Outside atm never accepts cash. Atm was put in without water prevention, corporate cutting corners. Would be nice if this bank had working atms since it's in the only one within a few miles of the others. Closest one is downtown where some homeless people wait in the alley. Chase do better.

Customer service isn’t that great as well as they don’t ask questions when doing a business deposit/transaction just typically assume what you want then get an attitude about it. Never fails with this location

Unfortunately they removed the atm making it much more inconvenient to be a customer not sure how much longer they will be with out a atm but the lines are always long but the employees were very helpful

Although the atms were not dispensing money the ability to transition money from one account to another at the ATM was available and that was a great service for when you can't use your phone to do it
