraji to help us.. he is very nice and energetic, you can tell that he loves his job. He even offer us snacks and drinks. he shows us some trucks and test drive... he helped us and his manager to get the deal that's right in our budget. And the guy George in the office explains all that we are getting. We are very happy with our purchase. Thank you guys.

Had my previous Toyota 4Runner for 15 years and was looking to get a newer vehicle. Found a newer Highlander at Centennial Toyota online and decided to go for it. We liked the vehicle and decided to buy it. We dealt with Steve Rachi and Armando Estrada during the purchase and everything went seamlessly. We are very happy with the vehicle and the service provided by Steve and Armando and we would return to this dealership for any further purchases.

  • Jen Lilore

I had the BEST experience purchasing my 2021 Certified RAV4 XLE at Centennial Toyota. In under 2 hours I was out the door with my new vehicle. The staff was very friendly and gave me a car buying experience that I've never had anywhere else. The staff was very knowledgeable, thorough and informative. We WILL be coming back to purchase another vehicle from Centennial Toyota for my daughter. Ask for Waldo if you want top notch service.

  • Mike Humenski

UPDATED AFTER ONE WEEK: Sales dept. Very friendly, professional and got to the numbers we needed to make a deal. Highly recommend Steve in sales. So, after a week finance calls and says we need more $$$ down or pay $100 more a month after we agreed on deal. Stay away, run away, shady and sketchy finance. They have you sign a paper saying you can't back out of the deal but they can? Give me my trade in back and keep the truck.

  • Ana Angeles

Martin (M&M) was so helpful. My dad has purchased vehicles from him before so we gave it a try and called him. It was the best decision ever! He was so helpful and attentive. Kept an eye out for the exact model I wanted for about 2 months and messaged me as soon as he knew it would be ready! Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and nice. If you need someone who will help and can speak Spanish I recommend Martin!

  • L

I just bought my “New” used Toyota here. I originally came here to see a car I saw online. My sales agent, Sam, informed me that it had already sold. He then asked what exactly I was looking for. I described what I really wanted my car to have. He then showed me exactly the Toyota I was looking for!! Sunroof and all. I took it for a test drive and it was perfect. I’m very happy with my new car! Thank you so much SAM!!!

  • Jake Trentham

Trevor, the sales manager, absolutely killed it. i needed to get into a car pretty quickly and was struggling to get a call back from other dealerships to work on a deal. I called Trevor at Centennial Toyota at noon and he had me in a 2024 Camry on an extremely good deal, off the lot by 7pm. super knowledgeable on the car, answered every question i had. Will be back here next time i need a car and highly recommend it.

I have used this location for about three years now. I want to compliment Joshua Bullard and Jeffrey, Service Advisors, for their professionalism and listening skills. The work that is done is done well, the lounge is very comfortable with a coffee machine and clean bathrooms. Highly recommend Centennial Toyota. I am a repeat customer for their service and also my family use this business as well. Highly recommend!

  • TJ Roberts

I had a fantastic experience with Kylo Misaghi at Centennial Toyota. Kylo expertly guided me through the car selection process, showing exceptional knowledge and understanding of my budget and needs. He was professional, yet personable, making sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Kylo to anyone looking for a seamless and satisfying car-buying experience.

  • Manami Ishikawa

Hugo Ramirez was very professional, kind & efficient. We communicated a lease deal over phone & text, & by the time I got into the dealership he had paperwork ready for me & I was in & out w my toddler daughter in about an hour & a half tops. Smooth transaction, no haggling, no fuss. I appreciate Hugo’s services very much & recommend him to everyone visiting Centennial Toyota. Thank you, Hugo!

  • Rideshare Professor

I was very well taken care of by Jason and Raul at Centennial. Customer service, fairness, professionalism deserves more than five stars. When shopping around, nobody could beat their prices. I left with a 2023 Toyota Sienna and got exactly what they promised and more. Highly recommend this dealership . I have driven Toyotas all my life, just added another one to the fleet. Thank you

  • Emily Breeden

Andrew was so kind! Day started off rough, but his contagious smile and positive attitude turned it right around. They fit me in last minute and were very fast! Free espresso in the waiting lounge was boujee. Very nice. Car dealerships give me anxiety because I don’t know what I’m doing half the time but Andrew walked me through everything and didn’t try and up-charge me. 10/10.

