Chipotle has been my fave quick stop for a decent meal over the last 15ish years. Dallas, Los Angeles, even over in the UK. With noticable food price increases (costs + demand, I assume?), I still don't mind spending $12 on average for a meal and fountain drink. I also bring clients to the Chipotle on Blanding Blvd/Youngerman Circle for quick business meetings. The last 3 visits have been subpar, and it pains me to say that. I've come across employees that have been careless or unwelcoming at times, but I tend to give them the benefit of the doubt. People have bad days and I definitely do not want to judge someone based on those minor things. Portions have been unacceptable with the meats I've chosen during these last few jaunts to this restaurant, and as much as I won't want to call a certain individual out, it's been the same person to serve me each of these visits. I've asked to wait for fresh steak (being cut right behind him by another employee), and 2 of last three times, he has scrapped the holding bin just to move me along. I'm including photos of my most recent visit, where I barely received half a scoop of steak. The young lady in front of me received a heaping order of steak. I asked to get some of the new steak and was ignored and sent down the line. On my previous visit to this location, the serving of the same steak was not even a full scoopful, and I asked for a bit more - which was a few pieces - and charged for double steak. Although I'd rather not suspect that the gentleman was discriminating I'm his service toward me, it has come to mind. Cashiers and a few more employees that are cleaning up have been nothing short of exceptional. Still, I will have to consider taking my business elsewhere, to other locations I do hope that whatever seems to be causing this young man to have this predisposition toward me, heIm a local businesman won't toward other customers.

So I ordered online tonight to pickup in the store. I ordered a chicken bowl with brown rice extra chicken, fajita veggies, guacamole, sour cream lettuce and shredded cheese. The scheduled time for pickup was 8:45. Well I pull up about 8:47 and go in to pick up my order. As expected it was on the shelf ready. I get home and begin to open my bag. I had also ordered chips and queso so I begin to eat that. Once I am done I open my bowl and to my surprise there is very little chicken(I ordered extra) , NO veggies, and NO guacamole. Well I get to the store and they tell me that they are out of guacamole and there is nothing they can do about that. So I paid for guacamole and did not receive it? Not only that no one reached out to say hey we’re out of guacamole can I refund you that portion. Or I’ll cancel your order and you can place it again without the Guacamole. Whoever the manager is refused to come out front and said that I needed to go on the app to request a refund...well I don’t have the app so now what? The employees simply shrugged their shoulders. So then in walks two more chipotle customers with INACCURATE orders! This is ridiculous! This is NOT something I would expect from chipotle...this is more McDonald’s behavior and at least they try to resolve the issue or give a store credit or refund. Needless to say I won’t be returning to this store and neither should you!

Let me start by saying I LOVE CHIPOTLE!! I eat here regularly and have never came upon a problem.. but once! Today was different. I walked in and stood in line and just observed... like always. The young man preparing the meals worked on four different people ahead of me, he cleared off food that was dropped on the counter, he removed empty and dirty containers and replaced full and cleaned ones. He goes back to complete another customer's order.. all wearing the same dirty gloves. As he walks over to start on my burrito bowl I asked him kindly to change his gloves. At this point I think he should have washed his hands and do this on his own, but I still asked. Immediately he got an attitude.. like who am I to ask him to change his gloves. I should have asked him to wash his hands as well but didn't want the unnecessary bother. The entire time he's preparing my bowl he's obviously annoyed. I asked for an extra side of sour cream and hot sauce.. he places it on the counter where I would have to reach over to get it. Thankfully the young lady at the register saw my face and grabbed them both for me. Like why was "he" upset? Shouldn't they be washing their hands and changing their gloves or is it just me??

I’ve been ordering my food at this specific location for over a year now. The staff is very helpful and they move quickly when I come to pick up my order. My experience hasn’t been bad but it hasn’t exactly been the very best. One of my visit at this Chipotle wasn’t great at all. I scheduled my food for pick up, I had two orders. When I got home, ready to eat my food. I ordered a Carnitas bowl and I instantly noticed it wasn’t at all what I’d ordered. I recieved someone elses food, Chicken tacos. I rushed back to the restaurant and was able to get a refund and recieve what I originally ordered. The second time my experience wasn’t so great was when I ordered chips with my food. I ordered my food for pick up and forgot to check the bag. I get home and notice that my chips are missing! I email the restaurant and recieved a free bag of chips. As great, pleasant and persistant as my other visits to Chipotle were, I would have to say this location could do better with who they choose to hire. I reccomend having people work that are experienced working in a restaurant. I really do respect and appreciate everyone that works at that location, but, it needs a bit of improvement to be better.

