The supermarket is not well air conditioned. I think this works against them coz i peronally will only buy what i need and get out of there as fast as possible. The staff also sometime just watch as you pack your own groceries esp when you visit the store in the late hours. I give them à two star coz there are some really friendly staff there that keep me going back even with the down side. They also have limited variéty. Like you'll only find one brand of à product or à product brand that's is not really popular.i also hope someone tell's them that the reason we don't buy alot of stuff from upstairs is not the distance but the heat, it is not worth it .it's like walking into an oven.

Located next to Changamwe police station,the mall houses various businesses including the Supermarket. The landscape is well planned with ample parking spaces and child friendly outdoor seats, The gate is well manned and clear entry and exit points. Inside the supermarket, it's spacious to accommodate large number of shoppers. Items well placed and easily located..the shopping attendants are warm hearted and ready to help. The counters are well manned with beautiful faces to check you out. Wheelchair accessibility ✔️ As a new resident in the area.. I've found a shopping home. Highly recommend .

Poor services, the attendant, Constantina Achi Changamwe branch, made a mistake by scanning twice and when I asked for a solution to give me my extra payment back she started calling me delusional saying I didn't see properly, the supervisor came to assist me. I later went back because it's the only supermarket in my area and the same attendant refused to serve me claiming the counter was closed and later served people behind me. As a supermarket kindly just close if you feel you can't offer customers good service

Its located in the biggest Mall in the area which has alot of business operations running within and moreso banks, a shopping center, a 5 star club known as the WAKANDA and I guess I counted more than 8 bank branches operating in there, the Foodplus supermarket is big and sells so many products in which anyone would like....I would sincerely request anyone to go there and do his shopping

I didn't like how my fridge was packed. I expected it to be sealed in a carton with the white cushions all around it preventing it from damage from transit. You guys just loaded it and put a carton on top.!! No cushions. The ropes luckily were tight so there was no damage but surely next time pack an item fully. Thank you for the fridge. It works perfectly.

This market is not giving value for time. Delay in Billing, Manager telling people their supermarket issues...? What is wrong with you people...? Our money is valuable and you're supermarket only.. We can switch to other supermarket if your people behavior will not change. There is no time to change...

It's the best supermarket in Kenya, starting from inside up to outside.Staffs well groomed , products well merchandised,they have good offers every time and free delivery when you buy electronic equipment and so many. It's a home of no worry when you do your shopping, more than just food

I love the place. Enough parking, friendly security personnel, Clean mall and parking, Well located The supermarket need to work on arrangement of their items. However this might have been due to the fact that the premise is still new.

Nice Super Market, strategically place at Airport Mall, Sadly perhaps due to hard econimic times, it is some how scaling down. Need to add more cashiers to ease the queues. Otherwise, the have all groceries at very competitive prices.

Am rating it a 3star because the security guards are very rude, and they like asking for tips on each and every person they come across with... I was asked for a tip from like 2 guards on my way in the supermarket.

There is variety of products, enough parking space and secure. Though the prices if some commodities are a bit high compared to other outlets. Their bakery is equally good but not diversified, bread is awesome.

Amble parking, variety available prices are friendly for mwanainchi wa kawiada, they also run some offers on different items. Lovely customer service. For me their bakery, the bread is just on point.

Very bad. It had lost its glory a long time ago. My food was late and looked choppy. The waitresses kept forgetting my order. There were flies in the premises. Very poor service in general.

Manager called Imran very rude, demeaning and condescending towards a customer who bought 10k worth of groceries. Unwilling for his staff to tie in cartons the goods.

U can't miss anything from this foodplus, banking, restaurants, liquor shops , quality mattress and garments , prices are fair and transport access is convenient .

Wow! Interesting place with enough parking space outside the mall with several banks for ease of financial access, and a number of stalls within the premises.

What changamwe has been missing. The fact you can do all your shopping without going to town is a life saver. If they add KFC it will be super awesome ☺️

The supermarket has poor services. Some prices indicated on the shelves are not the one at the teller. At the teller; it's abit higher. So watch out.

I think that is the best supermarket in Changamwe although it's a bit expensive. The place is calm and no much commotion. It's an ample parking place

It's okay, underground parking, lots of atm machines and banks. There's also Wakanda club, cool joint for music and entertainment

The interior is airy with a wide variety of goods, from electronics to household items to foodstuffs and so much more
