Charisma carries many high quality products and they will special order in large quanities at a good value BUT the #1 reason I go to Charisma is my hairdresser David. David is over the top amazing, with attention to detail beyond compare. He makes me feel like a very pampered VIP because he always gives me his full attention. I have been going to David at Charisma for over 15 years and have NEVER left unhappy with my hair. It is so important to me to have David do my hair that I make my hair appointments months in advance and then schedule my life around them. I always look forward to my appointment because it is a way to re energize with relaxing zen time for me and a solace that is full of joy.

I feel like today was my lucky day! My daughter needed a trim and I happened to ask if someone had time for a blowout while I was waiting for her. David had a cancellation and I ended up getting a great cut from him. So happy I found him. He is so personable and a true professional-fantastic attention to detail. I'll definitely be going back. I've been going to see Angelica for quite some time now, the magic she produces on my hair is AMAZING. She's really professional and keeps her clients educated on the service that she is performing. She treats me like family and I can not find that anywhere else. I will continue going to see Angelina whenever I need a color change, hair cut, new style or just a friend to talk to.

Since 2011 I am going to AFSANEH she does a wonderful job on my hair color cut and style she introduced me with Brazilian blowout since I am doing that three times a year. Maria is the most professional and talented hairstylist I have ever known. I have been going to her for 7 years and she has accommodated my schedule a few times. I look forward to my visits and the 45-60 min drive is well worth it. And Jennifer, the receptionist, always greets me by name when I walk through the door.

I had a terrible experience with stylist Sam here. The haircut was one of the worst I've had in the past 10 years. It felt like I could have done a better job by putting a bowl on my head and cutting it myself. Funny the owner there claims he's the best! If he's the best, then what about the others?!

The best hair salon in Del Mar. I got a haircut a few weeks ago and I am very happy with the cut. It took me a long time to find the right salon. All the staffs at Charisma are very nice and friendly. I would recommended this salon for everyone.

Afsaneh is an experienced hair stylist. She was able to cut my long, thick, curly hair to perfection! I can rarely find someone who can manage my hip long length hair and she did an amazing job. I will keep going back to her!

Jennifer is amazing at nails and always is extremely positive and is one of the most generous store managers in the country, Madi cuts and dyes my hair and is phenomenal at men's cuts and colors. Amazing establishment!

Very opinionated staff. I can hear them gossip so much about their customers. It made me extremely uncomfortable and some are not very educated on what to do with different types of hair.
