I am giving 3 stars for the 2 of the 3 outstanding employees I came in contact with. Went to my favorite Chick-fil-A, Presidio, to grab some dinner. After ordering in the drive thru and driving up to the pay station the young man, Gael, was so kind, fast, efficient, and had a positive attitude. We had some small talk after he took my payment. It made me feel like more than a customer. However, I pulled up to the window and I was greeted with, what seemed like the most miserable, uninterested employee I have ever met, Lilli. She put 2 bags on the ledge and said "Jenna?" I said no and told her my name. She turned around with her complete back to me leaning on the ledge. For about a minute, then I spoke up to help and get her attention by repeating my order. She slightly turned still looking at me with disgust. Ignored me. Another employee, Tatum saved the day. She came over to the window and asked what was going on then went to go fix it. She came back and told Lilli to check the board and look in the bags. Tatum was smiling and really trying to get this unkind, lazy worker to just do her job. Lilli seemed angry Tatum stepped in. You could feel Lilli's negative attitude and dislike of being told how to do her job by Tatum. Lilli finally looks up to the screen(FINALLY TURNS AROUND TO LOOK AT ME, after just shy of 4 minutes), she says there is nothing with my name, I tell her my order again and suggested she look in the bag again. Surprise!! It was my food the whole time, but the person who took my order via headset heard it wrong. She then handed me the bags and started to turn away and I had to stop her, because we had not even gotten our drink. The 1st that is ever handed to you is usually the drink. After I got the drink she turned around and never looked back. Lilli should never be put on the window or in front of a customer unless she changes her work habits and attitude. She was over the top rude, lazy, disrespectful, disinterested, and made me feel like I was beneath her, a waste of her time, and an annoyance. I stayed completely nice the entire time, because this is not normal for this location. However, Lilli definitely needs to be seriously retrained, taught some respect towards customers AND colleagues. However, the food was amazing as always and Gael and Tatum definitely represent Chick-fil-A perfectly. I appreciate them just going the extra mile and seeming to be so happy to be there.

This is the second Chick Fil A I've been to where the service was awful (the other in Alpharetta, GA). I showed up in the evening and everyone working was very young, including the shift managers. That's never been an issue at a CFA before as they're usually professional and courteous, but not this group. They were all busy talking to each other and talking over customers, the entire time we were there. I stood at the register for two minutes while the young lady manning the register talked to her coworker without greeting me once. Count out two minutes on a timer, stand there at the register with a retail/restaurant employee right in front of you, and she doesn't acknowledge you once. No "I'll be right with you". No "welcome to Chick Fil A". No "my apologies for the delay". Nothing but conversing with her buddy over by the tea, which by the way was so hot it melted all our ice before the drinks got to our table. Once she did acknowledge us, the guy mopping behind us started talking over us to get in on the conversation with the two behind the counter and they were all having a grand time while completely ignoring every customer. He should have been paying attention to his cleaning duties as this was also the first time I've seen a CFA where the floor was filthy. That said, the dirty floor wasn't a huge concern relative to the customer service. The food was fine, but this is Chick Fil A. Nobody expects terrible service at a CFA location, but this one was terrible.

This is the only chick fil a that I've ever been to that consistently messes up my order. I usually have patience with errors like this, because I understand that they happen. At this store, however, our order is wrong about 1 out of every 4 or 5 trips, and the customer service is rarely up to what I get at other stores. The latest experience is after waiting in a long drive thru line (not the store's fault but contributes to the frustration), they do the most annoying thing in taking your money, and only then ask you to park and wait even longer for your food. If they told you before paying that you'd be asked to wait an additional 10 minutes, I'm sure they'd lose customers after all. So after another long wait, they bring out the order, and the order is missing food. Then, since the customer service rep is already gone, they don't answer the phone when you try and call. So your only choice is to wait through the ridiculously long drive thru again, accept their failure and pay for food you didn't get, or call again until they respond. Eventually (7th or 8th call), they answered the phone, and unapologetically gave a card for a free 8 piece nuggets while bringing out the missing parts of the order. I guess their answer to a 30 minute combined drive thru wait and awful service is $3.85 worth of nuggets.

