Been coming to the shopping plaza Northwest 7th Street since I was a kid love the Kmart it's like the only Kmart around lately also they have a McDonald's or Taco Bell or KFC and government discount is the best they have a Party City a Walgreens and what used to be at Winn-Dixie now fresco lots and lots of parking and now and then they have a small Amusement Fair throughout the year I think twice a year I miss it when it's gone because almost everywhere you go at Walmart or Target is popping up hopefully the Kmart and the shopping center will remain as is always a very nostalgic place for me because I grew up in the area

Went here with my mom and wife. The places a little dingy and dirty with many store fronts closed. Many loitering and speaking loudly smoking and playing music. Seemed more like a hangout spot than a strip mall. I would definitely not send my mom on her own there. Not many stores to bring you in other than a Latin themed winn-dixie supermarket called "Fresco Y Mas". Some five-and-dime shops were you can maybe score a bargain or two nut definitely not a place to plan on going if you want to shop. Kmart closed and Peter Piper Pizza closed. Part City and Fresco are the main attractions.

Located in central Miami (5min from Airport), large plaza, ample parking, PLENTY of stores & businesses to chose from... Fresco Y Mas groceries, Government Discount store, clothing & shoe stores, Dept. Of Motor Vehicles office, approx 6 restaurants, gas station... & much much more! I've visited this plaza since 1992 & have seen it's evolution. Always convenient, vast variety, fair prices. I do appreciate this plaza, but I have one grievance... Why, why, why did K-Mart have to go?!?!? I'm sure I can speak for the masses of this neighborhood... We miss you K-Mart!!!

Haven’t been here for a while. But this place brings back so many memories. I practically grew up in that area. Move from Miami Beach at 8 years old and remember my parents shopping at the Winn Dixie. I loved going to Kmart for my Archie comics, Rainbow and party city. It was remodeled a few years back, but has kept most of all stores except a few stores who did not make it in this new era. Overall, not a bad shopping plaza. You could pretty much find anything you’re looking for. RIP: Little record store, Blockbuster and Payless Shoes Source.

Plenty of parking. Store mix is strong. Walgreens, Fresco y Mas latín supermarket, DMV, Party City, Taco Bell, KFC and McDonald’s s as well. Kmart is no longer open and helps give the massive parking lot appear empty. Soon a very ambitious construction project will begin and result in several hundreds of apartments to come online noT rental and for sale. This will inject enormous amount of life to three plaza. As a bonus bit of news Target will be occupying the old Kmart space.

Its a good plaza where you can go to buy your grocery in Fresco supermarket, go to a pharmacy like Walgreen's, buy clothes there are variety's to choose from Rainbow to others. Like to make nails to Kim's nail or your hair there is a salon, to buy things for your party-Party city is there and either to go to get your license or ID. Perfect to go for what ever you need in one place!!

The shopping mall has been refurbished and shops moved around. It looks really pretty but no more Kmart. I hope to see something like Walmart or Target move in, it is the only thing missing. It has a bakery and restaurant, a Fresco, a jewelry store, sports store, nails place, beauty parlor, Party City, inexpensive clothes stores and a discount store with cell and watch repair shops inside.

The government discount store had a lot of nice things but some were old. And the employees are racist with anyone who doesn't speak Spanish. I was yelled at and stared at for just looking at the perfumes. No one offered to help me and I was told to leave my bag with them! Funny, it was just take out... Hey aren't we in the USA?? LOL Not according to them or anyone in Hialeah.

To the owner of this square the security that you hire does business with a list that is illegal in the USA takes you out of the square if you arrive early and when you arrive at 6 am to do your license procedure they are singing a list of people who are not there who are arriving from their house here I leave you a photo of the one who is in charge of the list

Little did I know that the mall I went in was pretty awesome. The saleswoman was wonderful and hospitable to suit my needs. When I got the thing I wanted, I ran to the cashier right away, and they greeted me "good morning" so kindly. I was so grateful to them for their goodness and professionalism. I'm going to come here again and again. Have a nice day!

I went to the DMV here, yes there was a wait but it wasn't very long. They have good screening protocols and social distancing measures in place. Thomas was an amazing help and so nice. The system went down in the middle of my reason for being there and I had to wait but by far the nicest DMV employees I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

By far the worst accumulation of shops in Miami, low quality, worst, rude employees, horrible people. Everyone just dumps their garbage on the street, constant smoking outside, just no manners in general, been under construction for about 2 years and doesn't seem to be getting completed anytime soon. Just find another shopping plaza.

to start with I would like to say that parking is loose clean convenient and plenty of parking spots. There are approximately thirty shops consisting of a Kmart or Walgreens and a fresco y mas supermarket. all the stores inside taking walks distance. I wish there had been a few greater restaurant. in reality and sensible

Went to party city for some balloons for my parent's 50th anniversary, and they helped out with the balloons for the next day, and they refilled some that fell during the night since it was for the following day. Very pleased with the staff at party city and plenty of parking available at the plaza...

First of all I would like to mention that parking is free easy convenient and lots of parking spots. There are about thirty stores including a Kmart or Walgreens and a fresco y mas supermarket. All the stores within walking distance. I wish there were a few more eating place. Definitely and practical.

Service was super slow but the empanadas and meet/potato ball were tasty. The women who work in the restaurant speak little to no English so please be sure you can speak/understand Spanish or have a translate app with you. You could also just point at the menu or inside the glass and you'll be fine.

It has everything you can imagine. Payless, K-Mart, Party City, Valsan, Rainbow, Bakery & Cafe, Pasteur Medical, and more. It's like a small town in just a shopping plaza. There's also a McDonalds, KFC, Wendy's, Burger King, and Taco Bell nearby if you want to have some food while you're shopping.

