"TO THE CLEANING STAFF WHO HAVE MOST CERTAINLY FOUND MY MISSING WALLET, I WOULD LIKE IT RETURNED!!! Sunday night I was in the 7:30pm show, my bf and I were the last people to leave the theatre, when we got home we realized we left our wallet behind"
The manager threatened to call the police on me, my autistic teen, my best friend and my non-verbal autistic godson. My son and I were waiting in the lobby for my best friend and godson in the bathroom right after a Sunday night movie ended at 10:35. I was sitting at a table quietly typing on my phone and my son was sitting beside me not saying anything. Just sitting quietly. So I learned that the theater closed at the exact time the movie ended. The non-verbal teen always takes at least an hour to use the public bathroom on every outing. We can't force him to go faster or avoid the bathroom because he could literally soil his pants. So I was waiting for them in the lobby and had no idea the theater was closed. It was about 10:45 when the manager came up to us and barked to us get out because they were closed. Yet, a movie had started at 10 pm and people were still inside watching that movie. Naturally shocked, I explained why I was waiting and that my friend doesn't have a cell phone and I was her ride and to throw us out would result in unnecessary confusion for her and her son trying to find us in the parking lot. He got very agitated during our five minute conversation, he was shaking, he threatened to call the police on me and my son (who can barely talk) and I had to tell him to calm down numerous times. I have never experienced anything like that from a customer service perspective in 42 years. It was completely out of the blue, and absolutely shocking and unnecessary. More to come...
I want to give a shout out to the manager and staff that were working on the evening of Tues May 17,22. I came with 4 kids (my son and 3 of his friends) and admittedly we had a complicated order. The guy serving us was training and he was doing a great job. I had some vouchers emailed to me a few weeks ago from Guest services for a refund that I haven’t received from Cineplex. I’m actually still waiting for the refund after about 7 weeks. Anyway I was emailed vouchers for 3 general admissions and 3 regular size popcorns for the inconvenience (I’ve had to call every 3 weeks or so to follow up) So here I am with 4 kids in tow trying to redeem my vouchers but some kind of issue was coming up where the vouchers were not applicable or something like that and the trainee had to call over the manager. Honestly at that point I was mortified, these tickets are legit and I’m relying on them to take these kids out for a fun night. The manager then comes over and can’t seem to figure out the problem either… but she didn’t hesitate to override the problem and honour my coupons. She really made the situation not seem so awful and I really appreciate her for that. All of the staff were helpful and at no time did I feel like they were annoyed or impatient. It could have been a really expensive night for me if she had decided not to help. Shame on cineplex guest services though. Not only have they not send me my long overdue refund they also send me defective tickets.
Hands down the worst experience I have ever had for a movie. Just came out of a 2 hour movie where there were a group of friends who did not shut up for the whole duration of the movie. They also threw food and popcorn at one another while hitting me constantly. I and others talked to them, still nothing, and they kept the circus going. Even some people came outside to get the manager and security after 20 mins of the movie, then the security comes in and all he does is "warn them". And that was it, he never came again to check or do anything except in the last 5 mins of the movie when they already left. DO NOT GO THERE, there is ZERO customer service, the manager does not do anything except standing still. I talked to her after the movie and all she did was listen without giving proper feedback or compensation to me, her and the security never took action despite multiple complaints from other people early in the movie. I wasted my money, day and time for the WORST CINEMA EXPERIENCE ever
I wanted to rate the 4dx experience here. I had never done 4dx and decided to see Super Mario Brothers movie there. Well, honestly, it was a little disappointing. Yes, the chairs move and vibrate to the action, but this gets a little excessive when every little thing on screen moves your chair. It really does not add to the movie and made it impossible to just relax and enjoy the movie. There were a few strobe flashes that were behind us.. we were about 1/2 way back. There were also a couple of smells but no smoke or rain or any of the other things 4dx is supposed to add. Either they were broken or just not used. For $25, it's definitely not worth it. Save the rides for the amusement park. The theatre was clean. The screen was a decent size. The sound was good. I'm just not impressed with 4dx. Will not be trying it again. I do recommend everyone try it once as some people loved it. But if I'm gonna be on a ride during a movie, I want a lot more going on.