I am absolutely disgusted. Very rarely do I leave reviews, but my entire experience at this Presidio Location warranted one today. First I order $50 ($47 and some change to be exact) worth of food in the drive through, and they give me some stale fries when I get to the window then got an attitude when I asked for fresh ones. Then I get home and one of the three kids meals I ordered has a box of EMPTY nuggets with honey roasted bbq sauce in it!!!! And sauce all over the inside of the bag. I call the location and spoke to Lily (a so called manager), and she proceeded to call me a liar. What do I have to gain from taking time out of my day to call up there about a freakin $5 kids meal. I told her I wanted to speak to the her manager because I didnt appreciate her calling me a liar. I am absolutely disgusted and threw the entire order away. The customer service was trash and so was the expensive and picked over food. I’ve NEVER experienced such poor service at a chic fil a. Im literally sick to my stomach. That’s he poorest managerial skills and services I’ve seen in a very long time. Do better Lily and run those cameras back to see what employee picked at a box of nuggets and placed the empty box in my child’s bag!!

Ordered and paid online for curbside service. My son was there within 10 min of the order which they never came out. My son went in and they said they didn’t have the order and couldn’t find it by the name. The order was placed at 4:58 so I drove up there and arrived at 5:45. I asked to speaker with the manager who was Carlos and had an attitude and has horrible customer service skills. He first said the food was there for 2 hours and nobody showed up. I said my son came there and even came inside which they said they couldn’t find it then he admitted he was there but couldn’t find the order by name which was on the tag and food he showed me that was sitting there. I said the name he couldn’t find in the system was right there which I showed him. He lied multiple times after I even mentioned knowing Scott Pleasant the owner which I would call since this store has had multiple issues with service and orders. He said he didn’t care and go ahead and call him. I asked for my money back and won’t be returning as a customer. I will also share with others the experience and send feedback to corporate headquarters for CFA. Good luck if ordering at this or Alliance which are owned by the same person.

Update. Went back to get the free meal, fries were full but rock hard and nuggets were still under cooked. My girl friends mom just got 2 8 count meals and a 12 count. The only thing what was remotely okay were the sweat teas that were watered down. The 8 counts were extremely under cooked. The fries were smaller then a small and rock hard. The 12 count was an extremely undercooked 4 count strip. I work at a chick Fil a and this quality is just horrible. First off if I ever saw a bag that had fries not full I would refuse to had it out. They had three chances to Catch it. 1st was in kitchen making the food and fries, it’s not hard to fill fries. 2nd was the bagger who grabbed a 4 count strip and three fries that wouldn’t pass as a small. 3rd was who ever was on window. At my store I’m required to check the bag and make sure everything is correct and to standard. Missing the 4 count strip is understandable because they are in the same box. Missing three fries being empty is like having a blind person on window. This is the worst chick fil a I’ve seen in a while. Will not be going here again. Even though it’s policy to replace an order they were only willing to replace the 12 count.

Received terrible customer service from one of the gentlemen in the order line. I had placed an online order and it wasn’t popping up on his tablet. As I was pulling up the confirmation on my phone he walked away and offered no help. I had to flag someone else down to get assistance, turned out to there was a technical issue when I placed it. Would of been easier if the first person had offered any assistance but none was offered. Disappointed as I’ve had nothing but good experiences any time I go to any location, but this was by far the worst customer service from any chick-fil-a I’ve been too. After I placed my order I was told to sit by the front and they will bring it out, then waited ten minutes for them to bring it out. Never came out so had to go back into the store, to find out my food had just been sitting there and was now cold. Absolutely terrible experience that I wouldn’t expect from chick-fil-a, won’t be going back to this location. I’d advise you go somewhere else as customer satisfaction at this store is not on par with their other locations.