As the years go by, attention and customer service and awareness of the job being done just goes down. I am not one to complain and I understand that customer service is difficult. I work in customer service. It can be stressful, but it is not the hardest job. I was here not 5 minutes ago, ordered my bowl and it was in front of me on the counter. While the cashiers are taking care of the customer in front of me, who had a complicated order and the team behind the counter took care of him beautifully, I’m checking some things out. It’s my turn to come up and get my food. My bowl disappeared, and I’m confused... and then come the confused faces of the people behind the counter. They’d figured the cashier gave the bowl to the customer before me. This isn’t the first incident I’ve had here, but it definitely was the straw that broke the camel’s back for me. On other occasions, I’ve been treated rudely by other staff members as they’re prepping the food and have seen them either overstuff my burritos to the point that they cannot close them or underfill my bowls. I recommend better training for your staff so you can avoid losing customers in the future.

I love chipotle, but I'm so annoyed with the phone answering service. Door dash does not allow me to add extra rice to my order, so I was going to call the store and ask them to add it since it's no extra cost. I tried giving the robot an array of different responses and all I got back was the employees can't always answer the phones so please explain what you need and no matter how many times I asked or how many ways I asked, I always got the same response or it would try to take my order. All I wanted to do was talk to someone and it was completely impossible. They need a better system, it needs to allow someone to get thru after failed attempts of being given a solution or the customer asking to speak to someone more than so many times....

My mother was trying to place an order and wanted to pay with cash when the food was picked up and not pay with a card. She called in to place an order but the voice on the phone said to pay with a card. She ended up speaking with someone that works in the restaurant and she said she was trying to place an order. The woman on the phone said you need to do that online in a very rude voice and then tried to hang up the phone. My mom said I need to pay with cash but wasn’t given that option when placing the order. The woman said “huh” on the phone and then never said anything else when my mom asked the same question. I would recommend only letting management answer your phones or find a new manager if that’s who answered the phone. Very disappointed and will NEVER order from this location again. Also, from reading these reviews it sounds like they need a whole new crew working at this location!

Worst experience at a chipotle in a long time, came in at 2pm. Stood in line for 15 mins as it was a rush (understandable) however we get to the front and the center gentleman (working the toppings) was messing around, chatting with the lady on the till. He was holding everything up he had 6 orders backed up and everything was at a Halt because he wouldn’t stop talking and messing around with everyone. My fiancé & I stood in front of him for 10 minutes (no exaggeration) staring at him whilst he laughed and danced around chatting. I understand having a rush and it being super busy. However this was not the case, this was caused by a gentleman working the topping who had no sense of urgency & held everything up because we would rather chat and mess around then serve customers in front of him. Everyone else of the line were great and quick, I’m sure they were also getting annoyed at him not working.

I don't know if you guys were training someone or what but i online ordered a burrito that had 2x chicken and admittedly a good handful of other ingredients, but yknow, it was double wrapped. For whatever reason it was this spherical mound of food poorly wrapped- so much so there was a tear in both tortillas *and* the filling was just strangely put in?? At first i thought i got jipped of my double protien but i found it. All at the bottom of the burrito. You guys were dead today i wouldnt imagine why it'd be this bad other than a newbie, at least i hope so. Still 3☆ i guess since the one i normally go to takes an extra 10 minutes after the promised time & ig the queso was still warm

Placed an online order. They screwed up and didn't even look at my order until 20 min after it went through. Manager denied this even though she reprimanded an employee for it right in front of me. She refused to prioritize making my meal and continue to help people in line even though they came into the store 5 to 10 minutes after I did (20-25 min after my order had been placed). She told me that I had to wait because I was not the only customer. It is not like I just walked in off the street and demanded food. That is exactly what she made me feel like. By this point I had been waiting almost 30 minutes for something that takes 30 seconds to make. It was the worst I have ever been treated at any restaurant. I have been a Chipotle customer for almost 20 years, and I have never had an experience like this. Terrible manager and store!

