I was happy with this chemist for around 2 years until March/April this year. There are 2 in particular staff members behind the prescription counter which are straight out rude and very unhelpful. During Covid times where staff should be more caring and thoughtful, they certainly weren't. The pharmacist sent me around the world because of couple things that apparently wasn't "excepted". Mind you I had just had surgery 2 weeks prior and was unable to drive. Firstly, they wouldn't except a hand written script. Secondly the doctor which i had to go to again, forgot to write "twenty' (for quantity) and typed '20' (in number). Once again, i got knocked back. Bare in mind I had no strong pain killers left and already had a couple of sleepless nights. I do understand that there are certain protocols they have to follow, but it's not like it was a new script, I had gotten the same pills 2 weeks prior to this happening. I will never go back there again for prescriptions. mt new chemist at Prestons, PHARMACY FOR LESS is my go to now and i couldn't be happier. They actually care and you get a good personal experience with the staff there. BTW, they price match to chemist warehouse.

I had the worst customer service from the store at Casula. It was hard to find a staff member to help me purchase some perfume . The girl at the register asked the security guard to help me he then in turn went to the back of the store to get someone whilst I waited at the perfume cabinet, several minutes later I went and asked if someone was coming he said he told a worker I went and the asked the girl on the register again and she said oh well I can't page anyone I said your store obviously has no idea what customer service is and as it's not busy here you must want a sale otherwise you would get someone to help me. I then said if no-one here can be bothered to make a sale I can't be bothered to spend my money here and walked out of the store. I rang and made a verbal complaint to the manager who other then tried to put the blame on the security guard who went out've his way to help me wasn't really interested in the fact that his store lost a sale and has no customer service at all. Chemist warehouse Casula you've lost a customer and I'll be informing my friends not to shop there.

I have been a customer here for 2yrs and the customer service has suffered drastically in the last 6 or so months. There are a couple of people at the prescription counter who are up themselves, the floor staff are useless, the register staff are not so bad and overall, I've come to notice there seems to be 99% of one particular race working there now and they seem to treat their own kind better than others in my observations. I'm very disappointed and disgusted. Also what is up with the tight isles? Rent a bigger premises so people can shop comfortably especially now with the new norms for social distancing. Also, your best to organise your vitamins according to the item, not the brand name. It would be so much easier to have a section of C's, D', etc rather than brand so that I don't need to walk down two aisles to find the one I want.

If only I could provide a no star rating! Floor staff are generally helpful on most occasions but the Female Indian Pharmacists has a real attitude on her. I have come across her on several occasions and no matter what day or time it is, she’s always rude and inconsiderate towards her customers. No customer service what so ever, very unprofessional and I’m sorry but if you don’t like your job which clearly involves Customer Service, then you’re obviously in the wrong profession. Looking at your reviews, management certainly needs to take all of this into consideration and do something about it. It’s disgusting how someone in this field can treat their customers with little respect. Also just a word of advise, it wouldn’t hurt to smile or be nice once in a while!

Too many of the staff seemingly not doing much. Example: 8 customers queued at 1 register, 3 staff members behind counter, 4 cash registers available to the staff, only 1 cash register being used. very poor customer service. Why the the other 2 staff members ignored their customer's can only be put down to a poorly managed store. Also why does it take soooo long to fill a prescription ? I think it's to encourage the customers to cruise around the store a purchase more. Avoid. Avoid. Needed to come here, didn't want to Same as always, Customers snaking around the place, waiting to be served.A disgrace.Here now 11/7/22, Waiting for script to be filled, it was filled after 25 minutes, Now the long Queue to pay. I visit this chemist shop Casula regularly. Staff have always been helpful. Prescription prices are wonderful, perfume fantastically priced. 1 experience I had, with a staff member on her break, helping me with vitamin products, I accidentally found out she was on her break and apologized, also thanking her for her assistant. Outstand customer service. I have given 4 stars as the reminder text messages for your scripts are not accurate, all over the place, previously used another chemist and their System was spot on. This chemist gets very busy at times, and being able to get your script made up before picking up is a wonderful idea. If I could would give 4 1/2 stars. Keep up the great customer service, thank you.