I would've given zero stars if I could. Got in line before 10:30, dead stop. After 11 finally reached order taker, ordered chicken minis, she abruptly said "we're not serving breakfast". No offer of any other comparable option even though it's obvious we'd been in drive thru over 30 minutes. Now I'm stuck and she's moved on. Another 20 minutes sitting there, I called to express my frustration. Person inside said he'll talk to manager. Manager said, nothing we can do. Meanwhile drive-thru is still not moving so I can't even get out. I would've thought management would have at least offered a cup of water or something to all of us in drive-thru while they tried to fix their glitch. I've never had an experience anywhere close to that bad at a Chick-fil-A. I've never requested a manager before. But this was Easter weekend and I had lots of errands and this was over an hour out of my day. I recommend you avoid Chick-fil-A at Presidio in Fort Worth, TX.

First thing, the gentleman being helped in front of me had an obvious language barrier and the female employee taking the order was being rude and abrupt in language because she had to keep repeating herself. Most locations an even the one I previously worked for had someone on shift at all times that spoke Spanish,be it a foh or a boh employee. To properly help our Spanish speaking guests. I had also asked for extra pickles on my sandwich and each + is supposed to be 2 extra pickles, per chick fil a standards. And they just put 1 extra tiny pickle. The Fries were poorly salted. And the lady taking my order was not rude or friendly. She made brief eye contact, and didn't seem welcoming. This isn't the normal inviting chick fil a environment I'm accustomed to. And not once has an employee come through the dining area offering sauces/extra napkins or a refill.

I hate to give a CFA a low rating but this place has earned it. Since we moved to the area been there 3 times. EVERY SINGLE TIME the order has been wrong. And I don't mean kind of wrong... I mean missing multiple items, not merely shorting sauces but just not putting them in the bag, sandwiches are made wrong. It's just ridiculous. And every time we have to go wait in the parking lot despite using the app to order ahead. What is the point of ordering ahead if they make you go through the drive thru only to not have your order ready and have to go sit there between 5 mins and my fav was the time we waited 25 mins. Go in and ask for a manager? They are too busy either eating or talking to each other to care and foist your off on a staffer. Poorly poorly run. And don't blame covid... we ate at plenty of CFAs that had their act together during covid.

This chick-fil-a was ok today. Very clean however every employee seemed overly busy. The employees at the register were busy so another stepped forward to take my order. He wasnt very friendly only asked what I would like and took my order. I didn't recieve a reciept. I had also made an app order for my son so it would be ready when we arrived and the employee couldnt find it( i found it for him as it was sitting on the counter that he walked past multiple times) My order was delivered and I went back up for my drink as it was not given to me at the register and not delivered with my order. The courtesy young lady that walked around and skipped me multiple times even coming to the table right next to me to ask if they needed anything or refills. Nothing overly terrible just not the normal Chick-Fil-A experience.

It must be this location that’s horrible! Went drive thru tonight and ordered a 4 piece chicken strip meal almost 10.00 and a 3 piece chicken strip and Mac in cheese total 23.00. Told them to bag the meal separately because it was going to two different locations. Got home the meal had the 3 piece strip and 7 fries in the box. Called them and manager said u have 24 hr to come get replacement fries. U messed up my order and u giving me a timeframe to get my replacement. I might not want Chick-fil-A tomorrow smh. I realize good help is hard to find but I never experience these incorrect orders or no fries at the Alliance Location so somebody need to give people at this location some training. Guess I’ll just go to that one in Alliance!

It's Chick-fil-A. They are pretty consistently delicious and usually on top of their game. Great customer service, etc. This past weekend, my order was not ready when I pulled up to the window so they asked me to pull to the side and wait for my food to be delivered. 5-7 minutes later, someone walks out with my food. As I'm driving away, I realized they gave me the wrong order. I did not order anything specialized or tricky, just a simple chicken breakfast burrito. I had to drive back and go inside to get my order corrected. The people working the counter weren't as friendly as normal, but they did quickly exchange my meal and moved on to the next customer. I'll still eat there but they just need to slow down and make sure orders are correct and treat customers like they are valued, even when they're busy.

