They have promised to arrange the marble guys as there was a minor defect on the console we purchased. Its been almost two months requesting them but they failed to do so. Moreover they have stopped responding as well. Gulzar was very supportive and understood the issue well and helped us. This is certainly appreciated. However I would like to tell you that, the mark was 'NOT NATURAL'. During our purchase we pointed out that there is a dent and you agreed to fill it up. During delivery we found that it was filled with pink colour rather white and that is when we asked to arrange the marble guy. Gulzar confirmed that he has filled the dent but colour could not come same. He wanted to rectify at my home during his visit but he was not carrying the right material. Kindly check with 'Santosh' (who helped us during the purchase) about the dent in the marble Since you have provided us with the resolution and changed the marble, I am pretty satisfied now and would like to change my rating. I would like to thanks cherry pick and team once again for this. :)

We went to see the pure italian leather recliners which was half off. It looked like it had some issues with and was making creaking sounds and seats were not moving properly. The technical guy told us upfront that it had some issues and they will fix it for us. We were very impressed by upfront acceptance of truth which we frankly see no where nowadays. Both the manager and the salesman were also v accommodative and friendly and took time in showing us around. We took a bet trusting the people and their words and went ahead to buy this beautiful 2 sets of 100% leather recliner, a 3 seater and a 2 seater. They fixed all the issues and sent it home for delivery after a couple days. Recline feature works flawlessly now giving us the luxurious look and feel we hoped for! Loving it so far! FRAUD! They sell Sheetrock coated with Lacquer as Marble and blame their suppliers for it. I discovered after shipping to US and cracking one of their units. Photos are posted. You decide if you want to take the risk. I initially wrote the following review which is now completely a sham ! The problem is that they sell items as “Marble” when it is not. It does not matter whether you ship it or not. The buyer will need to be aware of what they are paying for. Pitifully, there is no way to check their claim of Marble / Granite / other exquisite stone without destroying the “stone” ——— Very prompt service after sending queries. Fantastic selection in the store — good balance between classical and contemporary. Accommodative staff and the senior Leader of the store tried to figure out solutions for unique delivery situation.

After exploring a lot of stores for a good genuine leather sofa set, we happened to stumble upon Cherry pick, and we found the one we were looking for! We bought a dining table in January this year. We have received alot of complements from guest. Very happy with the product. Due to some unfavorable circumstances, i have to store my table safe somewhere in June for few months. These guys were very helpful and provided excellent service. They picked up my product from home, keep it in their store for 6 months and delivered it safely on my request. Inspite asking many times about the amount I owe to them for the extra service they provided to me, they didn't charge a single penny. Hard to believe such an excellent service exist.

We purchased an elegant marble finish - Onyx dining table, embossed with Mother of Pearl along with a beautifully crafted half moon base. Absolutely loved the product. The finish is flawless and Installation was quite easy. The chairs are quite comfortable and complement the dining table. The store has excellent high grade imported furniture at fair prices. Santosh helped us in selecting a leather recliner from Norway and the management was very helpful in working out a good price. They have good stock and the show room itself has a display of variety of items. Quality of the products is good though a bit expensive. I purchased a six seater dining table set. Service and delivery process is good. Staff and General Manager are courteous and helpful.
