Terrible service! I went in to pick up a postmates order and there was only about four people in the building. I was wearing a mask and everything. I went to the front desk and the lady there told me to go park in one of the curbside spots and wait for the order. I complied. No one came, so I went inside and low and behold there they were holding the order. The lady at the front desk then rudely told me to park in a spot marked for delivery next time, as if I am supposed to know it exists! I've never had to do that at Chick Fil A ever before. There are plenty of establishments where you go inside or through the drive thru to pick up the order. Then they act as if it's my fault I didn't know about the parking spot! I don't know what makes Chick Fil A think they're special and deserve to shove delivery drivers to the side. Just another shameful display of the treatment of hard working delivery drivers and the disrespect more and more establishments are showing to them. The sad thing is that I've never had a bad experience at Chick Fil A up until now. Usually they are awesome and have even been helpful to me in the past. I don't think this represents a fault with the company but rather the kinds of people who are slipping through the cracks inside of the hiring process. I have worked plenty of jobs in the service industry and I always did everything in my power to show respect and understanding to customers and workers. If the people who work at this branch cannot do that then I believe the whole lot deserve to be fired. Normally, I would have nothing but good things to say about Chick Fil A, but this particular location has a long way to go and really deserves a better crew.

I love Chick FIL A but I only get the grilled nuggets when I go. This time I ordered the 30ct grilled nugget (one of the most expensive items on the menu) along with 2 fries and they gave me the fried nuggets. I had to turn around and drive all the way back and when I got there they said they were gonna have to refund me cause THEY put in the wrong order and then charge me for the correct order but it was going to take a few business days for my money to be refunded even though they were gonna get their new money from me immediately. So ridiculous! Almost humorous. Lol I just left without getting the correct order. So now I'm stuck with food I don't want and definitely won't be going back to that location. And I would totally understand their logic if I had ordered wrong... but I ordered exactly what I ALWAYS order. I be sure to always emphasize the GRILLED nuggets cause it's been messed up before... but when they messed it up before they just fixed it.. unlike this time. Lol They put the order in wrong and wanted me to pay for THEIR mistake. I seriously NEVER leave reviews. Lol this might be the 2nd review I've left anywhere in 5 years... so that's saying something. If they wanna make it right then awesome... if not then this review can stay here.

Persons that were working the drive-thru were great, and order was done in a timely manner. HOWEVER, when I drove off, I didn't look in the bag (the one time that I didn't -_-) and when I got to my destination, there was a missing entree'. Due to my family moving out of the state over 1000 miles from Nashville, there was no way I was going back to get the missing food. I called and asked for a refund. Supposedly because I was only missing one thing, and not the entire meal, they could only give me a reward coupon for the item, which "will take up to 2 weeks to receive." No one is going to wait this long to get their food when they are hungry at that moment. Not only this, but I am forced to go to a Chick-fil-A to use the reward before it expires. After 8 days of waiting for this, still waiting. Glad to never have to go back, I will just be sure to look in my bag each time I order (which I usually do except for this time -_-) Update 3/14/2022. Still waiting on my reward credit that never was given to me. Thanks for stealing my money and time, Chic Fil A! It’s been five months, you said up to 2 weeks! -__-

Would prob be 4 stars if they could manage to include the sauce that I asked for in the bag....3rd time in a row where I've specifically asked for chic fil a sauce and didn't receive it. They even ASKED me this time, and still didn't put it in the bag. ??? Never had this problem at another location, just the charlotte pike one. If Mgmt sees this, at least spend 5 minutes in the next meeting explaining to drive thru staff that yes people do in fact want sauce to go with their meals, especially if they ask for it or if they're prompted by your own employees. EDIT: Also what's with filling fry boxes half way? Looks like im not the only person that has that problem with this location. Seems like going here is a recipe for receiving smaller portions and missing items(sauce/entrees/etc). Management, you seriously need to get the drive-thru staff some re-training, yikes.