The guys replenishing stocks are very helpful and friendly. Always help us find the right item every time we visit. Except the asian lady at counter (I’m Asian too, don’t get me wrong). Wife was taking photo the items while paying at the counter on Tues evening (29/6), the lady intimidated my wife not to take photos with an aggressive tone and her behaviour was extremely offended & rude afterward. C’mon, just kindly remind the client to follow your store rules doesnt hurt anyone at all - we are not shoplifter or junkies messing your store, we’re willing to comply with your store’s policy. Its not the first time we experience this matter with this female staff. Really awful experience with your staff.

Ten days ago my GP sent me a script for pain tablets following surgery. I forwarded to Chemist and it was filled. No problems. Today I forwarded the same script the same way and the chemist refused to fill it. Pharmicist guy said the script had to come from the GP, not via me. Told pharmacist the same script was filled ten days ago and he said they would investigate. The chemist has had my script today for 8hrs and not bothered to let me know there was a problem. My GP has gone home now and I am suffering in pain because the chemist couldnt be bothered to let me know there was an issue. If they had taken the time to call me 8hrs ago, it could have been rectified. SO DAM SLACK!!!

Today I visited CW Casula just because it was closer to Costco. I am on warfarin for life and I take 8 mg everyday. Because of high doses, a bottle only last 12 days for me. Due to my condition, Pharmacist has been giving me 2 bottles every time. But today an Arab looking guy in Casula CW, who is just a retail assistant acted like he knows everything and refused to provide 2 bottles without even consulting qualified pharmacist. I didn’t want to create a scene so didn’t argue with him. Soon after I went to Priceline where qualified pharmacist take your prescribed order. I explained my situation and I was provided 2 bottles of my medication without any hesitation.

For online orders be careful as CW Casula sends items that are not too far off from expiring or that have expired. In my case, the chemist warehouse that sent my last order was Casula, one item in it expires not long after what I bought it to replace expires. Not very amused as it isn't something that cost $1 or $2. It isn't the first time that CW has sent something that is soon to expire and when I think about it it is the same chemist that did it before. I ordered something just before Christmas in which one item in it is expires this year. E.g. Vitamins. It shouldn't be the case at all!

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs! The customer service is beyond horrendous, and dealing with the pharmacists feels like navigating through a maze of rudeness and arrogance. It's utterly infuriating that they neglect the basic principles of patient-centered care, a concept that seems alien to them. Their blatant disregard for their duty of care is infuriating and unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and seek out any other pharmacy that values professionalism and treats customers with the respect they deserve. This place is a disgrace to the healthcare profession!

STAY AWAY! I don’t even know where to start, this chemist is the definition of failure. The staff are very rude and dismissive. The wait for a script is an hour. Finally the pharmacist is so disrespectful I don’t even know why they chose this profession. Their job is to talk to the patient about their medication and explain the correct way to use it. However I’ve never been spoken to in such a disrespectful way. I definitely will never be going there again! I hope no one has to go through what I did there! SHAME on you!

I’m a diabetes patient and I have a healthcare card. I have been to this store many times and every time they see I have a healthcare card they make me wait and at the end say that the medicine I’m looking for is out of stock. The staff is not helpful and rude. I’ve needed so many things from this store and almost every signal time they have said the medicine is out of stock. I think they are lying and try avoiding giving me a discount on my medicine. I prefer going to a different pharmacy.

I feel even 1star is too generous. Staff don’t care about customers especially those at prescription counter. Tried to phone when I got home person just put me on a loop recording till I hung up. Was on there waiting for 10mins. They state send in escripts not a problem however every month when we have to get it filled we have a problem. They state they can never find script. Each time prove them wrong. Going to look into finding another chemist. Avoid this place if you need scripts.

I wish I could give a negative review. After a tele-health appointment my Dr they emailed a script to this chemist ... not once, but twice. I went in today to pickup the script and guess what ... they dont have it. My Dr emailed me a copy of the script at the same time and this chemist refuses to accept a script unless it is emailed to them directly by the Dr. With the onging COVID lockdowns and having to use telehealth to talk to a Dr ... this is insane.

