After 3 years of Fall roof installation/repairs to my townhouse by Roof Masters , every Spring revealed Winter leakage and more ceiling damage, I searched for a solution and found Chandler Family Roofing and Mr. Chandler solved my problems. He installed a complete flat rubber roof on my townhome at a more than fair price and in a quick, timely and professional manner. I recommended him to my neighbor who also had the same leaking flat roof issues as me and he solved her problem as well. Today I'm having a shingle roof installed on my home and talk about prompt? My 22 year old roof installed in 2001 (Chicago) had weathered many storms and needed reroofing; homeowner insurance companies would not provide coverage so I had to do something. A family member with Black Pages International recommended Chandler Family Roofing and everything from beginning to end was professionally done. They installed 30 year architectural design shingles on the roof of my house to match the shingles on the room addition and garage, flashed and sealed around the chimney and edge of room addition at back of my house. Shingles and gutters were checked on house room addition and garage, and repaired if needed. Thank you Chandler Family Roofing for servicing my roofing repair and for house projects in the future.

Just had my roof completed my Chandler Family Roofing and 100% pleased. From the day of the estimate to the end of the install, Mr Chandler has been very responsive and answered every question I had. When I thought I picked a good shingle match for my house, he came back the very next day and suggested a "better match". He was correct too, it definitely was a better match. His crew was here on time and surprisingly done faster than I expected. They cleaned up with no evidence they were even here. I would definitely recommend Chandler Family Roofing.

I was working on an interior remodeling project and needed a roofer to repair the roof and replace some gutters. There was a leak going into the house . I needed a company to come out as soon as possible. I found Chandler roofing company on the internet. I really appreciate Daniel getting his crew out right away to do the repair. The communication was there, Daniel inspected the roof, I had a proposal the next day. They crew was on time. The work was professionally done . Just what I needed to stay on schedule with my project. GREAT JOB GUYS! Thanks

They made 2 appointments and failed to call or show up for either one. After the first failure to show, I contacted Mr. Chandler and we agreed to reschedule. Again, they failed to call or show up. Also, don’t call the number posted! The mailbox was always full and the only way I got a call back was if he bother to check for missed calls!?! Mr. Chandler called me 24 hours after failing to call or show up for the second appointment and attempted to reschedule a third time. Obviously, I did not use their services.

Had gutter damage from heavy snow and ice. Chandler roofing -- recommended my insurance agent --responded quickly, provided a fair estimate right away and showed up on the scheduled day to install new gutters on time. They installed gutters while I was traveling. Mr. Robert Chandler texted me photos along the way. When I returned, except for the new gutters, there was no trace that they had been there. Old damaged gutters were taken away, the work was neat and clean. Highly recommend.

I used about a year ago and the owner was right on time when I had a leak. Called him at 6 am and he answered, said he'd be over in an hour, he was, looked at the roof, spotted the problem, said he'd be back in 2 hours, he was, fixed the roof and all was well within 2 hours on a Sunday morning. Saw his workers across the street the other day on a neighbors property, talked to the son, he inspected, replaced missing shingles and wrapped the chimney, gave an estimate for re-roof.

I had been needing a roof for a few years now and decided to Google companies near me. I had 3 estimates and I went with my gut. Robert Chandler came out, gave a fair estimate and suggestions. He was personable and had a positive spirit. We set up a time and date and he gave an approximate time of completion. He was ON TIME, His crew was friendly and clean up was top notch. I had major leaking problems that were coming into my 2nd unit and they come out and we both went on my roof an inspected the problem.