TO THE CLEANING STAFF WHO HAVE MOST CERTAINLY FOUND MY MISSING WALLET, I WOULD LIKE IT RETURNED!!! Sunday night I was in the 7:30pm show, my bf and I were the last people to leave the theatre, when we got home we realized we left our wallet behind. After calling literally 70 times this morning, we decided to show up, before opening and search the theatre ourselves. The manager, who showed absolutely no sympathy, was of no help, and we know the wallet is in the hands of whoever cleaned the theatre the night before. This is unacceptable. We are losing $300 in cash, ID, Cards and my great grandfather family heirloom that can 100% not be replaced. No, it's not your fault I left it behind, but it is your duty to return the items found in your theatre! Be ashamed of yourself for literally stealing my kids Christmas money. If you know or have seen someone collect my belongings, please do the right thing and return it.
Had trouble using my Great Escape gift certificate at the self serve kiosk. There were no seats together so we had to select a different movie. The machine would not let us. Could not find anyone to assist. NO signage where to go to seek help. Went to the concession, was directed to the ticket check podium who advised i had to go back to the concession stand. After explaining the issue again to another employee, the manager dismissed that employee (who was the first who actually tried to help me) to return to their line, leaving me to repeat my issue for the 4th time. No apology. I suffered an eye stroke leaving me with loss of sight in my one eye. We left. No apology. Even after I explained the situation and that I had a visual impairment. I further expressed that in my opinion there should be staff trained and available to assist the self serve checkin stations. We were there 67 minutes early.
Honestly, what has happened to this place? We love going to the movies. But I'm waiting for the movie to start in a dirty theatre, not even able to use the seats we purchased do to a janitorial sign, eating cold stale popcorn and pop thst has come from a machine where the mix is off (badly off). And it cost a hundred dollars for this awful experience. Oh, and my points are worth a fraction of what they once were. Update. We were in Cinema 9. There was a large stain to the centre left of the screen. We were watching a 3D movie, when my wife took my youngest to the washroom near the end an employee made them give up their glasses, so when they returned they needed to watch the end of the movie without their 3D glasses. Seriously, what has happened to this place, it's like they don't even care. Actually, that is what has happened. They don't.
No complaints other than the prices at the concession stand (-1 star). The washrooms and theatres are clean, and there's an arcade area. Bought a ticket using Scene points and cashed in on a BOGO offer, so two $19 tickets only cost a couple of bucks :). Tickets were $19 each because it was a 4DX movie (Bullet Train). These seats are really nice--extra wide and quite comfortable, although no time really to think about comfort when you're being tossed around like a rag doll from the special effects! LOL It was quite a fun experience and better than the other motion seats that you can adjust for intensity. If you like that immersive experience while watching an action film, this is a great way to get it. In some parts of the film, you can even feel a slight breeze when things were either moving really fast or it was outside).
Not a great experience last night! We have frequented this theatre quite regularly. At last night’s movie (Black Adam) there were a group of kids behind us talking through the whole movie (after asking them to be quiet multiple times we gave up believing it would caused further ruckus to get up and leave) only to learn from management that because we stayed through the whole movie, there is no chance at refund(?). No apology. No, ‘here’s a gift card’. Then to find these same group of kids literally running through the parking lot, almost causing series’ of accidents in the parking lot, and hearing they can do nothing about it (call a landlord?). Very poor management strategy! Crowd control sorely lacking. No accountability for their services. Poor service all together. Very disappointing!!