I just this week started re-visiting the Tarrant Pkwy Chick-Fil-A after a few month hiatus after the less than favorable experiences I have had in 2020. Unfortunately, in the first meal I bought for me and my family, I bit into a huge piece of gristle and fat that should have been cleaned off the chicken before placing in the fryer. This turned me off completely to the rest of my sandwich and left me sick to my stomach. Also, I was drinking a shake and bit down onto a piece of plastic that was in the bottom of my cup. Looks like a piece of a lid maybe? I’m not a chronic complainer, but I just can’t believe the high rate of bad luck at this particular location in which I visit so infrequently now. Just once, I would like to enjoy an accurate and decent quality meal.

I had the most pleasant experience at the drive-through, a young lady by the name of Abigail brightened up my day with her positive energy and professionalism. As i was pulling up, another staff member by the name of Isaiah told her she talks too much, it was extremely rude and I was shocked that he would say that in front of a customer. I would’ve left a one star review if Abigail had not brightened up the whole situation with her great attitude. Don’t listen to the haters Abigail, do your thing girl!

Went through the drive thru and the young man taking our order was rushing us and kept cutting us off. My mother in law scanned to get a free cookie with her reward points and the points were deducted from her app but the manager said we needed to do it again because it didn’t show in their system. They told us to park and they would take us our food when it was ready so we did- and they forgot our drinks and the new girl told us someone had already given us drinks went that was not true. The whole thing was a mess. Manager seemed nice but did not help at all. I’ve been a manager before and the way things were handled were very disappointing

Chick-Fil-A is always amazing, but this location particularly is super! The lines move very quick, the drive thru flows, they are nice in the lobby and even offer to refill for you. Alma and Julie are the best for customer service inside ever! Give them a raise. Hats off to them for their hard work.

Horrible service. An absolutely horrible location. I was the only car in line and placed a mobile order. When I got to the window they told me to pull around to the front of the building and I waited 10 minutes nobody came. I called and asked for a manager and the woman was very rude to me. I requested a refund because I’ve already wasted my time. I had to go inside to get a refund because they still never came out. This is absolutely horrible customer service. The refund wasn’t fully filled out so I’m sure nothing will be done to address the issues.

Was in a rush today between delivery blocks, stopped at this Chick-fil-A to grab some breakfast but missed it by 3 minutes, ordered the grilled chicken combo, large lemonade light ice from drive-thru boy, drove a few miles away headed back to the station pull into a QT parking lot, pulled out the sandwich and start to eat, crazy I don't taste chicken in every bite, I take the bottom bun off, there is no more meat, it seems there was half a breast or less in this sandwich. Two bucks and I'm still hungry, what a ripoff, I forgot to get a receipt plus don't have the time to go back, shame on you chick-fil-A.

I am a bit fan of chick fil a, I usually love anything I have tried there, but today I got the yogurt parfait for the first time and literally laughed when I pulled it out of the bag because it’s just yogurt with one strawberry cut into quarters and 2 blueberries total. No granola, and it looks absolutely nothing like the picture on the menu. Just felt compelled to share because I wish I would have known before I ordered one! Definitely not worth $4.15. What a joke. I dug around in the cup and double checked my bag for granola to make sure I wasn’t mistaken and there Is nothing else there. What a waste.

The customer service is as expected at Chik- fil- A. GRADE A. I'm not the biggest fan of the food and not because it tastes bad, it doesnt, it's just not my favorite. My wife and kids are always trying to get me to go there. They take care of you at this location, like they are at most CFAs, are very friendly, and in the upwards of 50 times Ive went my order has only ever been wrong because I didnt order something. I wish other fast food eateries would take a note from Chik- Fil-A and their customer service because for some reason I expect this everywhere and that's not the case. Good job Chik-Fil-A RO

My first horrible experience with CFA. Bummer. They are usually a 5 star establishment, this time they are lucky I have to give them 1 star. 4 cars in the drive thru and they are somehow behind to the point of sending me to one of the parking spots because something about my order was going to hold up the line. 25 mins later that poor boy running food orders outside finally has MINE in his hand. Not his fault at all. He got a $20 tip. Kid was hustling. His manager should be flogged for that performance inside. To the awesome young man actually running, checking on us repeatedly to update us, big kudos.

