** Their sugar level excessively sweet** This is a per 22 Dec 2022. I ordered chocolate lava, pearl milk tea, and mango yoghurt. Chocolate lava- very good but excessively sweet . Am just wondering where the lava is? Is this marketing gimmick because it is only chocolate drink with ice rock? Mango yoghurt - very disappointed and very sweet. Is there a sugar in it? How could you put ice in the yoghurt? Who did this? I want my yoghurt is solid not watery. I suggest to go to chapoint to look at how they make it as their mango is good and yours is not. This is like ice yoghurt mango not mango yoghurt The other thing i want more mango. Pearl milk tea- i requested for 30% sugar level and i got 100% sugar or more. Some people like their drink sweet but i like my sugar is not to sweet. I don't want to be diabetic after drink your milk tea. I wish i can give more stars but there are some flaws ⚠️ yoghurt drink with ice -✖️ ⚠️ Their swet level- they need to work on it. If i want 30%, i want 30% sugar reduction and not 100 % ⚠️ Their regular is small cup ⚠️ their pearl seems tough. Very hard to get booba softv

Place is great, very young and trendy and the store is right next to Panania station. I ordered Mango Milk Tea with Black Pearls and it tastes great! Not too artificial and the pearls has a perfect balance of chewy and soft. Love the interior of the place and the drinks are really cheap even with inflation right now. There's also a nice range of desserts as well as burgers and fries! Great place for after school hangout or a quick grab after/ before work. They also make the drink really quickly.

Today i had the chicken burger combo which looked so delicious and yum but the chicken burger was so stinky and raw inside. couldn't even eat it, also the chips were overcooked. I normally get bubble tea from here and I've no complaints about the bubble tea they are actually so good. The staff members r so nice and friendly too. But the burger was actually so trash. I literally got food poisoning after eating it

Have had their bubble teas on a few occasions now and have been perfectly fine until on Wednesday when the milk in the bubble tea was curdled! So disappointment when I got home which is a 1 minute drive. I came back tonight for another bubble tea and mentioned my experience to the worker on duty and she did not even acknowledge my complaint or apologised hence my rating other than that the product is fine.

Pearl Tea is the focal point so in that regard it is pretty good and lots of variety, don’t be afraid to try something new as it will be a pleasant experience. The beef burger was satisfactory and the chips were amazingly made, environment was pretty laid back, good location for a quick lunch date. 8/10

It’s not as good as people make it out to be, their drinks are pretty average and the place isn’t that clean. Also the food they make tastes extremely oily and the chips are bright neon yellow. The only customers I see they get are the local school students and after they all leave the place is practically empty.

we had ten dollars and this really nice lady paid for our remaining money and she was really nice and i think is deserve a raise or something