I really love this place and yes I get it it's just fast food how good could it be right? Well maybe it is just fast food but this is what fast food should be like every other fast food chain in the country at least should we trying to mimic Chick-fil-A they are always fully staffed with the Great very polite very speedy and very professional crew the managers definitely seem to actually care how their store runs and for fast food the quality is amazing. I really don't even like calling it fast food it really seems like it's in some amazing Middle Ground between fast food and casual dining nothing about this place ever lets me down even when you go and see a massive line they move faster than most of their competitors do when there's only one to two people in front of you all in all right place to get a quick delicious scrumptious mighty fine chicken licken sandwich

Very nice Chick-fil-A. The drive through was very busy around 11:30, but was moving quickly. The inside and bathroom were clean, but small. This Chick-fil-A has an indoor playground, which was open. It also has 4 or 5 tables outside on a small brick patio. While I have high expectations of quality and consistency of Chick-fil-A, this restaurant's food was outstanding even when compared to other locations.

After I got my order she left a sandwich completely off the order and the table runner stated you'll just have to go back in line and order it again. After asking for a Manger she finally fixed my order. I have never had a bad experience at a chick fila until now.

I just went through the drive thru, had a horrible experience. First off, the person that took my order left off my drink, so I had to go to the window to pay for it and receive it. Secondly, I get home and realize my salad is totally wrong. I got the southwest salad with fried nuggets and 2 packs of honey mustard. They provided me with the chicken that originally comes on it and gave me 1 pack of the creamy salsa when I wanted honey mustard. This chick fila a is by far the worst one I have ever been too. I come here often because it is 10 minutes away from my house and they get my order wrong 1 out of every 3 times I go. Waldo’s right up the road has better chicken, better sides, never gets my order wrong & the staff is friendly. I will be going there more and chick fil a less.

I love Chick-fil-A. I always have most likely always will, unless they start being run like this one. Went during dinner time and it wasn’t very crowded, normal cars in the drive-through and normal to low patrons inside. Took about eight minutes for someone to come to the register as I was second in line as the trainee was having trouble with an order. Understandable. I needed to go to the bathroom but it was closed for cleaning for the duration of time I was there, which was about 25 minutes. This seems pretty silly for dinner time to have a bathroom closed. Also wasn’t able to throw away trash because the trashcan was overflowing and trash was piled up on top of it. Very disappointing experience.

Rude customer service! I did an order through the app this morning, so the food would be prepared when I got there. I was not informed that it would charge to the card on file, when I had a gift card I wanted to use. I asked the supposed “manager” if I could please get a refund so I can use my gift card. She said no. I was very shocked and asked if there was anyone else I could speak to. She said I can get the money back in cash but not on the card. That surprised me since it’s a credit card, and you typically can’t get a cash refund with that. I said sure, but of course she got the actual manager who refunded the money back to my card. It’s shocking to think she would go through ALL of that to try and not give me a refund. The rudest experience I’ve ever had by far!

Updated: This chickfila ALWAYS messes up my shakes. Third time in about 2 months today. I love chickfila & their food but like if you can’t give me what I order, I can’t be satisfied. Then for a refund they said I have to drive back through the traffic couldn’t send photo or anything. Otherwise: The food and milkshakes taste better than other locations when they actually get your order correct. The place is always super clean. Managers aren’t nice or understanding. Recommend you convert to a different location or change chicken stores

hair in my food on multiple occasions. the last one was the worst as the hair was cooked between the hash browns and i was left spitting it out of my car. ate the chicken biscuit when i got home only for a hair to have also been cooked into the biscuit itself. i don't know what’s going on with this location but i’ve had pretty awful experiences 98% of the time. used to order double egg and they would never actually put double egg on and then i’d have to go in and ask for the correct order. it’s better to just take the extra time and go bellevue…. they are sooo much better. i’ve reached out about these issues with no communication back from store owner or manager.

Food is chick-fil-a quality....excellent....but competency is not. My last two visits have been sub par. I made a special trip to get the new peach shake they have been advertising. I ordered it and waited in the line for 15 minutes that wrapped around the building. When I arrived at the window, I was informed they didn't have peach shake. That's ok...just let the person taking the order. Yesterday when I received my order at the window, I specifically asked the young lady if everything was in the sack, so I wouldn't hold up the long line behind me. She assured me it was all there...it was short a sandwich. We all make mistakes, but twice in a row is frustrating.

I had the Spicy Chicken Deluxe. This is my go to favorite every time. I really enjoy the juicy chicken and kick of spicy with the sauce. It’s just right, not too spicy and full of flavor. I always order large fries and a large Dr Pepper. What a great a lunch. The simplicity of the Chick-fil-A Chicken sandwich is just um-um good. Their buns are the best and then just lettuce and tomato and Chicken so juicy it doesn’t even need condiments.

