The waiter was friendly at first, became after 5 minutes pretty eagerly. While asking us 3 times within the next 5 minutes if we wanna order now, he started giving pressing looks. I am very sorry to but I need to be honest, it doesn’t further to the actually nice & cozy ambiente. After ordering we got 2 Drinks in large size after saying twice we want it in small. Sad because it ended in us leaving upset. To sum up: If you want to leave with a good feeling in your guts and your chest you stay away. At least with the current attitude of the staff. Good service but the food was disappointing. All of the items I ordered were okay, but not great however the corn I ordered had one con that was fridge cold and one that was warm: I found the inconsistency more confusing but would expect that they were both supposed to be warm. Don't be fooled by the size in the menu being described as "small" - the portion is a regular size, but it does make you feel like you got more than you were expecting, despite the price probably being apt for what you get.

They have large menus displayed outside of the shop in the main road advertising 5,50 euro sandwiches but you cannot even get a glass of water with that amount. In fact, we were charged 6.95 Euro (!) for a bottle of still water. Burgers were average, and very overpriced. Taking advantage of tourists given their location. To avoid 100%.

Ωραίο μέρος με πολύ ωραία διακόσμηση και ευχάριστη ατμόσφαιρα, στο κέντρο του Άμστερνταμ. Οι καφέδες του καλοί, ενώ το φαγητό του, χωρίς να είναι κάτι ιδιαίτερο, ήταν γευστικότατο, οπτικά ελκυστικότατο και... χορταστικότατο. Το english breakfast ήταν νοστιμότατο και το vegetarian breakfast εξίσου αξιόλογο, ενώ οι τηγανητές πατάτες οι οποίες συνόδευαν το δεύτερο... κυριαρχούσαν ως γεύση από τα υπόλοιπα συστατικά του. Το σέρβις τυπικά φιλικό και οι τιμές ολίγον τσιμπημένες. Συμπερασματικά, φαντάζει ως μία πολύ καλή επιλογή για ένα πρωινό ή γρήγορο γεύμα κυρίως για ταξιδιώτες, πολύ κοντά στον κεντρικό σταθμό των τρένων στο Άμστερνταμ.

Nice place, well located 6 minutes walk from the central station. Clean and well lit. Loud music. Nice decoration, not too ornate. Unmotivated waitress although she served us quickly, a smile would be appreciated. Pleasant and attentive waiter. The burgers came very quickly. It's a good place, the waiters maybe a little pushy. A little attention is fine, but too much is excessive. The hamburgers are very good, fresh and quality products, the smell is excellent.

Angenehmes Ambiente und leckere Burger Wir waren auf der Suche nach einem leckeren Bruger. Fastfood auf der Strasse wollten wir nicht. Nach kurzer Zeit fanden wir Charlies's Kitchen. Ein kurzer Blick auf die Speisekarte überzeugte. Drinen fühlt man sich wohl, es ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Auswahl an Burger und anderen Speisen ist gut, mehr benötigt man nicht. Zu jedem Burger kann man noch weitere Zutaten hinzufügen, wenn man das möchte. Alles wird frisch zubereitet und schmeckt echt lecker. Das Fleisch ist saftig und zart. Komme gerne wieder vorbei.

Ate here while walking the street and ultimately leaving with a conflicted outlook. The food was serviceable (ribs were great, burgers were good) but the restaurant really scalps you for the drinks. Large soft drinks were €5.90 which wasn’t that large and they said that they don’t do table water. That’s normally fine, but then they charge €6.90 for 750ml water. If you come here, bring your own water. If not, there are better options with in a stones throw. #ribs

Je vous déconseille !!!!! Super chère pour ce que c’est, viande avec un goût assez douteux, et très sèche. Salade d’accompagnement sans sauce, poivrons de mauvaise qualité, tomates pas mûres… une catastrophe. Même les burgers les plus simples n’étaient pas bons. Firstly - there is a restaurant cat - how can you NOT love this place already? Amazing! Strong coffee and generous sodas await. A good, solid menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I had the Big Kehuna Burger with fries, which is served with a variety of condiments. The burger is meaty and fresh, topped with melted cheddar, pineapple, and bacon - such a great comfort food! Unser Kellner war sehr unhöflich. Er kam uns viel zu nahe, regierte auf die Frage, wie groß denn ein Sandwich in diesem Restaurant sei, sehr unfreundlich und abwertend. Draußen an dem Restaurant steht, dass man für 3,50€ ZWEI Croissants mit Marmelade und Butter bekommt, wir bekamen jedoch nur eins. Die Sandwiches waren relativ klein. Unsere Getränke wurden uns erst gebracht, als wir unser Essen schon fast aufgegessen hatten. Wir haben keinen Cent Trinkgeld gegeben.

I asked for a soft omelette, no brown, the waiter said ok. The omelette came out brown, I confronted the waiter, he said this us normal, I asked why he said ok when i ordered no brown. He shrugged his shoulders. I do not recommend this place. After eating the omelette the waiter made a face because I ate the omelette, it wasnt ok but I wasnt going to leave a 14 euro food item un eaten. Poor service.

The American burger is probably my personal favourite burger I’ve ever had. While I’d like the fries or even the drinks to be a little cheaper, I don’t regret eating there for a moment. Plus, the burgers are a really good size, so quality and quantity match the price really good in that regard.

Would give 0 star if possible. As soon as we walk in,one of the waiters shouts at us to get back in the door because we need to be seated while we did not see the sign. Nice burger spot in the touristic center of Amsterdam. The best part there is that they have a cute cat named Jackie who doesn't mind being pet by strangers :) The burgers are pretty good, the Texas burger being better than the burger with the egg. To start, the burger is what you expect from one. It is a basic burger, but miles better than mcdoalds or burger king (which is not hard). The fried are good and you get served 5 sauces, where 4 are generally good and de 5th smells like its salvaged from a bombed buolding in 1944. Last minute decision due to the timing. Everything was closing or closed so this place was the only option. I got the chicken salad and it was sooo good! Not sure what the dressing was but it was delicious, the fried chicken was crispy, and the lettuce was fresh. The server/host/bartender (all one person) was friendly and his music playlist was also on point.

Cool little restaurant in Amsterdam. The burgers come plain so you can add the sauces however you like. Prices are ok and drinks are delicious. The virgin mojito is very good. Also they have a very cute shop cat

Restaurant heeft een leuke uitstraling, ontzettend aardige en behulpzame gastheer en gastvrouw en de sfeer is er gezellig. Eten smaakt prima maar is wel aan de prijs. Prijs is wel te rechtvaardigen voor de smaak.

We are really glad we found this place for brunch. Good atmosphere, and food was tasty. Would recommend if you want a quick bite to eat. Fry up was very good! Can get quite busy here so try and beat the rush.

Top Burger (etwas wenig Sauce) aber dafür sehr saftiges 250g Beef Patty. Super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, gemütliches Interior, freundliche Bedienung. Zudem wurde ein Korb mit mehreren Saucen hinzugesellt.
