I wasn’t going to write a review as I didn’t want to post anything negative. I had my whole house painted as well as my kitchen cupboards. The team that did the main area of my house were great. Very efficient. Emma did the kitchen cupboards. She suggested painting the backsplash the same colour as the cupboards. I was hesitant but agreed and very happy with the results. But Emma had to return 3 times just for touch ups, which I had to point out every time. I feel that as a professional painter they should pay more attention to detail to ensure few touchups. A thorough check before leaving could avoid this. I recently discovered that 1 cupboard is completely missing screws in the cabinet hardware leaving the cabinet door dangling when open which is why I’m now writing this review. The team was very responsive and understanding to any issues I had, it took a few weeks to get everything completed due to vacation etc. I suggest that more attention to detail is done in the future to avoid numerous visits to correct.

I would highly recommend CertaPro Painters. From the first meeting, Steve was professional, engaging and understood my needs. The price was less than I had budgeted for. The living room, dining room, 2 hallways and 2 staircase walls with high ceilings were done. The work the crew performed was exceptional and was completed in less than a day. Since I was at work while they were doing the painting, they called and asked before performing tasks they were unsure of. I was quite pleased with the workmanship. They cleaned up after they were done and you wouldn't have noticed that the home was painted. Although I no longer live in the area, I would not hesitate in recommending CertaPro to anyone. I had the pleasure of working with Steven on getting my house painted, doing over another contractor's work. He quoted me a great deal for quite a bit of work, (two floors including ceiling, doors and installation of trim). The project needed to be completed in one day, as I was short on time. Steven thoroughly explained the process to me: colour matching, number of workers, duration etc. Two days later, his office reached out to check in with my satisfaction, after the work had settled. OF COURSE I AM QUITE SATISFIED. A GREAT TEAM OF PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT WORKERS. Thank you, Steven.

I had a sales rep come to my home in mid June to give a quote on painting the exterior siding. He stated I would receive the quote in a couple of days. I heard nothing further. I followed up 5 days later and the call centre rep stated she would have him call me. I heard nothing further. I followed up a few days after that as I still had not received the quote to indicate I no longer wanted the quote due to poor customer service. I received an email thanking me for choosing Certa Pro but nothing from any company rep to follow up. I would highly NOT recommend them.

I'm a little pissed at the company. It took over a month to get the quote after their site visit and never ONCE saw a colour pallet to select the colour they would paint my house. THEY picked the colour so now my house has an updated sun-faded brown look. It doesn't really look like it was actually painted. The painter himself did a very good job; no streaks, orange peel, or over-spray. Just miffed I'm going to have to have it painted again next year by a different company. I should have known not to use them after the very long delay in receiving the quote.

We had our Kitchen cabinets painted. Emma our painter did a great job. She changed our knobs to handles. You could not see where the old knobs were. The paint job was excellent and the paint she suggested turned out the one we picked. There was no mess and clean up was done each time she came. We are very happy with this company and if there was ever a time we would need work done, we would use them. In respect to price all quotes were roughly the same but Steve was the only one who came out to give us a quote.

I liked working with CertaPro and recommend them to others. For quote, I opted to discuss my project without a home visit (small job). They arrived ready with all supplies to do the work and be sure I had correctly described what was needed. I am very satisfied with the punctuality and pricing and how their program gave email updates as they moved closer to my painting date. As CP did a drywall patch, a vacuum clean up lifted drywall dust off the floor; nice touch.

We needed to have our large deck stripped, sanded and restained. The team at CertaPro were fantastic from the quoting stage, all the way through to the finished product. Steven was also amazing at recommending the right thing for our property and telling us to avoid some of the other things that other companies said we needed, but in fact really did not. Very fast and professional service with a quality job done. Needed to spruce up the house for listing. Garage door, porch walls, concrete porch slab and front door needed painting.