One of the oldest shopping plazas but yet updated.. I give it a 5 star mostly because of it's DMV.. I have never experienced a faster service in getting your license renewal like this one! 20-30 minutes and I was done! Wow! Not only that but it's simple parking and you are in and out easily..

It's an okay place to hang out. There is this gigantic parking and not that many cars, so its a great place to start learning how to drive. It has a good amount of shops and yah... Food restaurants. Its okay, as I said because of the people that go there, the hygiene its not the best.

There are a lot of business there, like Sedanos supermarket, UPS store, Little Caeser pizzeria plus Vicky Bakery. So in only one stop you can do a lot of errands if necessary. I really don't recommend Vicky Bakey. I rather to go to Latin Cafe at Le Jeune Road, much, much better.

A Nice place where you can find everything you're looking for. Restaurant/ Cafeteria, Clothing stores, Supermarket, ( El Fresco y Mas). Even an Driver Licence place wher you can renew or get your Driver's license. ( with appointment). A place where you can find all your needs

Every weekend I enjoyed going in here because the place was so calm and relaxing. The people enjoyed roaming around in this shopping center. You can't get lost here because each floor has a customer service that you could ask for directions. Also, they had a big food court.

I went there for the DMV knowledge test. Got there right on time. Got in the line. Waited inside for my turn. I took the test and then got home. I did not go there to buy anything. Though there are several stores where you can shop. It seemed to be okay to me.

I went shopping I went there to shop at Walgreens and I got everything that I was looking for at Walgreens which was a pack of balloons erasable chalkboard that place have various stores to shop and more stores coming it's even a Bank of America to bank at.

The best stores are Kmart, Walgreens and the Gov. Discount. The little clothing stores are good too, specially Rainbow. There is ALWAYS parking available & is clean. They sell xmas trees, fireworks and other things during seasons' peak

This plaza has a Kmart, Government Discount which has great prices on perfumes, a Valsan , Rainbow for cute womens clothing at great prices along with other shops and a variety of food places to choose from after you are done shopping.

Fresco Is Latin supermarket where you can fine lots of international Products as cheese from Colombia or Dominican republic, greens and yellow plantains all kinds of beans, mango and guava juice and much more. I love shopping here!!

Had to come here because I needed a Walgreens and it was the only one in the area. The whole place is completely run down and has been deteriorating for years. The only places that look okay are the fast food spots and gas station

Is a centric place, with many stores near you can made all your buys in the same place, to to big and this is great you dont have to follow a map to find the place, excellent pan con lechón just in the corner, highly recommended.

We visited the Florida Driver Licence to get an ID, it cost $25.00, it took us 30 minutes to get out. I was amazed of how fast we were out. You can get your driver licence here, too and get registered to vote. Happy. …

This is Fresco y Mas, which is a Latino supermarket that is similar to Winn-Dixie. The prices are competitive and the staff is more than helpful. Anyone staying in a hotel room close to the airport, this is the place to go.

It's a really good place to buy food late at night. They have many fast food places like McDonald's , taco bell, and KFC. There's also a Wendy's in the corner of the plaza . They have a DMV, a Walgreens and also a GNC.

I’ve been here since I was a kid since I’m from miami. Everything is inexpensive and government discount has hair dyes for less than any other place . The bakery there is Bomb and they make great sandwiches too.

I have been going to this plaza for 20 years. It has almost everything plus every fast food restaurant you can ask for. I gave it 4 stars because I would like to see the parking lot get cleaned up a little bit.

Mask is under renovation at this time. Many of the business names have been removed from the facade walls so you have to look for signs at the curbside to identify locations for business'

This shopping plaza looks much better now after they painted it and use better signs for businesses names. But what Drive me crazy it’s all the garbage in the “Fresco Y Mas” parking lot.

It's a quiet shopping center with security patrolling the area. It's centrally located and surrounded by food chains,casino, gas station hotels and airport and a variety of small shops.

There's so much the mall has to sell. For all shopping needs, it is a one stop shop. It is convenient and quick to access the location right off the interstate and near to hotels.

Kentucky friend chicken. The best of the best. Very recommended. Very good taste and fresh food. To having a good time and forget and the problems and the hard life worth losing.

This shopping center has been there for decades. Now the only good store left is Winn Dixie and Walgreens. The Kmart closed and the rest of the stores there are fairly unknown.

I went to driving license office in particular from this mall the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to someone who wants to get their license.

The bakery closed 10 mins early and they didn't want to attend me all I was there for was bread and a coke and I was paying cash also there was people sitting inside eatting

I like shopping at Federal from the mall but don't go on the weekends there's a lot of stupid people trying to park and it's going to be a mission finding parking

This place was very clean and had a nice area. For being out of town it was easy to get in and out of. Not hard to find. Had everything we needed in one area.

Close to the airport this strip mall has all the stores you need to get those things you couldn't carry on the plane. Traffic is a nightmare but.thats Miami.

Kmart has been shut down. All other stores are available, license place has been moved to the front and is now located in the front in the shopping center

This mall has been around for many many years and i am so glad it has gone thry a needed facelift amd revamping of its parking lot and new anchor stores

Most of the stores are close is an old Shopping Center think they will remodel eventually I usually visit Government Discount good variety and prices.

Only worth going for walgreens, snack hunters, the barber shop, DMV, and GNC. Anything besides that is not worth the visit, out you can find better.

Neat mall but you needed a shoe store now that payless is not there, Party City was scanty. Smart and the Supermarket are the bomb in that place.

It's currently under new management and they have been investing in this location. Saw drawings of what its going to look like... I can't wait.

It has lots of free parking. There are many shops to choose from at reasonable prices. Plus some of there stores are open until 10pm or later

El prado restaurante y cafetería good is good I think tables are way too close when we still on a pandemic but I give 3 stars to the place
