I can’t talk about the services. I hope they are great. They had a great promo that worked and I walked over while I was picking things up to see. I got the feeling that they didn’t really want my business and were condescending about the process I had currently and the colour I had chosen. I was advised that they couldn’t do anything for my nails because they didn’t have OPI powder remover (I think I saw OPI powder on the service menu but hey). I was advised to go to any nail bar like they are a bad thing. Then when I asked for a lacquer change on my toes because I had walked there the nail person acted like my teenager when I asked her to pick up her dirty clothes. “That’s all I am doing for you, and that’s it” I ended up just walking out with my wallet. I’ll go to a nasty nail bar. At least they have manners. Update: Tried to call but the line is unavailable. Back at home port now and have an appointment with my own salon as your nail stylist suggested.

I went in for a Spa day with Chevon yesterday and let me tell you, best I have felt in month. As a Nurse I was hesitant to do some self care but Chevon assured me they took every safety precaution they could. The safety and sanitation met my expectations and then some. I felt safe, comfortable and relaxed. Chevon gave me the best pedicure I have ever had and what I now call The Harry Potter Facial. Lol. I was given the option for what calming music i would like and I requested a Harry Potter instrumental soundtrack and she delivered. It made the experience so fun! It was the best I have felt in months and it was nice to do something normal. Chevon was funny, caring and made me feel at home, so the socialization was also wonderful. Highly recommended establishment! Try out the Harry Potter Facial! I have already booked 2 more appointments for the next 2 months. GREAT experience, I would give it 6 stars if I could!

I decided to take my wife to Kingston for her birthday, did a quick Google search of spas in Kingston, and decided to try Cher-Mere based on the reviews and proximity to our B+B. I'm very happy I made this choice! i booked my wife (and I, 1st time!), a pedicure, and they were AMAZING!!! The staff were friendly and professional, the location was clean and welcoming. My wife (a veteran pericuree (I think that's a word)) said it was the best pedicure she has ever had. Being a pedicure rookie, by default it was also the best I have ever had. In all honesty I was quite apprehensive about getting a pedicure, as my feet look like something you would find in Middle Earth. The staff sensed my initial level of apprehension, and quickly put my mind at ease. I never knew feet could feel so good! We will definitely be back (when we go to K-Town next). TL:DR great staff, great service, great atmosphere, great spa.

I've always enjoyed visits to Cher Mere - they offer great massages, pedicures, and manicures. At my last visit I was happy with the spa manicure & pedicure up until the polish - the polish I received is very poorly done and I was pretty unhappy with the result when I examined it in detail at home. I definitely could have done a superior job myself. I plan to go back in the future but I'll definitely be requesting a different esthetician. EDIT: I was invited back by Cher-Mere to have my polish redone by a different esthetician and was very happy with the result and really appreciated the gesture. Since this experience I have gone back and had several other treatments (and manicures) done and all have been fantastic and professional.

Amazing service! Today I enjoyed a lash tint/lift, manicure and pedicure at Cher- Mere downtown. I absoutely love the welcoming space and the cleanliness especially during Covid-19. The staff are all wonderful and very experienced. I even brought my baby boy in and they were super supportive if I needed to take a break to get us both comfortable. They dimmed the lights and walked him around to calm him when I couldn't. Which made it much easier for this new mama to relax and enjoy the experience. Such a wonderful place- I would never go anywhere else!

My fiancé surprised me with a massage and spa pedicure at Cher-Mere during a weekend visit to Kingston and I couldn’t have been more pleased! Emily was so warm and welcoming, and the services were great. So relaxing, and the few ladies working there that I had the pleasure of meeting were lovely. Emily also made some great suggestions for restaurants and little attractions to check out while we were in town. The whole experience left me smiling the rest of the day! Definitely recommend going to Cher-Mere!

I had my first spa day in over 14 months, and it was completely worth the wait. Alli was very professional and knowledgeable. I received the best facial, massage and pedicure it was out of this world. I was melted into the table by the end of my treatment. The spa was spotless, clients were spaced out enough so there was minimal interaction. I Felt like we had the place to ourselves. Alli was kind enough to put together a facial routine for me, and educate me on other procedures. Can’t wait to come back.

Today I went to Cher-Mere to have lash extensions done with Vanessa! She was absolutely amazing, very patient and professional! My twitchy eyes gave her quite the hassle at the beginning of my appointment, she kept me relaxed and comfortable while my eyes got used to everything! I am beyond in love with the results and plan on going back for fills! The atmosphere of the spa was so calming. I cannot wait to try some of the other services they offer! Definitely would recommend anyone to the spa!!