Ok I am not a big fan of a super cheesy mac n cheese, but the Chick-fil-A mac n cheese is amazingly delicious.. it's not to cheesy, but just cheesy enough to develope a serious daily craving for it. So a couple of nights ago I was on the hungrybeast instagram page and saw this post titled buffalo mac n cheese. It's Chick-fil-A nuggets on top of their mac n cheese and drizzled in their zesty buffalo sauce. I tried it and I am so in love with this meal. Check out the pic reposted below.. Your ice cream cups LEAK... especially in the middle of summer. Why do you give us all the other food in sacks but just hand us the ice cream? Where are we supposed to set it in our car? I have to ask for an add'l sack to put it and the milk in for my daughters kids meal every visit and when I do your staff gets all frustrated and starts saying things under their breath. Your team-leader was rude and basically threw the sack at me after placing the ice-cream in the sack. If you look at the photo I added it clearly leaks in the sack so imagine it on my seat, etc. Fix this

Visiting Nashville, out looking for a good breakfast so we stop in for our favorite breakfast. After 35 minutes of waiting after Jordan took our order we asked about our order after watching everyone receive their food. 5 minutes later we are told that they didn't have our biscuits and we could get a refund or sandwiches instead. Which would have been fine if we hadn't waited 40 minutes by now. So now our whole morning wasted an hour and still end up having to go elsewhere for breakfast. I guess Chick-fil-A has a different standard in Nashville than every other location.

The food was takeout as the restaurant was packed, with cars wrapped around the building for drive through service. Great food, quick in and out, with friendly staff who take care to note return guests. The reason for the less than stellar rating was because the food was a little over cooked, other than that it was great.

I had my second terrible experience at this location. I stopped by to pick up breakfast prior to work. There were no places to park in curbside, I did as the app instructed to park with my hazards on. 20 minutes walk by and no food arrived. I went inside to ask and let them know I had waited 20 mins. Upon me going inside the gentleman was returning inside with my food. The tots were greasy and soggy and the biscuit was hard.

It’s not the first time I been to chick fl on charlotte pike but every single time they gave me really bad customer service. I really hate seeing how bad they treat employees as well. I went back on October 18 around 9 to buy dinner after work and saw them getting a rat out of the restaurant. It is disgusting I literally threw up the food after seeing this. This is not ok there needs to be something done about the rats inside the the restaurant sorry but I will never me back.

arrived at 8:40pm, which for a Chick-fil-A should be plenty of time to breeze through the line to get food on time. They close at 9pm, and there was a huge line in the drive thru not moving when I arrived, which I found unusual for a Chick-fil-A. Then at 8:59pm the line started to move again. At 9:00pm on the dot they shut off lights and stopped taking orders, leaving a bunch of people unable to order food. Looked to me like they deliberately stalled until almost close to start working again. Will not be returning due to this unprofessional behavior.

While the place is always busy, from open to close, the staff are always friendly, helpful, and patient. The food is good and reasonably priced for a fast-food restaurant. And despite how busy it always is, they keep it moving fairly quickly. They are also willing to work with people who have food allergies; provided it's not peanuts. However, that's not the staffs fault. The company used peanut oil for much of their cooking, so there's not much they can do about it. But otherwise they do their best to accommodate special needs of any type they can.

Very nice polite and fast. Only 4 cuz the dude taking my order was having an unspoken staring contest with me he was like I was like . I asked for ez ice I got sensitive teeth ik that’s lame but when I got my drink was like yea this a red solo cup n a half worth of ice. When I got home some of it melted so I’m assumin only a cup n a 1/16th of a cup of ice actually. Not mad or complaining cuz if someone told me ez ice I would do the same ❤️

I ordered 2 salads. Total was $19.64. The relevance here is the price versus the product and service I received. Again, two chicken Cobb salads, ranch dressing for both. Add one extra ranch per per salad. Ask the fella at the window if ranch and extra are in the bag. He says yes. Get home and I have one ranch and one honey mustard. I call and speak to a manager who said he cannot refund anything, cannot offer a free meal, but if I want to get back in my car and drive back up there, sauce packets are free….