Was one of my favorites. I ordered thru Uber eats and it was a disaster. At first neither one was taken responsibility for the mistake Chick-fil-A made then Uber eats wants to short change me, but they somewhat fixed it. Very disappointed in Chick-fil-A. Even called corporate and it did no good. So needless to say it will be a minute before they see my money again. And it's sad because I was looking forward to my peppermint shake which I ordered but didn't receive.

It's been long enough open back up your store. I literally sat in line to get my order I did on the app for over 30 minutes, no joke. I use to be able to do pick-up at door, but app won't let do it at your location. If my daughter didn't want it I wouldn't have came here This will be the last time I ever order from here till they open back up. Which I'm sure they don't care as the lines are long in drive thru so making plenty of money. I sure hope yall are paying staff atleast $17 an hour with your raised pricing and no inside service to keep expenses down.

This place is always busy so it has to be good right? Went through the drive thru ordered the 12 nuggets and large chocolate shake. The girl was nice enough however she shorted me a dollar and dropped some of the coins on the ground. She opens the drawer to get a dollar out. Half way home I am wondering what kind of shake they gave me because it wasn't chocolate....it's cookies and cream.....the nuggets were over cooked. I won't not go back because of one experience but it would be nice if the service and food was as good as everyone on here says it is.

Not great, got delivery and everything was bagged and closed with chick-fil a stickers so it wasn’t my doordasher. Got 2 salads and you could hardly tell them a part, which for a southwest salad and a Cobb salad that are both 12 bucks that’s kinda saying something ( who puts corn in a Cobb salad come on) no chick fil a sauce that we asked for, and no utensils not even a napkin. Food was fine but the order was over 30 dollars it would’ve been nice to get everything in order.

Why are people saying this dining room is open? Today is 8/19/21 and it definitely is not. We just pulled up and there is a huge sign that reads "Our Dining Room is Currently Closed". Yes, it's stupid and you need to hurry up and open it. While you're at it, fix your restaurant and maybe orders wouldn't be messed up each time we come here. I have had to complain about this location too many times. Anyway, dining room is NOT open as of 8/16/21 and make sure your order is 100% correct before leaving curbside or the drive thru.

Wasted my time they aren’t serving half the menu and no signs stating this . Got stuck in the drive thru for several minutes . The man taking the order was busy talking on a walkie talkie and wouldn’t even communicate with me why they can’t serve me what I ordered. Made it to where I didn’t have time to eat lunch and I need food to take my meds . Next time consider putting a sign up if you can’t serve half the menu somewhere before customers even enter the drive thru would be nice . Won’t ever come back here for sure .

Wonderful selection of food and was delicious. As all chikfilas are.... However it's kind of stressful not knowing selections on the menu because of no sign in the drive through. Of course there is one next to the window but when they walk down the lane expediting orders if you say you don't know the menu it creates a stressful environment like they expect you to know what to order.

Everytime I come to this Chick-fil-A, it’s always clean, quick, precise on my order and the employees are friendly. Sofia has been at the pickup window more than once, she’s so genuine, and cheerful each time I come through the drive through. This Chick-fil-A is farther than the one near my house, but I’d rather drive the extra mile and come here. Keep it up

I think I speak for many when I say that Chick-fil-A for us is such a God send. The food quality is top notch, and at a fair price. This location is great for us, and we frequent it often. Every visit has been very pleasant both through the lobby and drive through. We have always received fresh hot meals, and they have never made a mistake on an order. Honestly what more could you ask for! There are 2 other locations within the same distance, but will continue to frequent this one due to such great experiences.

