Avoid purchasing online orders from Chicago Mart, The online ordering has a lot to be improved on. Ordered nearly $100 worth of items with their standard shipping for every order of $14.99. Took them a week to pack the order and received the order a few days later. They missed one the items in my order which to top that some of the items I received, the expiry only had a shelf life of 1 month from when I received them. Nicole from Chicago Mart reached out to me via email to say they were going to send out the missed item plus 2 x complimentary of the same items for their mistake which they stated was sent out on the 26th of September. To this day I still haven’t received these items they claim they had sent out again. Emails to them inquiring about tracking number or where these items are, Nicole or anyone else who works at Chicago Mart has not replied back to this day. I have even asked for a refund since I did not receive these items they claim they sent out again and they haven’t replied back to the enquiry either or refunded me. Unhappy, feel ripped off. If you are going to charge customers 15 dollars for shipping pack the order and sent it in a timely manner and most importantly don't forget any items and the most important if your going to try to fix up your mistakes communicate with your customer properly by letting them know when they will receive their missing items, the tracking number and reply back to customer enquiries. Worst online ordering experience, very disappointed.

His store is amazing and people go and say what a rip off support aussie businesses right , no you go and do that buying “local” and its a joke beyond expensive not everyone can keep paying 7$ for there oatmilk latte with organic sugar karen . Came in tonight to get my kids some weekend treats, even after getting held back at work I was shocked to see this place was open till midnight so I didn’t have to disappoint the kids !! They literally had everything American they’ve seen on the internet and they loved every bit of this Chicago mart store, thanks for lighting up my kids weekends

Great selection but bad customer service . Dude at counter spent most of the time on his phone and didn’t even acknowledge us . Only spoke later to us to hurry us out because you’re closing in the afternoon when it says you guys close till late ..What a joke .. focus on your customer service rather than your corny tik tok

Great store. Friendly staff. I buy imported cereal, sauces, chips/crisps, chocolates and you guessed it…. PRIME! Reasonably priced. Ofcourse they can’t sell at the same price as USA, these products are IMPORTED. Worth a visit if your in the area!

My family loves coming to the Chicago mart. The range is amazing and the family that run the store are so kind and welcoming always met with smiling face and great customer service. Definitely worth a visit.

Sells prime for $10 each due to it being imported from America and has different packaging and no warning labels for minors and pregnant women. Where as Woolworth sells it for $4 each and has warnings.
