Our expectations were too high seeing the review of this place. We were looking for a restaurant that would provide Authentic Punjabi dishes and that would taste something close to what we get in Punjab. Definitely the style and ambience was of a Punjabi dhaba and hats off to the service staff. Great service staff, well behaved and lovely. The only disappointment and the reason of 3stars was food quality. Looking at the reviews we expected something different and that's why we traveled so far to get here, waited approx for 45 mins which I see now as worthless. The food was too bland, chicken was boiled. kullhar Lassi was Okay Okay. Like good but i have had much better at the same price point so can't say much about it. Disappointed in terms of food taste and quality. Not good!

I recently visited Chulha Chauki Da Dhaba, and it was an absolute delight! From the warm hospitality to the mouthwatering dishes, this restaurant exceeded my expectations. What impressed me equally was the reasonable pricing. I ordered 2 Aloo Parathas, 1 Pepper Chicken Dry, and 2 Masala Beverages, and the total came to Rs.750. The quality and taste of the food more than justified the cost, making it a great value for the overall experience. The ambiance was cozy, and the staff was exceptionally kind and humble. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction stood out throughout my visit. The ambience is suffocating, low roof, no AC (in the name of dhaba?) their other branches have it. Over and above this, the food is not even worth eating. They have a lot of “accolades” to display on their entrance but wish they learn how to make decent food after making people wait for 50 minutes we went the there in off time around 12.30 pm thinking of less crowd with faster service but useless. Went in with high expectations but turned out to be a hype for no reason. There are a lot of better Punjabi restaurants in Bangalore than this. Ordered Tandoori Ckn, Punjabi Paneer, Patiala ckn but all tasteless nothing like punjabi blend. Their food quality degraded with time because their original cheff team left and the local cook is inside kitchen. Truly disappointed.

It's one of the North Indian and Punjabi based dhaba. The food was good here. The ambience is decent and service is good. The problem is waiting time anytime you go it will be crowded and we have to wait minimum 20-30 mins also they don't take online reservation too. It will be more crowded on weekends plan accordingly. I had been to this place couple of times tried multiple items here it was good. Sharing only pics which I took it from my friend.

Pretty average overhyped place. Easily skipable. They’ve tried to create a dhaba like theme by the furniture and utensils but the food menu is not coherent to that. Food is pretty average and less in quantity. The place is quite expensive and does not provide that in any of the aspects. The waiter created an environment that we have to leave as soon as we finish eating because there was a queue outside. Overall why are we paying so much for such an underwhelming experience?

Great place which serves authentic north India food in Bangalore. Food , service and atmosphere were great. Cozy restaurant, interiors gives dhaba feels. Food options are limited and completely dhaba style menu. Waiting time was around 20mins. And spacious waiting area. Limited vegetarian options. Food served was delightful. Free street parking for 2 wheelers and limited parking space for 4 wheelers. Friendly staff and well Hygine maintained. Due to the busy hours couldn't enjoy the meal peacefully.

Very nice Punjabi style food (veg and non veg) with different levels of spiciness. Quantity is also really good. Since it was at peak hour of weekend, we had to wait for approx 30 mins. Both buttermilk and sweet lassi is worth mentioning.

Pro’s - service is quick,, food is served fresh no doubt about it and with professional service. Con’s - huge waiting times, it took 45’mins wait on a Sunday evening and then the food taste was very average. And by the time our food turn came in, Biriyani got exhausted. Didn’t expect this kind of taste and service from such a hyped Restaurent. Very less quantity served for all items. Ambiance is ok ok since they have seating bamboo stools that won’t offer any back support. Prices are similar to any good classy restaurant.

Best place for dhaba style North Indian food. Personal favorite for over a decade now. Their Desi ghee phulkas are a must have.. Highly recommended!!

The ambience is okayish. It's good for families and friends. The service was really good, they're really attentive and polite. The food was good. We had the butter milk and lassi in drink and they were both the highlights.

The first time I visited JP Nagar - Chulha Chauki Da Dhaba, I liked their Food & especially sweet lassi, But I'm not satisfied with the quantity. Also for Table reserving we waited more than 30 minutes. Valet Parking is available.

The restaurant does serve North Indian delicacy. The auroma to the food is mouth watering. The fiid was well cooked and served. It gets crowded post 8.30pm. Recommended for the North Indian cuisine lovers.

ಮೊದಲೆಲ್ಲ ಉತ್ತಮ, ರುಚಿಕರವಾದ ಆಹಾರಗಳಿಗೆ ಫೇಮಸ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದ ಚುಲ್ಹಾ ಚೌಕಿಜಾ ಡಾಬಾ ಈಗ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಬಹುತೇಕ ಹೆಸರಿನ ಮೇಲಷ್ಟೆ. ಮೊದಲಿನ ರುಚಿ ಈಗಲ್ಲ. ಆದರು ಜನ ಏನು ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಯಾವಾಗ ಹೋದರು waiting guaranteed!! ಇದು ಶುರುವಾದಾಗ ಇಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದವರಿಗೆ ಮೊದಲಿಗು, ಈಗಿಗು ಇರುವ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ಗೊತ್ತಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಹೋಗುವವರಿಗೆ ಈಗ ಕೊಡುವುದೇ ಉತ್ತಮ ಟೇಸ್ಟ್ ಏನೋ ಎಂದೆನಿಸಬಹುದು. ಇನ್ನು ಅಲ್ಲಿನ waiting period ಗೆ ಹೆದರಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕು online order ಮಾಡಬೇಡಿ.