First impression, exstremely clean, and relaxing atmosphere and beautifuly decorated. From reception to staff, the people there are kind, mindful and knowledgeable. Had a massage here from Alexis. I have to say Alexis gives the best massages ever! !Communication was very attentive, therefore giving exactlly the right pressure throughout the entire session and always making sure your comfortable Highly recommend this spa and Alexis.

I've been going to Cher-Mere for years for various services. I've always had great experiences and the staff are always fantastic. I have to give a shout out though to Gabriella. I'm always a ball of anxiety when I get my lashes done, but she has a super calming presence. She is a great lash artist, and they look absolutely dynamite. Thanks Gabriella for making me look beautiful and for putting me at ease.

Staff is pleasant but I was unhappy with my service. I received a sloppy wax which meant that when I went home I had to pluck a significant amount of leftover hairs. Afterwards I was only given a cold wet facecloth to remove a large amount of wax residue which did not do the job. They also did not provide any aloe or soothing lotion after the wax so I also had to wait until I was home for aftercare.

Cher Mere is amazing! I've been there for several services and each time I'm super pleased with the customer service and even more so with the end result. Soft skin, impeccable nails, and a smile on my face! After checking out their website and realizing all of their products are 100% natural, and seeing all that they do for the community, there's no place else in Kingston I would go!

Absolutely loved coming to this spa! From my first visit I've had only good experiences, with their very welcoming atmosphere and friendly reception and aestheticians. Highly recommend coming here, especially for services with Alli C, she does an excellent job and works very quickly when I'm in a rush! 10/10 experience, and a very accessible location in downtown Kingston.

I had a fabulous service from Gabriella. I was treated by my partner and brother to a full afternoon of services for my birthday and it was just fantastic. Gabriella was attentive, professional and had a great intuitive touch. The spa was clean, welcoming and quiet. The products smelled divine and left my skin feeling soft and fresh. I'll definitely be back!

A terrific experience. My aesthetician (Alison) was knowledgeable, friendly and considerate. My pedicure was very well done and she took extra time to ensure they were dry, no rush for me to leave. Unfortunately, one of my toes did have nail polish damage an hour later but I blame my shoes. I would absolutely go back for pedicures and other services.

I had my first visit at Cher Mere this week and decided to jump right in to a not-so-pleasant sugaring. The staff were all very lovely from the minute I booked my appointment to the follow up "thank-you" email afterwards. Madison, the girl doing my sugaring was very professional and kind, making the experience as pleasant as can be. I will be back!

This was my fourth time here and I have tried many of their amazing services!! Pedicure, facial, back massage and now microdermoabrasion. It's an awesome spa with great service and a nice atmosphere. I got the monthly membership, it's totally worth it for the great services that they offer. And the micro was the best! Totally recommended :)

I had a marvellous experience at Cher-Mere today. I had a body polish and seaweed wrap given by Vicky who is a sensitive and delightful woman. I also had the pleasure of having a conversation with Tula who was on the desk. I highly recommend this spa that carries their own line of natural skincare products. What a gift to Kingston this is!

Absolutely love the environment, services but most of all the amazing staff. From front door we were greeted and treated so well. I book in a couples pedicure and got the pleasure of being treated by Alli C and Sheraz W. the experience was 10/10 we enjoyed relaxation, many laughs, and super soft feet. My new go to spa! Excellent staff. Once you walk in, you feel a sense of serenity. The decor is clean, light, and gives a feeling of tranquility. They use and sell their own products which is fantastic because you can take the spa home with you. I even went as far as signing up for their subscription. You can't put a price on peace!

I got a facial done here earlier in the year. Everyone was nice and the treatment was quite relaxing (mostly). However, during the appointment, the aesthetician's (I forgot their name) phone rang twice. It was very loud too and definitely ruined the experience a bit. Plus, they kept on heavily coughing while not wearing a mask.

I had booked a facial with Caitlin. The service was excellent. Caitlin made sure I was relaxed and comfortable. The atmosphere is very calming too. I enjoyed my experience so much that I asked if there was time to have a pedicure...that too was awesome! I highly recommend Caitlin. She is a true professional!

Went in and got my first perdicure there and never going anywhere else! The atmosphere is so warm and inviting and my experience was so great I sent my mom there for mother’s day this year. The ladies are all excellent at what they do and are excellent listeners if you’re a Chatty Cathy like me!

One of my favorite little hidden gems. I get facials a few times per month and absolutely love Ally, and all the staff for that fact. Regardless of who you deal with or see in the space, they are all so kind and cheerful. Toula and Chevon are always so cheerful at the front as well.
