This evening, My husband and I stopped in for an early dinner. We sat at the bar where we recieved excellent service from the bartender who was handling the section very well on his own. Upon our departure, we stopped in the "order to go" area to pick up an order placed by my mother in law. The order was on time and ready to go , however she requested that we ask for additional ranch dipping sauce. So, we did. The gentleman at the host station obliged however when he began to go to the back to retrieve the sauce, he was sent outside to deliver a "to go" by his superior. When he returned he noticed that we were still waiting and hadn't recieved the requested ranch and told us he would get it right away. His tone made it clear that he'd expected us to have been gone already. He told us that he soon return with our sauce. At this exact moment, a another gentleman (Caucasian male wearing a pink collared shirt-very managerial looking...Pony tailed curly ginger-colored hair) stepped behind the counter with back to us, preparing a order for pick up. He must've overheard the conversation because without acknowledgment nor looking/turning in our direction, he placed a sauce on the counter. We waited patiently for something to be said as to if the sauce was for us or not, but it was to no avail. Finally, my husband questioned the gentleman to determine if the sauce was meant for us. The gentleman replied with a slight nod. He didnt even respond with actual words. We felt completely disrespected and disregarded as Chili's customers because of this treatment. Not to mention the fact that he didnt saying anything to his team member who went out of his way to grab us a sauce when he has the sauce that was initially meant for us in his possession. I believe that having a job working in customer service and not working as a team, nor refusing to acknowledge customers is unacceptable. I recently moved here from from S.Florida and have never recieved this type of treatment from the Chili's I frequently visited in Fort Lauderdale. It's very unfortunate that one person's distasteful behavior can overshadow the hardwork of others on the Chili's team. Clearly, this staff member need tonhave additional customer service training as well as training to work with diverse populations. I'm disappointed and offended by the way I was treated after choosing to spend my hard earned money at the Chili's establishment and convincing my mother in law to spend money with the company as well. With the plethora of restaurant options on San Jose Blvd., I will surely think twice about dining with Chili's again.

Coming up San Jose and having a Chili's Gift Card 3 of us stopped in for Dinner around 5:30pm. First can see why parking could be a challenge and a walk to the entrance and only 4 handicapped ♿ parking spaces but not a major issue. Seated right away and Lee our server took our drink order I ordered Unsweetened Tea extra got it. Bill ordered his Vodka 2 glasses came out ( Lee might have mentioned it was BOGO) and a Root Beer. We tried the cup of Chili...good 5 . Bill the Chicken Enchilada Soup a Super 5 . We split the 3 meat Enchilada meal Chicken, Shrimp and Steak all good, hot and extra Wraps supplied...nice to see and do without asking so 5 accross the board. Guest ordered 6 oz medium rare Steak, Corn on the Cob and Mashed all came out perfectly so another 5 however they could use more peppers and onions under the protein. Overall it's a nice place to stop and will be back.

Went out with the family for a birthday dinner, and all of the staff at this location were amazing! Our server was excellent, the manager checked on us multiple times, and the hostess even came back over to wish a happy birthday. The food was excellent, no complaints at all. We had a few racks of ribs, both were excellently cooked and seasoned, along with a few steaks which were cooked exactly as requested. Highly recommend the sirloin and the house BBQ ribs! The food and our experience was great and we will definitely be returning soon…Thanks again to the staff at this location for a wonderful dinner out for my family and I.

Our server literally took our order and then 40 minutes after not receiving food and watching tables that came after us get our food she literally came up to us and asked “did you guys already order”?! Our waitress was phenomenal. Bottom line. Tipped her 20% on our $75 order. We had 18 people and she was very attentive and patient with our semi demanding group. I wish I could tell you her name so you could ask for her services. I'll update when I find the receipt. Oh yeah. The food was pretty darn good too. Had the Honey Chicken Crispers & Waffles. Wife had the burger sliders. Sliders were a little over-cooked. Overall a really, really good experience. EDIT: Visited again today. Selena was a phenomenal waitress. Highly recommend.

Stopped in for lunch with a couple people from work. We sat at the bar to eat and catch up on some sports stuff on the tvs. The bartender Nick was on point. Service was spectacular and the recommendations from Nick were amazing. No complaints from us.

Staff was courteous and responsive, restaurant was reasonably clean, food was extremely good. I was kind of surprised that even a chicken tender when cooked right is nice and juicy but it was wonderful especially with the honey barbecue sauce on the appetizer. We got the trio appetizer platter and I had shrimp and chicken fajitas and my wife the big bacon burger. All of our food was really really good. I don't always place a lot of Hope and chain restaurants but this place was pretty darn good :-)

went KINDA of a busy time but our server did not really check up on us only at the beginning, middle once and the end thats it. the guy who brought out our food seemed depressed though or just did not want to work.

We ordered lunch for our company today and you cannot beat their 3 for 10 menu. We ordered a combination of the burger and chicken sandwiches with potato soup and it comes with a large drink and chips and salsa. Everything was cooked perfectly! Will definitely be ordering from them again!

We go here about once a month or less. The kids like the menu and stay entertained with the table top games on the touchpad device. Not expensive and usually get pretty quick service. My wife and kids love the chips and salsa and usually get at least one refill.

I ordered the sirloin 6 oz steak off the 2 for $22 menu and the steak was really good. Well done steak is great here however the mashed potatoes were luke warm and soon turned cold, same with the steam broccoli. Everything tasted great but it would have been better if they had served me everything hot. More

I love comming to chili's, one of my favorite restaurants,. Got to try the south western egg rolls,. Or the texas cheese fries. The chocolate cookie skillet is a must even if you have to take it home...
