Lieve dame en goed gelakt, ik vind het altijd wel lastig als communicatie niet duidelijk is en ik idee heb dat ik extra moet betalen als ik er eenmaal ben. Zo stond er in reservering niks over mond masker en had ik deze wel nodig. Deze konden ze tegen kleine prijs aan me geven. Verder staat er als uitleg bij verwijderen van gellac de volgende uitleg op de website: Wij verwijderen kosteloos de lak die bij ons in de salon is aangebracht. In combinatie met een gellak treatment is deze behandeling gratis. Omdat ik gewend ben dat dit vaak een service is, sta ik ervan te kijken dat ik hier 2x €7,50 voor moet betalen. Ik lees hem namelijk als: of bij ons aangebracht of onderdeel van nieuwe treatment. Hier is een misverstand over, er zijn verschillende manieren om hierop te reageren, de manier waarop het nu ging voelde niet als klant vriendelijk en samen tot oplossing komen. Uiteindelijk bij betalen wordt het mondkapje niet gerekend en betaal ik 1x €7,50. Het had qua communicatie wel echt anders gekund.

My second time going for a shellac manicure and I can not rave about this incredible salon enough. I've been getting my nails done for years at various salons, and they usually chip and lift quickly, but not with this salon. My nails LAST and look great for a long time! Their quality of work is everything, and they're always up to try whatever nail art idea I have. I get so many compliments on my nails! Being well priced and their friendly staff is just the cherry on top. Adore this salon so much and so happy I found them!

Beyond thrilled with the quality of service and the results! Ginger is amazing, and clearly takes pride in her work, delivering good service, and ensuring her clients get exactly what they want. Unlike most other salons I've been to, Cindarellas doesn't rush through the services— Ginger took her time and made me feel like I was the only client she had. Will definitely come back!

I really enjoyed the luxurious pedicure at Cinderella's beauty salon. The staff was helpful, considerate and made me feel very comfortable during the 1,5 hr treatment, despite my feet being very ticklish! Due to COVID additional measures were taken to maintain excellent hygiene in the salon. I will definitely be back!

De service was heel goed vandaag. Ik kreeg koffie of thee aangeboden en de dame die mij heeft geholpen heeft mijn tenen mooi gelakt. Ik ben heel tevreden er mee. De eigenaar is een hele lieve dame die kwam kijken of alles goed ging of alles naar wens was.

Een heel fijn en knus salonnetje waar je goed verzorgd word tot in de puntjes. Ik heb mijn voeten laten doen en ze voelen weer heerlijk zacht. Ze heeft echt passie voor haar specialiteiten en doet het met zorg en aandacht. Ik ga zeker terug komen!

Ik ben er gisteren langs geweest,weer een fijn ontvangst en behandeling. Gastvrij,klantvriendelijk en boven al netjes. Leuke dames zijn altijd in voor een praatje. Nu na mijn tweede bezoek moest ik een review achterlaten.

Oprecht de beste nagelsalon in Amsterdam. Manicure, pedicure en gellak zijn met liefde en zorg uitgevoerd. Zelf nu 1,5 maand later zien mijn handen en voeten er nog mooi uit! De eigenaresse is erg zorgvuldig en gezellig.

I come here often, because the employees are really kind and nice. The last time Kiki helped me with the manicure/pedicure and it looks very nice! I would definitely recommend this place.