I have never been to a chipotle before. That said, I won't be returning to one ever again. The entire workstation was disgusting. The guy behind the counter wouldn't speak to me. I said hi, how are you, and he stared at me. I told him I'd like a bowl with rice and asked a question about the salsa and he just shook his head and mumbled.... Didn't actually answer, or bother to ask someone who knew... When he was done I said thank you, and he wouldn't speak. I also got a side of guac and he hastily put it in a cup and got guac all over the sides and didn't bother to clean it. So the cup is disgusting. Truly, a disgusting and unwelcoming first experience. And at $15 for a bowl with half a scoop of steak... I'm just overall extremely disappointed.

I placed an online order today and selected delivery which I was a skeptical to do so. First, my order did not seem to include the double portion of meat that I had selected and was charged for. It was also delivered to the wrong apartment building. The gentleman the delivered it was very rude. When i called him back to advise that the order was not received, he said he took a picture and I was lying and disconnected the call. That was it never heard from him again. I walked over to the buildings next to me to try and locate it and the delivery driver placed the bag on top of the valet trash dispenser. Very unsanitary. He didn’t even care to try and resolve it, if I hadn’t gone searching for it, I would have never found my order. Very disapponted with the service. Never again!!!!!

Always a hit or miss with this location, if they are not forgetting an item they are out of it or the rice is hard or overcooked! Now that its delivery only you take a chance on your order being complete! We use to eat at this location several times a week but now we dont bc of incomplete orders or you dont know if they are out of chips or guac, which is the main reason we order, if I would have known they were out of these things I would have canceled my order but you dont know til after your delivery when you receive a little note stating that they are out of chips n guac, it would be nice if the website was updated or even a phone call but I guess that's asking too much! Like I said always a hit or miss here!

Food is always on point but this location is starting to go down hill it seems like. They act like they can’t hear you even when you tell them more than twice. They’re skimping like crazy now I gotta ask for more rice because they give me rice like they’re feeding a baby; I don’t get it I really don’t see how they keep hiring people who don’t want to work then get attitudes when they aren’t properly giving you your food Jesus they need better people.

I went to the Blanding location shortly after they opened for the day. Since it was my first time, I wasn't sure what to expect. To my surprise, the ordering process and food preparation was ridiculously fast. I ordered a bowl and the portion size was enough for three at least. I got brown rice,pinto beans,black beans, chicken, queso,cheese, mild salsa, guacamole and lettuce. It was amazing! I want to try all of the meats! Yum!!!!

For the servings that was given, the food was over priced. The rice and beans portions were of less than a spoonful and when asked to put more, employee in that back by the name of danasia cole told us, no, that if we wanted more rice we had to pay more...eventhough she never saw the portion given to us. Poor customer service and when asked for the managers name no one wanted to give it to us. We've gone to the oakleaf location to which they served us and never had any issues. Staff needs to be trained properly. Let your employees know who the manager is so that when asked they can give the name.

Terrible experience at Chipotle tonight. Dinner time and they barely had any food. There was no chicken ready and there was a like 6 people waiting as it would take 12 minutes to make chicken. There was no cilantro lime rice or any that was ready besides the to go area. There was barely any black beans or the new carnitas asada available. I ended up getting the tofu being that there was so many people waiting for chicken to be made and would have to wait an extremely long time for my food. Overall terrible experience and what little carnitas asadas i got for my girlfriend was old and tough.

The food is ok, but service leaves something to be desired. They seem to always open late and and for some reason half the staff doesn’t understand when you make a quesadilla you’re supposed to put the ingredients inside of it. They also routinely don’t have the food ready when you ask them to. You order food for an hour later? It’s sitting there getting soggy for god knows how long before the time you asked for. You order for the soonest possible and pick up time? You’re there at least 10-15 extra minutes. I think they need to hire more people or be better organized.

Ordered food from this location twice through door dash. On both occasions things were forgotten even after we specifically called to confirm the order with them when we ordered this time. Two bags of chips were ordered they forgot one. Salad dressing was ordered and they forgot that. The chips were stale and salty as all hell. When we called back to tell them what happened they were quick to blame our door dash driver and said they definitely put the stuff in the bag. I highly doubt two different door dash drivers on two separate occasions screwed up our order.