I had ordered a nugget tray for my daughter’s birthday party. The party is on a Sunday so I ordered them to be picked up cold on Saturday. Luke was the manager/supervisor on this day. He was very helpful with phenomenal customer service. There were minor issues with fulfilling my order and Luke and his team did everything they could to make it right. The world needs more people like Luke! I will definitely order from them again.

Inside dining at this location as well as this OWNERS other location in Alliance has been CLOSED since the beginning of Covid, can’t understand why as these are the only two restaurants around that are still drive thru only, it’s looking like they will never fully open back up! My advice is if you prefer indoor dining at least on occasion drive a mile down 35 to Western Center and hit that location as they are fast and they’re OWNER WELCOMES indoor patrons, as does ALL the other locations in the area!

Terrible customer experience and worst Chick-fil-a I've been to. The girl taking the orders in the drive thru messed it up and told me it was twice the normal amount. She was unable to fix this. She told me to talk to the next guy. He could not fix it and told me to go to the next guy. He also could not fix it. I had to wait til I got to the window which makes the people in the drive thru pointless. The process was unacceptably inefficient and the person at the window had no empathy about the issue

Pretty inconsistent.... not clean at all... 3 times now in a row I’ve gotten the sandwiches warm to cold almost.. fries almost cold.. like completely cold. I normally go late so not sure if that’s the issue but cleanliness... there’s no excuse for that prett disappointed by this location. Heritage trace is kept a little better than this one. Chick fil a needs to audit this store as I strongly believe it’s not being ran up to their high standards. Will go back probably to the hertitsge trace

This restaurant is always quick and accurate. The only feedback is that there are a few inconsistencies with how some of the workers are trained. Some will read back orders while others don't, but either way, the orders are always correct.

This Chick-fil-a at Presidio gets it right. Most Chick-fil-a locations are super-friendly and the food is consistent amd delicious. Adding to that is this Presidio location where I have never had anything missing from my orders, including little things like sauces. It may not sound like much but, when the average take out trip (fast food or casual dining) ends in at least one bungled order, it is refreshing to know that specials order or not, every meal will be correct as ordered.

Food is good. Someone comes collecting trays from your table. Only issue I have I'll stand there over with a cup in my hand for a refill. Nobody offers to get you one. I literally had to tell someone to refill my cup or who knows how long I'll be standing up there like a pole with my cup. By the way. This has been both times I've gone 12/5 & 12/7 both times was like 2PM. I see so many blue shirts which I'd I assume there supervisors. Never had this experience at another franchise.

My go to resturant. I get lunch/dinner here up to 5 times a week so I'm a definitely a big fan!!! My only complaint is that the staff told me there has now a limit on how well done the fries can be? I like them extra well done and super crispy! If they aren't extra well done they are soggy and gross by the time I get home. But the last few times I've asked, they have said they will make them as well done as they can, that's why I still give 5 stars because they do their best!!

This location location seemed to be the only one of several that I have been to to offer a fish sandwich. I don’t know if it was temporary but I’ll find out the next time I visit. That fish sandwich was the best one yet. I hope all Chick-fil-A’s offer them on a permanent basis. They are absolutely delicious. Their chicken is unique and very good too. I love their chicken wrap. That’s what I use to order before I discovered the option of having a fish sandwich instead.

Customer service is exceptional! Food is always inconsistent and I sometimes question why I visit here because I will inevitably lose money. One visit excessive salt on fries, next visit just right, third visit no salt. One day full fries and next visit full fries on top and crumbs on the bottom. Never knowing what you’re going to get is tough especially when the food is expensive for what you’re getting.

Great as always. Today was Cow Appreciation Day, I presume their busiest day of the year. The place was a "mad house". People dressed up everywhere, having fun. Taking pictures with the mascot. Even still they managed to get to everyone in a timely manner and I received my correct order quickly [as good or better than an average place, on an average day] Even with all that, they were still polite and friendly. I'm loving the Smokehouse BBQ chicken sandwich.