This place isn’t “the worst”. It’s pretty clean, and overall just a pretty good place to go to see a movie. The prices, however, are terrible. I ended up paying $50 just for TWO people’s food. When you’re getting popcorn, the staff ask you if you would like to have it regular or layered. You may think, “Oh the butter is free when you put it on the popcorn yourself, no matter how much you use, so why would it cost extra just to get it layered?”, well apparently it costs $2.50 extra just to get butter layered on your popcorn… seriously? But the cost isn’t really what bothered me. What bothered me the most is that the staff don’t even inform you about the extra charge, so in the end it costed me $5 extra to get butter, that is free at the butter “station”, layered on my popcorn.
I've been here with my brother and his friends. We enjoyed the movies, that we went to see. We never had a problem getting our seats, that we chose to sit. Before the movie started, we bought snacks and a drink. They do have a play area with video games for everyone. I went to see a 3D movie called Avatar, their seats we sat on moved around and vibrated like we were flying in a spaceship, swimming underwater. I did enjoyed the experience. The 3D glasses for adults and children were at the entrance going into the theatre. After the movie was over, we put our garbage and the 3D glasses in their bins on our way out. They do have restrooms with Wheelchair Accessible Entrances. We parked in their free parking lot with Wheelchair Accessible Parking Lots and Entrances.
We arrived at 2:20, when our movie was set to start. We go to buy popcorn and it was 51$! For two people! They had trouble splitting the bill but The movie always starts 15 minutes after the movie time so we were good and staff were incredibly friendly. we also got the Dbox seats, which cost rounded up 30 dollars per person since we got them online. Let me tell you they were not worth the 30, And our popcorn was incredibly salty that er couldn’t eat it. The staff were nice enough to give us a refund on the popcorn though. We also got ice cream which is incredibly cheap so don’t waste your money on the 50$ popcorn and drinks instead get ice cream for like 5$ with your toppings
what is happening with your corporation???!☹️ no associate to be found in your theaters to get some information about the movies you play..like what is 4DX movies..or can we still buy the tickets for a movie that started 10 minutes ago?!.....instead...the only humans to greet us in your movie theater are 2 security guards and 2 police officers.....What the heck is going on with your company's image?!.....it is like entering a penitentiary and not a place of entertainment....shame on your company and shame on all of us for the disgusting society we all create here.....
Went to see Smile today 4:40pm and “the worst” experience. There was 10 teenagers that were yelling and screaming, throwing popcorn at people, shouting profanity, flashing their cell phone flash lights and watching TikTok’s while the movie was playing. They were asked nicely and not nicely to keep it down from 3 different people. Of course they didn’t listen. My husband complained and the manager rolled her eyes and said there was only 20 minutes left. So she got an usher to say something to the teenagers but it did nothing. This ruined our night. Horrible experience!
Had a great night out with my son. We were fortunate enough to experience Nightmare Before Christmas for the 30th anniversary in 4DX. The seats shifted and moved like an amusement park ride. There was wind on us at all the right moments, the auditorium filled with fog as it did on the screen and the flashing lights for the electrical scenes added a life like feel and little jump scares for my son. The service at the concession stand was prompt and friendly as well as the ticket check employee. Wonderful theater. Would recommend and will return.
I’d rate this 0 if I could. Came in and the self check ins were not working. Some bald short manger said he would come over and help. He came over and I showed him what was happening. He said yup tech error and proceeded to walk away. Did not even help me get my tickets or anything. So I wandered to the concession stand and asked about getting tickets there. Next time I’m just going to the concession stand. Customer service 0/10 what’s the point of having mangers if they can’t do customer service to help customers. What a pathetic place.
Debit service went offline went kaput as I paid. They asked me to pay at a different kiosk before even checking if it went through. I expressed my concern that I didn't want to get double-charged and would wait to see, and I was rudely interrupted by a manager telling me "Look there's no reason to get so upset" I apologized immediately if I had given off some sort of tone - guy, that line's reserved for people who are unruly. lol I waited long enough to find out it did go through, and I would have gotten double-charged.