I love Chipotle. I eat here 2-3 times a week. Usually after the gym, or when I'm in a rush. I always get their Burrito Bowl. It's the best "Fast Food" place to eat. While not being unhealthy as traditional Fast Food, since this is all cooked in the kitchen like a restaurant.

We are new to the area and stopped by this location and we definitely won’t be back. We were told we needed to order our food online being the only customers in the store, the girl who made our food had just finished counting the cash in her hands then handled our food with the SAME GLOVES ON. I’m not one to complain in restaurants working in them for years I understand not everything is sanitary but something as simple as that should not have happened, they were also very unwelcoming.

I got a to go bowl for my girlfriend and I. I ordered steak and chicken and her just the chicken. The steak was terrible and I couldn't eat the food I also got sick and had intestinal issues after eating lunch later I asked my girlfriend about hers and she only ate a few bites. I eat here a lot and was very disappointed in the freshness of the food also the service is lacking lately. The one in Gainesville is always good and never once had a problem. Management needs to step up their game because I am close to not eating there anymore.

Went to this one about 2 weeks ago. Customer service was terrible. The guy making the burritos didn't listen to the customers in front of us when they asked for light sour cream and cheese, he just plopped the normal portion on. He drowned my husband's tacos in salsa after my husband had asked for light salsa. Avoid this location at all costs! The employees look miserable and are not friendly.

It may look like this is half eaten, but I just opened this . I was pretty excited about the new keto bowl . I placed my order through deliver and this is what I got . After calling and speaking to the Manager on duty (Alex) , no resolution was offered. This bowl does not look like it is portrayed on the menu. There is only chicken cheese and guacamole and a spoon full of cauliflower rice . I would love for Chipotle to make this right, this meal is hardly enough food for a 7year old and definitely not work 13 dollars .

I had my first visit to this location after a long day on the road. And overall, it was pretty good. It was late on a Sunday, so I was not sure if they would be "out" of anything. But everything was available. I got a steak burrito and it was good. I would echo what some have said about skimping. I think that is the instinct for them but I just asked for more of a few things (beans, lettuce, cheese) after receiving very little and they added with no problem. I would definitely come back if I am in the area.

Love this place from the plates of food, the employees to the location. Everything's top notch and very well done. Always fast and polite service from the friendly employees and good hot food! On youngerman circle east it's located near all the hotels nearby. With other restaurants nearby it stands out as the best food in the area (in my opinion at least). I personally love rice and they haven't ever let me down with the quality of their food from the steak to the corn it's always been a fantasy of flavor!

Had an online order to pick up. Came in and said the name of my order. They told it is preparing. In same time people were standing in line and placing orders. I waited more. People who ordered received their food. New people came to the store and started ordering. I was like “where’s my order”. Asked again. Same answer “it’s been prepared right now. But another line gone and still no my order. Same thing happened to me two times at this location. People who work there are lying and rude. Lazy ghetto.

The girl was taking forever with the people in front of us. Flirting the whole time. Finally when she payed attention to us, I asked for a bowl with shredded beef. There was none left. Instead of asking for more meat to be cooked or to see if she could grab some from the mobile order side she promptly tilted the tub of remaining meat( which were little strands) and poured juice and everything on my bowl. I’m very disappointed. She looked too young to know what to do. Worse experience ever.

We eat here all the time and the food is great. I know this is supposed to be the progressive hipster place and all. The tattooed and pierced employees are fine but today the employee preparing our food turned around and his pants were hanging down to his knees. Not sure if those were shorts or his underwear (I tried not to look too close) but is this ok for a food server!? He was wearing an apron so I'm guessing that thin material was the only thing separating his junk from my burrito.

Definitely the strangest location I've been to. First noticed that they don't clean the counter while making food. Just a mess and they dragged containers and burrito wrappers through it. Also the employees are a bit strange. They give a cold stare at you while making your food. They do this to everyone. It's like they hate their job or something. Most likely will not be going back. Plenty of other locations in town.

I ordered the chorizo boorito which was amazing. My kids God the same and a boorito bowl. Things that need improvements: I have to constantly yell my order to the burrito experts because the music speakers are above the ordering line. 2nd the walls need some paint or rust removal. 3rd what boorito place does not have a salsa bar! Thanks for the fast service & hard working men and women. Side note 2 people where covered in aluminum for Halloween which was awesome.