  • Henry Marroquin

Horrible experience buying from this dealership. The finance managers will not be transparent about fees, and the salesman will do anything to sell you the car. They will friendly when you try to buy car, but after that expect no level of customer service. I will never buy from this dealership again, and you should be careful too before they scam you out of money.

  • Jared King

This dealership is still selling 2023 cars with full MSRP. Zero negotiation, they obviously jacked up the msrp by 5 to 10k, act like they have the best price in town. They have zero interest in doing business with you if you're an educated car buyer. Definitely one of the worst car dealership experience i have ever had. This dealership deserves minus 10 stars.

  • Eric Kolden

working to get a car with jesus was a great experience. i know people can dislike the car buying process out of fear of getting a bad deal. jesus helped get me into a brand new car that worked with my budget instead of trying to sell me something hashed off the back burner. i heard toyota is the brand to go with, and toyota just made a life long customer

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE FOR SERVICES HERE! They rush through their work and do not take any responsibility for their mistakes. That lazy POS Service Manager Randy Stone didn’t even bother to return my calls or email to discuss their mistakes. I would rather drive 30 minutes and take my vehicle to Findlay Toyota as they are great at what they do.

We had a great car buying experience with Joseph Bakarji! He walked us through car purchasing and gave us options. Buying a car is an expensive task. It's not easy to let go of a whole chunk of change at once. But if you have to, this is the place to go. We purchased and drove the car off the lot. If we have to buy again, this is the place to go!

Wow!!!! Spent extra money for a service contract. 2 hour oil change! Come on toyota do better! Ecru other dealership across the valley has a quick lube center! What a huge waste of time and money! If you buy a used car here DO NOT BUY THE SERVICE CONTRACT!!! Not worth the extra money just waste time for 2 hours for an oil change!!@

Ive had to go to this dealership a few times while looking for a new car/truck, and everytime the workers have been very helpful and courteous. There were a few mistakes along the way but no one is perfect, plus this place will actually work with you on price. Of all the Toyota dealers this one is the best hands down.

My overall experience is 2 stars. Huber: finance & Steve: sales Great initial process experience, however as a soon as you leave you get the opposite, lack of communication. As an out of state buyer i was surprised with unexpected fees in order to register my car, all of this should’ve been covered under my loan.

This was my first time getting a new car so it was a very big deal for me. Abraham Martinez was very helpful and patient as he showed me a lot of different options. He answered my questions and was attentive and listened to my needs. He made my experience GREAT! He found exactly the car that I wanted. Thank you!

Waldo Rivas was absolutely amazing. He was very real, understanding and very easy to deal with. We found a perfect car for my daughter and he actually got us in and out! Abraham Made sure for us to have the best experience ever after not having a great experience at a different Toyota. He made sure to answer all of our questions and made sure we understood everything. He worked with our budget and last made sure we got the car we wanted. I definitely recommend Abraham.

Just purchased 2023 highlander hybrid from Zak Bergé and Kamran. Excellent customer service. We sat down, set up the vehicle completely, went over every feature and Zak Bergé even delivered the vehicle to my house. A+ service from the Centennial Toyota team.

This was the easiest car buying process I’ve ever had! The salesman Guillermo was awesome and very easy to work with. He could tell I knew what I wanted and was sooo not “salesy”. Huber in finance was the same. Awesome experience. Thanks guys!

Went through their online system for a car and the dealer wont honor it the price or terms. They want me to come in based on a much higher price which was not specified. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Bought a used vehicle that I love. Then shortly thereafter discovered there was no spare tire and no jack. Tried to find out how to resolve this but could not get anyone to return my calls.

In purchasing my automobile, I found that Centennial handled themselves with more integrity than their neighboring competitors and remained accessible to inquiries after the purchase.