Update June 24th The location was clean and well kept. The staff behind the counter however were quite slow at putting together the orders. We waited in line for a very long time and all registers were open. The location was clean and the staff friendly. The price point for the food is way too high. There is now an online booking fee to get tickets online which is not specific to this location but really effected my mood before even getting to the location. My experience on my last visit was the same as previous
We were watching Five Nights at Freddy’s on November 3, 7:20 show, Auditorium 6…trying to catch the final easter egg where you hear a voice spelling something out…when an employee yelled at everyone to get out there was nothing left for us to watch. Well that wrecked it for many in the audience. As we were leaving, I tried to explain it to her, but she just didn’t care, didn’t apologize. We’ve been to many theatres in many cities, and countries, we’ve never seen an audience treated this badly.
Cineplex Hamilton Mountain, our local multiplex, offers a commendable movie-going experience. It would be even better if they diversified their film selection to cater to a wider audience. Additionally, the long lines for popcorn can be a hassle at times. Adding more types of popcorn would make the movie-snacking experience even better. However, with some added attention to cleanliness and maintenance, particularly the floors, it has the potential to be an excellent neighborhood cinema!
Absolutely horrible experience! Went to Halloween Ends at 4:10pm. The girls in front of us were on their phones, taking pictures and giggling the whole movie. There was 4 teenagers beside us talking loudly, banging on the seats, standing up and making a scene. Not once did someone come in to get them to quiet down or even get off their phones. I spent money of the 4d-box and I honestly feel like it was a waste of money. The teenagers working don’t do anything to help.
The seating is decent, and the sound quality and screens could use some improvement. I find the screens are a bit dark, could be brighter. The theater's cleanliness is acceptable and the staff are very friendly as well. The movie selection and showtimes are satisfactory but it would be nice if they played more Bollywood films. Overall, Cineplex Cinemas Hamilton Mountain provides an average movie-watching experience, with room for improvement in various areas.
I went to see a film at this location and the attendant told me there was no post credit scene. Once I got home I looked it up and found there was a post-credit scene. As someone who used to manage a successful movie theater I understand wanting to clean the auditorium in a more timely manner but I was robbed of a cinematic experience and I will never return. The point of a theater is to create memorable experiences for the guests and that was stolen from me.
So this afternoon my son & nephew were at the show and were concerned with what another patron was VAPING in front of them , which is absolutely not permitted .. I tried to call the cineplex directly but of courseyou can't even speak to anyone on the phone .. So I called customer service and was told that I should tell my son and nephew to move seats instead of trying themselves to get ahold of the theater... This is absolutely not ok .
Haven't come to the movies since the beginning of covid so I was super excited. The prices of everything is just so unfortunate. The popcorn/snacks alone are crazy expensive for mediocre stuff. It's definitely gone down hill the past few years. Don't remember the seats being so uncomfortable before either. The actual theater was not that clean. Really sucks that something I used to enjoy, is now something I'm not gonna miss.
We bought a beer before seeing fast x which is a 2 and a half hour movie. Then decided to see the Mario movie. Manager said we couldn't get any more drinks because they served us once already. No problem, I'll just sneak our stuff in like everyone else also got a refund for Mario cause the manager sucked tonight and couldn't even talk to us face to face and had their employee be the middle man. Grow up.
Absolutely terrible service, rude managers, fake milk shakes. The staff here is very poorly managed. They are clearly trying their best but the managers are not very good at allocating their employees. Rules change depending on what time of day you see your movie. They serve Freal shakes while advertising and forcing customers to pay for real shake prices. Go to Ancaster instead.
It was nice to get back to the theater. No people to get tickets from was a pain. Having to manually enter my scene card on a touch screen for tickets while in a pandemic makes no sense to me. Theater was clean and lines for concession was short but incredibly slow. Plus for my experience was buying from the concession stand and getting a free movie from cineplex store.
I haven't been to the movies for quite a while. I was a bit surprised to see no humans at the box office. The machine had difficulty reading cards and also did not accept punched in Scene number. It really puts me off wanting to go to the movies when it is such an aggravation to just get a ticket. The service at the snack counter was great. The movie was excellent.
