I should have known by the lightness of my bag that something was missing from my order. Sure enough when I got home there weren’t any fries with my burger. I phoned up, was apologized to and the fries were delivered to my door less than 15 minutes later. Good customer service. Next time I’ll check what is or isn’t in my bag!

The grilled chicken and vegetables I ordered were a little dry. They seem to have a few menu items that the Amsterdam avenue location doesn't have. This is my first time trying this location so I won't hold it against them. I'll give them one or two more chances. Overall the food was decent but there's room for improvement.

I order from Chirping Chicken at least once a week. They have a ton of great options, but I personally enjoy the charbroiled dark meat chicken meal. DO NOT wast you time or money here. I ordered buffalo wings and they served me plain fried chicken. I asked if they mixed up my order and the server said “they’re already spicy, it doesn’t come with sauce” so okay, I bit into one and tried it. All I tasted was salt. 0 stars.