Quick service and nice staff. My only complaint would be that the bathroom cleanliness was subpar compared to other Chick-fil-As I've been to. Would definitely recommend though!

Recently this store has started treating Uber/DoorDash delivery people poorly. We can’t get greeted. We get ignored. We get treated like we’re here to steal the food. How would I know the name of the order with last name initial if I wasn’t a driver? So we stand around while our customer( ALSO Chick-fil-A’scustomers)food gets cold and undelivered. If your staff doesn’t want to deal with deliveries then maybe this store should consider turning off the ability. Because it has not been a pleasure!

I am not a fan of fast food but I like the friendliness of the staff. What I do not like, at all, is the drive through where I have to order from someone holding a tablet. I feel rushed and just want to look at a menu board... not a tiny menu while someone stands there waiting on me. At least when I’m at the menu board I can’t see the person waiting or they are able to do other things. Especially when I am hangry. Like not eating for 8+ hours. It would be nice to have an option. That’s all.

Bad customer service PERIOD!!! Order was wrong on drink so they said they had to ring order up again , which they charged me separately a drink. TERRIBLE! Cost more separately then with a combo. Told them take it don't want order period. They refund part of order not drink said you drank out of it, which i thought they was going to correct ticket, while waiting on tenders to be done. Worst experience ever at any chick fill a! Super busy. Staff was short. And they didn't bother to tell me that my Cobb salad wouldn't have egg today because they were "recalled" I'm still upset cause I would have ordered the southwest had I known. Then when I noticed and took my salad up to inquire about missing egg, they offered nothing to make up. Not an exchange or anything. Really disappointed. Find a different location.

Food was great. We were pretty late coming in (around 8:30pm). They were trying to clean the floors and get ready to close, but they don't close until 10:00pm. So, we felt like we were intruding. Due to cleaning, we had to exit out on the far side and walk around the building to get back to our car. Just didn't make for the most enjoyable visit.

The best fast food restaurant I have ever been too. I been coming here once a week for four years and have never had a bad experience. Even on the days the line is backed to the door, I get my food in 15 minutes. Very friendly staff, and the GM takes the time to walk the restaurant and ask every one how they're doing and how they're food is, which is a big plus to me. Highly recommended.

We ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal, and they told us to wait outside the parking lot. We waited outside for 20 minutes and they never brought our food(they also closed early for New Years). We went up there to ask and the manager told us that we gave it to the wrong person and asked if we wanted our money back or have a different sandwich. They seemed like they didn’t care.

They were very busy but the staff took time to help the different groups. They even helped a group take pictures. From what I saw the staff was amazing; however, I ordered the cool wrap and when it came it was the smallest I had ever seen them. Normally they fill the container, but mine could have fit a third half wrap easily. It was still tasty, just a rather small portion.

I can't say nothing about Chick-fil-A but great! It's always persistent I always clean always polite always fast the food's always done right that's just about every Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. I would say hands down the best fast food restaurant in the market right now guarantee that's all of them I don't even have to go to it to say that Chick-fil-A is just the best.

The customer service here is always wonderful as well as the food. They do a great job of making people feel seen, loved and full. Shoutout to Esther for her excellent service, professionalism, and kindness to myself and my friend who were there last night. The woman working as manager at this location today gave the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Chick Fil A, where service is usually excellent. The app was having server issues and wasn’t processing payment correctly and so the manager took our food back from us and did not offer any help at all. Will not be visiting again if this manager is around.

I’m sure it was just a mistake and just as much on me for not checking... but I got back to my house and I didn’t get my chicken biscuit in my order , and was given a hash browns that I didn’t order, but I think this was an upgrade to a combo since I got a large drink. (They are always looking out) This store has always been good but this time missed the mark.

Typical Chick-fil-A, long lines, high prices, so so food, but this time barely warm sandwiches and cold waffle fries at peak time. There's no excuse for this with what you go through to order on top of their prices! And because of the lines, if you have an issue, forget it unless you want to spend more time waiting all over again. Not so happy with this visit.

The most important thing is that your drive through operates properly. When you have somebody in front of you order 87 bucks worth of food and then they just sit at the window instead of being asked to pull forward to wait on all of that so that the rest of us that have been waiting for over 20 minutes since they ordered can get our food that is a problem.

