This place is small and BUSY, come prepared for some high-voltage self-service experiences. Susan helped me get started with one of the larger washing machines ($7.50 per cycle, about half an hour cycle), and I purchased single use detergent ($2.00) and single use fabric softener ($2.00). They do not offer dryer sheets. There is a quarter exchange machine for $1 bills and $5 bills, larger bills can be exchanged at the counter. The dryer costs ¢25 per 5 minutes and has three heat settings. A large load of various clothes took about 45 minutes ($2.25) to dry on the lowest setting for me. They offer large bags for clean clothes for ¢25. The employees speak fluent Spanish as well as English, too!

Cash only and very inflexible if you don’t have any cash. the lady working tried to stop me from using the dryer only saying I need to wash there too. I washed my clothes there the day before and the other lady was trying to make me wait there cus they were closing an hour and a half later. That lady made me use the commercial washer saying it was faster but really I think they only said that cus it was more expensive. She wasted my time being super condescending counting the quarters and my change. Anyway everyone working there has a foul attitude and I would never come back here. It’s also super hot inside w no ac. Would give it 0 stars if I could

I was a tourist from Australia in New York and in desperate need for clean clothes. This place was the BEST. Easy drop off in the morning and picked up a couple hours later, perfectly folded. So annoying when you're on holiday and you have to spend a couple hours sitting in laundromat, feeling like your wasting your precious time in that city so this service was perfect. It was also extremely well priced IMO. $20 for what the man called a small load but it was pretty much all the clothes we had with us so perfect! Bonus: the guy at the counter had a real New York accent which as a foreigner I absolutely loved haha. Thanks guys!

I arrived early at 7.53, the lady opened up at 8.02. Machines are kept in great condition, no dirt or hair stuck on the rubber, no dust accumulated in the dryer, carts are clean, waiting area is clean. The smaller machine cost $5.75 for a wash and I spent around $3 to dry. The best part - I could fold at the table which was big and clean, and left with all my laundry folded, ready to load into my luggage. Do come early, by 9, there were people waiting for machines to wash. I also asked about the wash and fold service, it was available for same day collection if you drop it off at opening, you can collect by 3 pm.

I’ve gone here a few times while on vacation and it’s great for self service. Staff was notably better today than the past. They were proactively helpful with every customer I saw come in, giving instructions for the machines. Very kind and welcoming! Not a lot of seating, as expected, it’s a small hot laundromat. Tons of cafes next door though, so not a negative. $6 for industrial washer (30 min cycle), 1.25 for detergent and .25 per five min in the dryer. Very easy and reasonable prices!

The place was busy but the staff were helpful and pleasant, one staff member in particular was great but we did not get her name unfortunately. They were very helpful with regard to directing us to a washing machine and then dryer when we needed it. Everyone in the laundry when we were there were working around each other so everyone could access where they needed to go. Good value for washing and drying.

Amazingly convenient laundry service. We are travellers and had a week’s worth of laundry for two people. Dropped off the laundry in the morning and they washed (separated colours), dried and folded the laundry for $25, ready to be picked up by end of day. I also accidentally left some valuables with my laundry, which was untouched. Would definitely recommend!

Terrible service, machines don’t work, and they keep jacking up the prices. The management is incredibly rude, will touch and move your clothing without asking and will yell at you when you try to talk to them. The environment is very unclean and the machines barely wash your clothing but that doesn’t stop them from price gauging. Don’t waste your money here.

Well located, clean and plenty of machines. Friendly and helpful staff. I was there July ‘22. A regular machine was $5 for a wash. Dryers were 25¢ per 15min. Dryers are for wash customers only. BYO detergent if possible. There’s some for sale but only larger containers for $3.99. Maybe the smaller ones were sold out

First time using a laundromat in this area and I was so impressed. The washers were in excellent condition, a change machine was available, and everything was very reasonably priced. The women working let me know a dryer wasn't working and made one available for me to use. Overall great experience, thank you

Friendly and helpful personnel. Everything was made on time (drop off- we could actually pick it even faster than we asked for). Very happy with the results. We paid 16.5$ for this big bag and gained a lot of time by letting Chelsea Laundry do it for us. Thanks!

Laundry is easily sorted here. Change machine, sell soaps, washers of all sizes and many hot dryers too. You can get away with having your laundry washed and dried in 1.5hrs. Price is fair. Baskets available to transfer washed clothes to dry. Folding area too.

This place is super clean and efficient, the lady who run this place is very helpful and kind. The drop off and pick up service is quick and cheap too. They open very early too.If I'm in the city next time, i'll definitely come back

Be responsible. Polite, Capable workers who speak Spanish. They understand “Want Buy, detergent, dryer sheets, change, quarters ..” and all English necessary words. Say thank you and clear out if there’s too many people. Thank you.

Arrived there not long before closing. Employees were extremely helpful and the manager was incredibly nice. Clothes were ready next morning, everything came back perfect and packaged great. Prices are very fair. Recommended!

Drop off service works as advertised. It was around $30 for 7lbs of clothes to be washed/dried/folded same day (including the $10 express fee). I think we dropped them off around noon and they were ready at 5.

Very efficient and very helpful. My daughter had left a ring in a piece of clothing being washed, the owner managed to find and return it. I am so grateful. I would definitely recommend their service.

We organised a same day service for a family of 5 weeks worth of dirty clothes, lady who welcomed us couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Definitely recommend using them …
