I went back for refund and one staff told me I could do an exchange with other products after taking a good 15 minutes checking on the computer. When I finally got through a long queue with the stuff that I actually wanted and another staff was serving at the counter and she called the manager and said that could not be exchanged or refunded. When I told her another staff told me I could do the exchange, all she said was the staff who told me that is not the manager. CW certainly could have done better in training the staffs to familiarize with different procedures in order to avoid providing misleading information to customers. It was poorly dealt with, the staff wasn't apologetic at all and somehow just wanted me to quickly pay for the things and serve the rest of the queue. I lodged a complaint online and we shall see if anyone replies at all. **Update** The manager called me back upon receiving the complaint and she was apologetic during the call. At least I know now customers' voice will be heard, and I'll get the refund. Rate this store back to 4 stars from 1 due to someone who cares about customers.

It seems the pharmacists here believe they know more than the prescribing doctors, leading to a chaotic prescription experience that necessitated multiple, unwanted return visits. The service felt akin to dealing with checkout assistants; all they seemed to do was process scripts without offering proactive assistance, such as ensuring prescriptions are stocked for future visits. Moreover, the poorly designed layout means aisles are too closely packed, making navigation uncomfortable and forcing you to intrude on other customers' personal space just to get past. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for a more professional and customer-centric service.

Customer service at it's worst. I used to be a regular till I got fed up of how awful service in almost every outlet in Brisbane is. Walked into the Queen Street outlet after ages hoping it had gotten better. Barely did I stand in front of the shelf to look at the product when I was all but shoved out of the way with a staff and her ladder to get to the top shelf!!! Literally! She did not care that a customer was looking for something! I walked in and out in a minute and the poor girl at the security apologised to me.

A bit hard to find on the Google maps. However overall if you want a chemist in the mall, convenience but overall the aisles are cramped, if a lot of people.... Yeah. If you're looking for something on a shelf and you want to peruse very difficult with people trying to get past you. Overall it did not have my product I wanted. My suggestion would be if you're looking for something in particular go online and see if they have the said product rather than what I did and went to two.

Pretty average. Avoid if you can (there's other competitors nearby). For a chemist "warehouse" there was a pretty average range of core range items like non-prescription drugs. This place seems to want to place emphasis on selling "junk" that they can mark up. The shelves were messy and confusing. The pharmacy staff were also disorganised and slow - rather than serving one customer at a time they kept customers waiting for simple orders while serving new customers. Disappointing.

Worst customer service from the Manager on 30/08/2021. Refused to refund a product even though the website clearly stated change of mind returns were welcome for refund or exchange - if every point of the policy was met, in which it was (i.e. within 7 days - I brought it the day prior, item was unopened, and had the original receipt). If you don't want to adhere to your own policy, then it shouldn't be on your website for the public to refer to.

My friend went to buy an asthma puffer because she had a tight chest, but the staff refused to sell it just because she didn’t have a prescription, and told her to go see a doctor even thought it was 8pm. I asked the experienced pharmacist about this issue, but he said he would never do that since it might be dangerous. How is the untrained and uneducated staff allowed to work at the pharmacy and risk someone’s life?

Misleading labels, wrong items on shelfs, no receipt. I picked an item on a special which turned to be a wrong label. I picked another one, which turned to be a wrong item. When I realised that I got liver detox from the shelf with vitamins, I went back to return it. No success, because I didn't have a receipt. if you have such a policy no receipt - no return, isn't that a must to provide customers with receipts???

I have been here a few time to buy a few medicines. The medicines had never helped me to relieve even tiny symptoms because The inexperienced and unfriendly young woman pharmacist did not want to listen to people. Also, she easily get upsetting, if people have some questions about their symptoms. I wasted my money. I won't come back to buy any medicines from the young woman pharmacist in here. Worst pharmacist.

The unprofessional security that represent your company are the reason for the low rating. Being stalked all around the store by security for no reason when staff were happy to support us with our shopping but security felt a need to act superior and follow us everywhere in the store. Due to this we didnt end up purchasing anything and made the experience here very unpleasant and uncomfortable.

Service is always fine but store needs a serious review of its layout. Super cramped. If one person is in an aisle it completely blocks the path. And waiting for a prescription at the back is like being in a can of sardines. You can tell customers are frustrated with one another being in the way. I always want to get out super quick.

The staff are really helpful and friendly at this store. One woman helped me with choosing a face moisturizer for sensitive skin. To ensure that the product would not damage my skin she was kind enough to give me a sample before I came back and made a decision. Also saved some money on a regular purchase of mine! Thanks!

AWFUL customer service! I had ONE prescription medication to get. The guy was half way through doing it, stopped, served 3 people who arrived after me, and then got back to mine. No apologies or anything. This type of service should not happen. He could have called another staff member for assistance.

im aware that they are closing soon so I ask the korean guy so I can leave before they will close the store. I asked the korean guys if they have the specific item for my son as he is constipated then he just said we dont have it then walk away later on I found it myself. - not very helpful.

All what you want are here, except that the call center is hardly to pick up your call. I waited 10 mins twice and no one pick up! No one reply the email. If you want to cancel the order after 2 hrs. of placing the order. Think twice. But I still love to buy stuff from there anyway.

They would not do a refund or store credit for a product I bought even though I only bought it 3 days ago and the seal was not broken. I recommend going to a non chemist warehouse chemist as they all price match to chemist warehouse anyway and have better customer service.

Pharmacist is arrogant know it all. Argued with another customer for 10 minutes over his script while everyone else just had to wait. Turned out he was right and she was wrong. Ended up taking my script back. Truly the worst of a bad bunch of terrible pharmacies.

Terrible pharmacy staff, she was dreaming while working. Asking for a medication that is only available at the pharmacy right at the back of the store, being told it is available at front cashier, went to ask and in fact it does available at the pharmacy ONLY.

I stopped here to pick up a prescription and a couple of items while on holiday and was charged $22 in total... usually the price (or cheaper) of my prescription alone anywhere else. The chemist was genuinely friendly and super helpful. Amazing!

Chaotic energy at this particular Chemist Warehouse. Aisles are way too narrow, and very limited space to line-up and wait for prescriptions/check-out. Lots of empty shelves too.