On yesterday 10-28-20 i ate here and it was horrible!! My chicken sandwich was to tough to bite or break in half, the tomato old, the bread dry and falling apart! I ordered on the App for curbside service and it was slow and terrible too! The only thing good I received was the fruit cup! But this was not worth the money at all!

Food was great as usual but store wasnt as clean as im used to for a chick fil a. The overall environment was as friendly either but that could be a regional thing

They were holding up the lines trying to take orders like they normally do but this time it was making it way longer than was I ordered a lemonade light Ice and ice is filled to the rim so I guess they gave me I light lemonade. Everything else was good the food is fresh.

Prices went up food quality went down. I am so distraught about this. Brown limp not hot fries, WHY chick fil a WHY. the tea is weaker and it seems more gristle in the chicken (I hope that's not from getting cheaper product) this is now NOT a must stop at when im in town so sad. I really loved Chic fil a. The pleasure has been sucked out.

Took 1 hour to go through drive through. Never had this experience with any other chick fil a. McDonald’s would’ve been faster than that. Flow of the parking lot is horrible to leave or get in the line because they have two entrances instead of one. Wouldn’t recommend because it isn’t convenient like a drive through should be.

Always a great place to grab a bite to eat! It’s even better that it’s actually fast food! I rarely wait more than 5 minutes at any Chick-fil-A location! They have delicious food with outstanding service! Definitely one of the best chain restaurants around!! If you haven’t already checked them out, you need to!

The last few times I have ordered, my chicken is good but the fries are very soggy and seem as though they are not fully cooked. Very disappointing as I love chick fil a, but this honestly makes me not want to return as I’m disappointed every time lately.

Great service and food was chain standard. This location has the Dine in option through the mobile app. Food was brought to the table in a reasonable time even though they were packed. Only two tables inside were open when I arrived. Restaurant was clean and this location does have a children's play area.

Great food served fresh. One of the things I love about Chick-fil-a is the service, they only hire good people and apparently provide an excellent work environment because people are always happy, friendly and passing on smiles.

I have good things to say about this location. Although they claim they open at 6 am. They were not open at 6 am on2/24/2023. The sign on the front door states they open at 7 am. Door was locked when I arrived. Was a bummer for me as I was looking forward to a chicken biscuit for breakfast this morning.

Fast, friendly and correct. This location, like nearly every other CFA in Nashville is always packed. However, this location, like most other CFAs is extremely quick in getting your food to you curbside or via the Drive-Thru. I prefer the curbside option thru the app. Very easy and stress free. More

Me and my son stopped by for dinner Monday right during evening rush, the place was pretty busy.. Customer service was awesome - everyone on the team Chick-fil-A was friendly, polite, attentive and was smiling.. Also, this location got cool coloring books - my son was very excited about that..

Traffic getting there isn't always the best, CHARLOTTE AVE... HOWEVER, they are super organized and get you in and out. Very polite as always and the service is on point. Also, they got my FAVORITE, the PEPPERMINT MILKSHAKE in... So its definitely worth the trip for me and my baby(PREGO)

This locations is always efficient and friendly and usually always gets my order right. I always use the app to order and pay for my food. Thus time I used my points to get a free medium fry and I was shorted the fry. I got a meal with fries as well but I lost my points on the other fry.

Service was good, but food left lots to desire. Some grilled chicken bites were nearly not there they were so small, and the chicken strips way too small for the price. Fries were tasty, but nearly soggy from being undercooked. Doubt I'll be returning for quite a while.

I have only had one bad experience in my entire life of eating at Chick-fil-A. I am extremely pleased with this place and go there often. I think they are efficient and quick. And I see a definite good attitude not just forced politeness. Definitely a favorite for me!

A staple for lunch - I miss the waffle fries and Coke since I have been trying to consume fewer calories but I still enjoy the deluxe chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato. I sometimes order ahead and pick up inside upon arrival to avoid the lines.

This is the busiest Chick-fil-A ever but the staff is the absolute best. So friendly and good at their jobs! My food is always so hot and fresh! And they're super quick compared to their volume of customers. Love them

I started really liking this place. I was welcomed with a captivating smile and wonderful service. Love the cleanes and the decoration. The little vases at the tables gives personality and brings warmth.