I don't understand how the reviews are so great. I work directly across and every time I go there's a problem. I love chick- fil-a but this location is awful. I order a simple number 1 with American cheese, an occasional parfait. 8/10 my order has been incorrect, cold, missing things, name wrong, or simply not asking my name at all. They get 1 star because the dine in service is fairly efficient, and for a Manager named Brooke,I believe, who is stellar.

Top-notch food, service, and cleanliness! This is a new location for the owner who has another store across I-35w. We're going to be regulars at this one since it's much closer than the other location and they're doing a great job of taking care of us and making us feel welcome and valued. My wife and I enjoy their Marketplace salad but all of their menu items are pretty terrific! I highly recommend you checking out this location!

The lines were very long but it was dinner time so i cant be upset with them. They did forget to give me my kids meals but I should have double checked before I drove off.. I went back and the manager was very nice and apologized and gave me two coupons for a complimentary entree. Great food as most Chick-fil-A's provide. I went through the drive-thru and had to wait a couple extra minutes. They REALLY made up for this with some GREAT customer service. I recieved 2 free cards redeemable for 3 tenders or 8 nuggets. They also threw in 2 wraps and 3 fruits. ALL I ORDERED WAS A SHAKE AND A FRY! I've had a couple complaints about a few other locations but this one has never disappointed.

Mikayla and the entire team went out of their way to make sure that my very picky and specific order was placed correctly and executed by the cooks and other kitchen staff. I saw a team that cared about producing quality work and cared about me as their patron! The Cobb Salad is legit! If you haven’t tried it you must try with Avocado Lime Ranch and don’t forget the roasted peppers!! Great job everyone

The food is great, just like you'd expect from Chick-fil-a, but they should get a better ordering system for drive through. It's the new style side by side lanes and they don't seem to swap back to the other sides in an evenly alternating way. Pretty annoying to pull into the lane and watch several cars go by in the lane to the side of you before they'll get to taking your order.

Drive thru line was moving at a good pace but once we got to the window they couldn’t find our order. The shift leader we spoke with was very unfriendly. We tried communicating with her but she seemed very aggravated and bothered. We had a coupon for a free shake and she almost charged us for it. We were not pleased with our visit and the friendliness of the shift leader.

Order mistakes and long waits are usually rare at Chic-fil-a but it seems to be the new norm at this location. Past 3 times we have had items missing or been given totally different order. Today we were told we would need to wait for fresh fries. 20 minutes later we were given a container of pieces so small that it was hard to tell that they were waffle fries.

UPDATE: Reducing my rating to 4 stars because the food too often seems like it's been sitting around awhile even if it's busy or I've had to wait for it. They shouldn't leave the chicken and fries sitting out so long... but it's still good... just not as good as it could be most of the time.

Usually their service is good.... but this last visit sucked... 2/12/18 went there for breakfast for me and my daughter and i.... they had no fruit bowls or fruit parfaits prepared.... I ordered the sausage bowl scramble and it looked like whoever made it got hungry because like 1/3rd of the sausage patty they cut up and put on top was missing

I suppose I can't hold much against them for that because I know there are many others that like the food just as much and that's why they are always busy. It's a Chick Fil A, what else can you say. Gold standard of service that no other fast food is able to match across the board no matter which franchise of Chic Fil A you go to. Very inefficient that you have to go through the drive through even if you order ahead. If you order through the app they should allow curbside pick up or pick up inside. I shouldn't have to wait on very slow people to figure out what everyone wants at the drive through. Also their app is broken and only works half of the time.

Today, I used the app for a curbside order. I don't know what happened, but we arrived at the Presidio location and the order was not in thier system. A manager sent Jordan out to assist me. This is the perfect place to take your toddler. A very clean facility. They use cleaning wipes on every table, every high chair, the doors, windows, and the play area. Each time we have gone it has been extremely clean. The food is great too!