Was too loud and way too fast. I hadn't been to a chipotle since about 2014, so taking a couple seconds on a decision was too long for the team members, and even though I asked the first person multiple times about the quesadilla kids meals, they didn't get added so I had to go elsewhere to feed my kids. You can never go wrong with Chipotle. I decided to try the cauliflower rice and it was really good. I will get it again. My only complaint is the 2 cooks in the back. They were to busy dancing and joking we waited 30 minutes to order our food with only 2 separate people ahead of us because they were waiting on food to get cooked, my chicken and my husbands steak was overcooked and dry. The 2 people on the line were working hard and very professional.

Horrible. Its dirty. They dont clean their station. I can’t have dairy & when i looked at the guacamole- its was mixed with the cheese which was already too late when she added it on my food. They forgot parts of my daughter’s kid’s meal. (The fruit and drink) I noticed when I got home & was not worth going back. I got sick from the food & couldn’t even eat it. Be careful with this place.

Food tasted good but very skimpy portions. We usually eat at the one on San Jose and they will fill the bowl with rice. The customers in front of us left because of the lack of rice. When the gentleman who was dishing it out said something to one of the other employees, she said to charge them for two bowls if they want extra rice. So like an extra $7-8 bucks for something that cost them a dollar or two? Seems a little... excessive.

My personal taste is i do not like this place. Not all the servers enjoy their job and treat it like a school lunch line or prison lunch lines, just dumping slops. They are inconsistent in how much they put per bowl. It was like watching them make bowls for the 3 bears, papa bowl, mama bowl, and baby bowl but the price did not change. The food is not horrible just not what I expect from "mexican" food and it's just not for me.

Terrible Customer Service! My order was not filled incorrectly before it arrived at my door! I paid $18 and the manager Jessica REFUSED to correct the situation. Food is always good but the service has gone way down to the point I will drive out of my way to the one in riverside. The rudest people on the line and cashier who basically just throws your food in a bag and rolls their eyes if you ask for anything. Like I said, love chipotle and will continue eating there, just avoid this one unless you like being shortchanged on food and having eyes rolled at you from behind the counter.

Okay…. I love this location but the quality has gone downhill and I can tell by the taste. I’m highly disappointed The peppers didn’t seem like they had any flavor and tasted like soap and my pico de gayo tasted funny I couldn’t even finish it because I was so disappointed. The counters were full of wasted food. The young man making orders was not pleasant. The Queso cheese tastes spoiled. The quesida wrap tatsted burnt. I was asked to make my order online when there were only one other person in the store. The manager made my order and it was still terrible. This Chipotle has been very good to me over the years. I'd say it was safe to say I've eaten here over 30 times in the last 5 years. I cannot recall them ever getting my orders wrong. They are always pretty quick despite what is usually a pretty packed restaurant. The restaurant is very clean always. This is a crowned gem of the Chipotle brand. Their people are friendly, their service is fast. I love this Chipotle!

AHHHH!! the cauliflower rice is amazing!! Thank you thank you. Fyi ordering ahead doesn't always get you a head of the line. When I ordered there was a line for the pick up and the regular line was free Update- (5/2022) service is still good. Got through the line quickly but my purpose for going was chips and guac. Love chips and guac! Only to be disappointed with stale chips. Almost to the point of not edible.

Ordered a chicken bowl online since we can’t go in due to the pandemic. Bowl only half way full and I literally had 5 pieces of chicken in my bowl and the white rice was hard. I knew I was taking a chance ordering online but decided to anyway. Tried to call back and leave a complaint with the manager but the phone was busy every time I called. Won’t be going back...should’ve cooked at home like I’ve been doing.

Fleming Island Fl location. Staff was not knowledgeable regarding the menu nor how to ring up the order (probably overpaid) Ordered a salad bowl that was mostly lettuce root. Ordered 4 different burritos and they were not marked accordingly. Had to cut them all open to figure out which was which. Rice was undercooked and crunchy. Chicken had more gristle than meat. Not a good first chipotle experience.

