Wish I could leave this place 0 stars....the Pharmacist manager knew someone came to work testing positive for covid...he allowed the person to work and only after a few staff members found out,he let "Hot salami" go home and continued business operations as if nothing happened. To me this place has a clear disconnect with public health and safety regulations and have zero appreciation for what some of the staff has to put up with internally(within the work place) overhearing swearing and threats of job loss is rampant. The lack of knowledge and training is abhorrent and all that is presented is a toxic work culture that glorifies staff misery, labelling it as "hard work" and promising a mountain but delivering a dirt road. The only time you will find this place to be helpful is when headoffice is coming...shelves WILL be full, staff WILL be forced to help you and management WILL stick to you like mosquitos only for the "show". The issue with Chemist warehouse Clayton are the Pharmacists This morning i went to purchase an item - and this has happened before - whereby I ask floor staff for assistance and they are unable to assist- then ask the Pharmacist- he stated that what i required was not available there. I continued to look and found an entire shelve of the item I required . All they had to do was look it up on their computer. There is also no point choosing click and collect at this particular pharmacy as it takes staff almost 1/2 hour to find your item. I understand that it is a cheap / pharmacy but the entire store has extremely inadequate staffing - and when there is staff they are busy opening boxes- will not be stepping in this Pharmacy again a very tiring experience- not worth the savings - if there are any at all- Also extremely dirty

I had a really terrible experience at this place and staff here are rude and irresponsible. I asked the staff if they can do a price match and they asked me check at the back of store. While register back at the store was closed and I went back to the register at front and waited again in the line and asked them if they can find some one helping me, they stressed that I need to go somewhere to get help and after I repetitively stessed my request, all I got is a staff member called me ridiculous...This is a terrible experience and will never return. Their service is ridiculous!!!!

They didn’t care whether I live or die, ordered a delivery (I usually do it over the phone) on the website and the process turns out to be completely different and takes weeks instead of a day and there’s no warning about this on the website. Neither none of the companies employees warned me or wanted to deal with my problem when it arose. I’m not high class, I live paycheck to paycheck and can’t just buy another 150$ worth of medication while I’m waiting their 5 business day refund or weeks for the script to come to the head office. Absolutely stupid system and careless people.

Dropped off a prescription, was told 10-15 minutes. Went for a wander and then went and bought some dinner. By the time I got back, at least 20 minutes since I dropped off the prescription, I then had to stand at the desk for a further 15 minutes being ignored until someone finally asked what I was waiting for. All in all it was a terrible experience and to top it off my food was cold by the time I left. No one cares there and it shows, will seriously consider taking my business elsewhere from now on. Will also advise people to go just about anywhere else but here.

The worst chemist wharehose ever. do not reccomend this shop. the place stings and smells bad, very messy and dirty. shelft empty and products arranged badly on small old shelves. it's so narrow that it's impossible to walk around. at the pharmacy section there's the rudest person I have ever met. he doesn't wear any uniform and looks very dirty too. maybe he's he manager or a supervisor. he is only good at screaming and treatening the customers with no reason. other pharmacies are much better than this one.

Poor Customer Service. I requested staff to check if the product is available, the staff told me to find it by myself in the shelf. I found it and asked him to open the shelf locker so that I can try the tester, the staff just refused and walked away by saying find another staff. I wouldn't have cared if the staff was busy, but the staff wasn't. The management should really look into this, as most people have problem with customer service in this store.

Feel bad because I don’t remember her name but there was female pharmacist who helped me, a very friendly Asian lady. She was really quick, helpful and informative without having the same “you’ll die if you rub this cream in wrong” vibe most other pharmacists have. I live in Preston and was up this way visiting a friend but will make a point of getting scripts here if I’m coming this way bc her and the other staff who served me were so good

Visited today and have to say the service was exceptional. I was looking for a new blush and the colour I wanted to purchase was out of stock. The girl helping me told me where I could purchase one at another store. She called and got one put on hold for me, gave me the address and opening hours. It was all very easy and she was genuinely extremely helpful and friendly. Thanks for a great experience in your store.

Always a convenient answer “what’s on shelf is what we have” even didn’t bother to check - out of curiosity- trucks unloaded directly to your shelf without stock? Understand there are restrictions placed on high demand stuff - however one pharmacist gave me two packs (6 days doses) but counter staff took one off my basket regardless I explained to her. Very disappointed.

Couple months before I ordered 3 bottles of CoQ10 online, but when I picked up from the store, only 2 bottles there and 1 bottle missing, then one staff helped me to do the refund for the missing one, but very disappointed until now I still haven’t received any refund from Chemist warehouse. Really bad experience in the store. The staff at the cashier named Kyra （ID 64238) was rude. I have been to a chemist store where the cashiers make demand and getting annoyed at customer. I will happily spend my money else where. I feel like the staff really need days off, the atmosphere was so depressing, wont come back again !!!

Super friendly and efficient staff. Needed passport sighted just after 6pm, after finishing a number of scripts they had all the paperwork stamped and ready to go. The dead quiet Direct Chemist Outlet on the other hand had flat out refused telling me to return the next day when they had more staff on 乁(〇_ｏ)ㄏ

We purchased a Swisse product from this store 2 days ago only to find out that the person we bought it for had already purchased it elsewhere. Tried to return the item today in perfect condition and with the receipt but was refused a refund. Terrible customer service, I won't be returning.

If you have a prescription prepare to wait...at least 30min...and if you are after original not generic triple check They give me generic each time I go although I've told them that I want the original medication. And then I have to wait all over again! Decided never to go there again

My favourite pharmacy and perfume store in Australia. You know what perfume here are cheaper than duty-free Wendy the pharmacist, bella...checkout and the Pirez the tough security guy is awesome....love always...Renju Venugopal...

It can be very busy just by seeing the size of the crowd today which they supplies medical needs,body care, toiletries and more friendly staffing huge parking area at the back with public transport connections train and buses minutes on foot.

When there are 10 groups waiting to pay with one register open, there are more staff on the floor filling the shelves. It’s been so slow just to get things paid. The manager should be better with prioritize and flexibility in staff.

If you need something quickly this is not the pharmacy to go to. Often its just one person serving and the rear counters are always closed. Line of 10 people is pretty frequent. If you have 10mins to wait in line then its okay

As many people have already mentioned, the customer service is awful. I've been at this Chemist a few times and every time I go there the staff who is at the checkout is very rude, not polite at all.

Went to attest my docs twice. All in vein. Poor service( Pharmacist was rude ☹️). Justify your role with your profession. Have some respect for people.

Just isn't the same anymore. Bring back all the staff before covid reared its ugly head. Back when the service was amazing!!

Front & Back entrance is convenient. Make sure you have plenty of time to kill very busy.