Store was tidy, not as busy as I thought it would be and it's quite a small store. Received terrible service when I came in for a specific item. The girl I approached told me they don't sell what I was looking for. She was not friendly, and very nonchalant. I told her that it's advertised online and shows that it's in stock. She was adamant all chemist warehouses don't sell this item. I drove to Liverpool to get the item I wanted.

Avoid at all costs, absolute useless staff. They make up their own rules which don't make sense and then once i was able to satisfy their requirements it was an hour wait to get a product. A non-prescription Product that literally needed a staff member to pick up from the shelf. This is during a time when only 2 people were waiting for prescriptions and was during off peak hours. Absolutely ridiculous, should be shut down.

Arrived to buy some perfume for mother's day. Hung around at the perfume showcases waiting for some help. Ended up waiting nearly twenty minutes for assistance despite my (and other customers') requests at the counter. Finally got served then had to queue at the single register that was open with 6 people waiting. This was on a Saturday morning at around 9.45am. Was not happy.

Good variety, chaotic setup as with most of them. However I will say that everytime I have been served at the register, the service has been excellent. Medium to long waits for prescriptions and you’ll have a security guard stalking your every move regardless of if you have a bag or not. So I guess at least he’s doing his job. Prices are competitive and parking is minimal.

Very disappointing with the wait time for medicine. Wait there 45 minutes This afternoon when asked the pharmacist on duty this afternoon at 6.15 pm she instead of apologising said rudely that I waited 10 minutes. What a freak system of taking your money and time. Never going there again. Lots of small local pharmacy are doing much better than this guys.

Placed an online order for pickup and website said all items in stock. Waited 3 and a half hours only to be told they don't ANY of my items have stock! So... we decided to go into the store and we found everything we had ordered to be in stock!! All six items were in stock by the handful. Absolutely appalling online service. Do not recommend.

Called the Manager after my husband had a horrible experience with one of the pharmacists where she told him to "go away" as she's too busy. Manager refused to believe her staff would say anything like that and said she would ask her what the actual conversation was. Don't recommend at all Horrible staff and Horrible Manager.

the make up section is a total mess only 3 stands of make up brands which were maybelline, revlon and ofc w7. wanted some stuff but the foundation shades were all swapped and some things were in the wrong area. its so small with no stock that it was difficult for me to find products for a look i had that night

Best Customer service I seen in Sydney . Saturday morning I went to chemistwarhouse casula!! One of the gentlemen came to me for help and I given 9 items of list to him!! within 1min he got all items to registers. Literally he save my 20min time. Please encourage these kind of staff in Customer service.

Am local and have been there many times. Were always extremely helpful and even helped me with refunding a back brace after I brought the wrong size and had ripped open the packaging... Counter girls have always been very nice and friendly also and have given me free gifts several times.. 10/10

First time tried to get some prescription, ended up waiting 30 minutes, which could have been done over local counter within one minute. Just didn't get it why it took so long to get two tiny boxes from the shelf and hand them over to me, I saw many were waiting there for more than 20 minutes.

Not the best, but not the worst. Has what you need but not the biggest range on the shelves compared to some stores in SYD. Also, all staff on the counter should be aware on how to get click and collect packages. Usually get brushed aside while they wait for someone that knows how to do it.

The guys don’t seem to be using deodorant or they are not washing their clothes as they stink so badly. This has been a norm at this place. You can smell the body oder about two meters away. I know it’s hot weather and they work hard but still it’s no excuse as they are serving customers.

Rubbish service!!!! They tell you prescription ready in 25min, go there and wait and your name is not called out. Waiting for them to call out, nothing, approach them and it was ready 20min ago...time wasted . Don't start me on the perfume section. Better off doing it online

Quick, accurate, and friendly. Can be busy and outnumbered and the aisles are so bloody narrow but that's with every chemist warehouse. The pharmacists here are very efficient and co-ordinated. They follow up with things really well...They are just a very well-oiled team.

Hung up on me on the phone whilst trying to do a script no call back as well ( number wasn't on private ) ended up doing it there and had to wait 30 minutes with no apology. Being horribly sick was much better than dealing with their staff.