This location is clean & the food is delicious. The employees are very polite & will add more if you ask. Extra meat is about $3 more. However, it is worth it. I always order the steak bowl. For two people you will spend about $18 (includes small drink no chips & no gucac). Parking can be tricky but there is parking in the back section. One of our favorite places when we are in the mood for Mexican.

First time I've ever been there. Food was great my girlfriend and I ate here and will be going back. Food was fresh and tasty. And the sweet tea was perfect. Would buy it by the gallon. Met the manager and he was serving . a manager that worked with his people. Fantastic time and good price 2 people for 21 bucks . I am 406 pounds I can eat , I left full . I can only account for my first visit here a few weeks ago, but it was amazing! I ordered online on my way over, picked it up inside, not even 10 minutes later. We are more a Tijuana Flats family, but may have changed our minds because the food was absolutely delicious! We're extra happy as we came here for a fundraiser night...have to love a place that helps out the local community!

As a gluten free eater, due to medical issues, I appreciate that they changed the spoons to scoop my food out, although I think if there was any cross contamination it would still be left over from the spoons that were sitting in there. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. The music was a little loud, and I had a hard time hearing them ask me what I wanted. Food was yummy!

Today is May 18th its been two days so May 17th included I have been here when it was suppose to open at 10:45am and they didn’t even acknowledge me or the other customers standing outside waiting for 15- 20 while they are still stocking and preparing the restaurant. This is the most consistent Chipotle i've ever been to. At least on mondays the staff always loads up the burritos and always folds the burrito well. Most other Chipotles have their ups and downs, but this place is consistently putting out 10/10 burritos. Absolute perfection im telling you. Come to this place on mondays around 12:00 you won't leave hungry or disappointed.

Great product but their crew member who does the online orders cannot follow simple instructions. I have NEVER gotten an order that was accurate or even close to be correct. Ordered 3 meals on my last/final visit to this Chipotle and 2 out of the 3 were wrong and we couldnt eat them. Wont bother returning as this is just the hiring of complete incompetent staff.

Near the drill machine a strong sour smelled. Manager advised he would have them clean throughly that night. I believe it was also the trash that needed to be e.mptied as well.

Wiw! I was looking for super healthy, super delicious food and found it all at Chipotle Mexican Grill. They have this awesome Organic Lemonade - I got 2, one for now and one fir later. .. My first visit to Chipotle in ages, I will be back soon. Got a steak salad with lots of healthy goodies in it. The steak was tasty & fresh & plentiful.

Burrito s are a bit cold because the rice and beans are just nearly warm, and they put cold stuff on top. Flavor is ok, but there are better options. Service is bare minimum, staff is more interested in what "Sara is doing tomorrow after school" than keeping condiments stocked. It's the OK'est place around. At least it was pretty clean.

This is by far the BEST Chipotle I've ever eaten at in my entire life. I eat a lot of bean burritos being mostly vegetarian and this Chipotle blows every other one out of the water. You can really taste fresh guac and the lime in the rice. Thank you for putting effort into making everything taste so good. You can really notice!

I don't why they still have 4.0 aggregate rating. I would give only 2 stars. Reason being - a) not fresh food. Guacamole was literally grey or dark since it was not fresh. Leaves were dry and not fresh. b) Drinks were out of order c) Facility was unclean d) Customer service was pathetic too. Never coming back to this Chipotle!

I wish the would source animals with a G.A.P. 4 or higher animal welfare rating and that they would source from lovestock that is eating a completely natural Non-GMO diet and more than just some of their drinks were organic.. Realize the local restaurants are not able to make changes like that though. Service was good though.

Great store. I had the Carne Asada tacos. It is way better than any of their other tacos and worth the extra dollar. Get some guacamole on the side instead of on the tacos. Make sure you use the app. You get a fee entree after so many points. You also get random rewards like fee guacamole.

They said they were out of guacamole, which is one of the main ingredients we enjoy. Turns out they really had it we just had to order it on the app, and it took 30 mins to get it. I also wish they didn't put jalapenos in the veggies. We'd really like the veggies without the spicy.

Great ladies who waited on me and were very quick with the service. Food was so good. I always get a veggie bowl. Look at my picture so much lettuce you can't even see the bowl ❤❤. My daughter got some chips and queso and the chips were so good(love lime and salt chips).