This is a great spacious cinema with reclining seats to make watching movies more comfortable as possible. It wasnt too crowded which was also a plus. The prices aren't bad, there are self serve tills that only take card to help speed up the ticket purchasing process. Staff were friendly and even gave us free snack samples when the movie was over which was a plus.
Quality of food is atrocious. I get it, its a movie theater. I'm not expecting the keg but if I get a slice of pizza and its not gonna be pizza pizza then it better not ever be the garbage I was served. The new source for their food is a joke, the smell alone of the silicone cheese had me and my grandma gagging. I couldn't even swallow one bite.
Highly recommend Avatar in 4d. It was an amazing experience. The movie is fantastic. Eat your foods before the movie. It is very hard to try and eat even popcorn with the seat movement and make sure your drink has a secure lid. OMG. Would go do this again. Be prepared to get a sore butt. It is 3 hours long but well worth a sore butt.
Clean, well maintained theatres, well stocked concessions, clean bathrooms, friendly staff, ample parking. This is a great Cineplex location, with lots of movies on display and a good variety of theatres, the IMAX and DBOX are particularly nice. The only downside is the concession prices but those calories are entirely voluntary.
Love taking the kids here for movie night. I would have given more stars if the chairs were more comfortable (like Landmark) also the concession prices are crazy especially since they don't offer refills even with the large size product. The redeeming factor is the arcade that keeps the kids busy while we wait for our movie
The lack of tellers is a problem when your machines don't work properly. We used three different units which all didn't allow us to purchase two tickets...skipped from 1 to 3 upon hitting the + button. Also the card scanner wouldn't read my scene card on my phone. Bring back people if you can't make a functioning machine.
Almost everything was great! We took our granddaughter to see "Mummies" for the March break. During the Preview segment there was a major problem with the sound system that actually scared little children and you could not understand anything on the screen. The situation was so bad it hurt everyone's ears.
Good theatre for watching movies when you're in a pinch, but if the film is playing at a Landmark cinema, you're much better off going there. Everything with Cineplex comes down to nickle and diming. Used to be free refills on large popcorn and drinks, no more, now an online ticketing fee.
I like the option to purchase online. The food lines though at rush hour is crazy. Waited about a half hour to get our snacks. Really liked the hot dog and nacho combo. Popcorn is always good. The seating is pretty comfortable even for the regular admission tickets. All in all, well done.
The place is great but it's so difficult to get tickets unless one is strictly paying by debit or credit AS THERE ARE NO ATTENDENTS JUST MACHINES. I took 3 littles and wanted to use both a gift card and Scene points. Ugh!!! Improve your customer service and get more stars.
We came here to watch Hotel Transylvania 3 and enjoyed it a lot. The staff were helpful and attentive; lots of snacks to choose from and buy although they’re rather pricey. The seats are not that comfortable; especially if you want to sit through a 2-3 hour long movie.
Taylor the cashier she is wonderful. She is always so happy and she’s very helpful especially friendly. She always makes me smile and my experience. I come here once a week and every time I hope she’s working so I can see her. Thank u for hiring such a lovely employee
This is a great theatre to go to on the Hamilton East Mountain. There are lots of restaurants to go to before or after the movie, along with a few stores to check out. The staff are great, and they always seem to get the newest and most innovative tech to try out.
The machines to get my tickets were not working but they were very quick to help get my snacks and tickets, movie theatre clean and comfortable. Teenagers were a little annoying during the movie making inappropriate noises and cell phone lights but what can you do
This movie theatre is massive and has so much to do, eat, and play. The options for different types of movie sounds etc are great. The screens are also really nice and some are rounded for better viewing. Almost feels like the movie is in 3D without glasses on.
I haven't been to this theater in a very long time and I had to say they have done a lot of improvements even on the busiest nights everything seem to be seamless and there was little to no waiting truly one of the better theaters in the city money well spent
We wanted to see Mission Impossible in the regular theater (not in IMAX or 4D). The staff attendant was able to cordially assist us at the machine in getting us our tickets and register us for Scene+ points. The Concession staff were kind in taking our order.
