Simply the best!!! I cannot recommend Ciao highly enough!! The most amazing moving experience I've EVER HAD! These movers are incredible, highly professional, organized, and caring. Moving is difficult, but I'm so happy I had this company on my side for the experience. After having a few moving experiences with movers who I felt didn't meet my high standards or do their best to do an expeditious job, Ciao certainly provided a high-quality experience all around. Jorge assessed my moving needs and provided me a detailed list to fill out so the movers would know exactly what to expect and how to handle my move. His quick communication and warmth over e-mail already made me feel very taken care of. I also needed some disposal needs for a few pieces of mine that weren't going to fit in my new apartment and Ciao handled that for me as well. After setting all the details with Jorge beforehand, on the day of my move Yasser, Jonathan, and Claude arrived at exactly the perfect time and got to work. They all worked quickly and as a team and this clearly wasn't their first rodeo. All were skilled packers and knew exactly what to do from the start. Yasser assured me they had everything under control, which was so lovely, as I tend to get anxious with moving, as I have a lot of special pieces of furniture. He told me to sit back and relax because they had it all handled! Yasser even noticed that my furniture was high-quality vintage pieces and he made me feel so thrilled that he made a point to mention it to me, because he understood how much they meant to me! This kind of attention to detail is why Ciao is different than other moving services I've had previously and I loved it. I also had a lovely chat with Jonathan while helping him have access to the freight elevator during our many trips and he was so lovely. All around these guys really made my move a wonderful one! My wife and I chose Ciao moving because they had the highest reviews of the vendors on the building approved list. We were still skeptical as we have had bad experiences with moving companies in the past, but Yasser and his crew was absolutely fantastic!! I can’t say enough about how great they were to work with and how carefully they handled all of our valuables. They were all very professional and handled our stuff better than we ever would. Everything was well wrapped in blankets that needed to be. Just amazing! They worked very fast and communication effectively on the timing of when they would be finished. Nothing was damaged, which never happened in all of our moves. Jorge (sales manager) was also fantastic to deal with and he gave us a great price. There were no surprises with hidden costs. Ciao moving is awesome! I am so glad i chose them for my move. They went above and beyond to make my move as smooth as possible. They were respectful of my property, extra careful with my belongings (not a single nick or scratch after the move on anything), trustworthy, and are just genuinely great guys. They know what they are doing and are experts and you can sit back and relax knowing you are in good hands. Ciao has a fixed rate for moving unlike other companies. Sometimes their quote is a little higher than the companies who provide a service per hour, but it is a much better deal in the end. My move took 2 days when the other companies had quoted just 7 hours. I would have paid much more in extra charges if i had chosen someone else. My advice to anyone moving is to keep this in mind as not only is it a fixed price but they do not rush. I would recommend them in an instant and use them again if i ever need to. Thank you Ciao!!

Experience was top notch from start to finish. I moved from Miami to Austin and used Ciao for packing, storage and interstate transportation of my belongings. Yasser helped get everything set up and scheduled from the beginning. He answered all of my questions and was patient with all of my questions. On moving day, Jorge and his crew absolutely blew me away! They were the most efficient movers I have ever moved with (and I have moved quite a bit). They took all of the time to carefully pack, wrap, and count all of our items to ensure nothing was missed. Jorge finished the day with a detailed recap of the service in regards to the interstate move that was going to follow. The movers that delivered my items to my new house in Austin were fantastic as well, and were done unloading in just a couple hours. This is my second time using Ciao moving and storage and I am once again impressed. I regret not reviewing the first time as I would highly recommend and will be using for my future moves. This time, I had to move out of my place quickly and also have a very special, very heavy antique I was concerned about. They got me a quote and reserved my date the same day. When I changed destinations on them last minute, they responded immediately letting me know there was no cause for concern. These guys are quick, professional and organized. They secured everything with additional tape, blankets, and boxes where required to ensure safe transport. The antique was the last thing in and the first thing out of the truck and the crew handled with the extra care I needed to feel comfortable. Absolutely blown away by the level of customer service & efficiency of this team. From my first phone call to the very last box shipped, everything was flawless. Not only did I feel like my stuff was taken care of, but the team somehow packed up my 4-bedroom, 2-story house in 5 hours. This includes arriving on site, packing up, driving 30 mins to the Public Storage, then unloading everything in the unit. I’m looking for a new home and will definitely use them again when the time comes to relocate. Yasser — the four gentlemen that packed/moved my stuff today (5/30/22) were all incredible. Do whatever you can to keep them and give them all the recognition they deserve! 10/10 all around.

Ciao Moving was professional from quote time to end time! Jorge was pleasant and provided all the details to ensure a smooth move. They emailed everything in writing to make sure no mix-ups day of move. Yassir and Jonathan were great movers! They called ahead the day of and arrived on time. The were able to complete a move within 100 miles from the old address, assemble and disassemble all within 6 hours! They kept their masks on in observance of COVID-19 and checked with us for any questions regarding our boxes. They obeyed parking rules in the communities and cleaned up after every furniture item was set-up. I will definitely work with them again should we need to move!

This team is absolutely amazing, from Yasser all the way down to our amazing on site team. They were so professional, used their masks in the 1000000 degree heat and made sure all of our property was safe and secure. On another note, our 3 year old daughter spent the entire day "supervising" them and making sure they put everything where SHE wanted it to be. They were so patient with her and just overall the sweetest!!! She still talks about "the peoples" almost 3 weeks after the move. Thank you all so very much!! Would 10000000% recommend.

I was recommended to use Chao by a co-worker and I’m so glad I listened! They were professional and on top of every part of the moving process. 72 hours before my scheduled move (which has been scheduled for weeks), Ciao Moving cancelled my move because of what they claim to be department of transportation changing licensing so they are currently not able to do interstate moves until paperwork is filled out. How can every other Miami moving company be aware of these changes and able to do interstate moves? Save your time and use any other moving company. Pro Movers Miami was able to get me booked within 30 minutes.

I spoke to Jorge on the phone and he made the process so easy and even helped me way past their closing time! This shows me that they truly value their customers. The day of the move went seamlessly. Most movers charge by the hour and work very slow. These guys go 100MPH from start to finish and they take very good care of your furniture.