Meh to be honest I prefer landmark as thier seats are way more comfortable and the prices are better and they recline back and more room to walk to you're seats I don't want to go personally here I will go elsewhere or rent it on my Xbox to watch at home.
I was somewhat disappointed that we had to sit in cramped seats....for the price of tickets these days you'd think that the theater would upgrade the seats...the movie was great but I did enjoy people literally stepping in my lap to get past me.
Enjoyed the most recent movie and the interactive seats were great. I do wish that there was some sort or air flow or air conditioning on to keep things a little more comfortable. Be prepared to pay, but the experience is worth a night out.
Always a great experience. The staff is friendly. Seats need renovation, maybe adding recliner chair to make it more comfortable would be great. I know that would raise the price but if someone wants it then they can pay for the same.
Good location on the east mountain.. lots of restaurants around if you want to do a dinner and movie. The staff are very friendly. You can now choose your seats ahead of time online so there is no need to get there really early.
This is one of the better cineplex locations in the area. I will say the seats aren't the most comfortable. But the theater is very clean and staff friendly. The layout is nice as well and there are a number of food options.
The theatre is fine its just the chairs!! So uncomfortable! Literally cant go back unless you put ur foot on the front seat which is not good cause it will make the front seater uncomfortable please fix ur chairs!!! …
The chairs squeeked the whole time every movement you did . Super uncomfortable. That's the only issues besides the exit signs reflection off of the screen sides it looked like a vintage movie or serious red eye
Dirty seats, garbage on the floor and in the cup holders for a 1230 show. What was here before 1230 that it was not clean? Perhaps not cleaned the night before? With the prices they charge it should be cleaner.
We had a fantastic time at the theatre. Seats are so comfy and cozy not to mention super fun! Popcorn was on point with topping and salt factor. Washrooms were clean for the amount of people on the building.
Very clean and very lovely staff but what suck is that we can’t eat in due to COVID restrictions, but other then that it was awesome! God bless I went before it have closed due to the restrictions right now
Cineplex theaters are one of the worst places to see a movie. I only go to one if they are the only place showing something i really want to see. Go to the playhouse for an amazing movie-going experience.
One of the best and decent cinema in Ancaster All seats normal (120 degree ) but not leg side which is old kind of theater seats. It has imax Screen X (which is one of the best screen) 270 degree. Screen
Staff is always friendly, location can definitely get busy depending on the show times and the days. Some times the theatre rooms are not fully cleaned out and the bathrooms are not always the cleanest.
The overall experience was good. As a parent I must say I was very disturbed about one of your ads that played before the movie, that I don't agree with exposing such young kids to. Not impressed!
Good theater even when its busy. Always well staffed during busy times to make sure everyone has the best customer experience possible. The arcade is also fun area to kill time before your movie.
Theater one seats were ok, decently comfortable. They are not the nice recliners but I know other theaters here have the nice chair. Clean facility. Good picture and sound. All in all Good times!
The theater is clean, and the floor isn't sticky. The seats are comfortable and recline. The audio and video are both high quality, and it is a great place to see the latest and greatest films
A little dirty but it's nice, big screen, lots of space. Felt the bass, speakers are AMAZING. The chairs recline, not a lot but a good amount. Overall a great experience every time!!
There is a rat in the theatre and we told the workers. The workers said they’ll talk to their manager and did nothing, watched the whole movie with a rat running around the theatre!!
Too crowded, a bit on the dirty side and food lineup took way too long. We found people sitting on our purchased seats and when confronted they fled the theatre ♂️ …
I love it here. The movie was excellent. The staff helps ifyou have problems with gettin your ticket. My grandson always enjoy playing on their game machines. Check it out.
Love the place... some people that come need to shake their heads before coming if you think you xan buy popcorn and drinks, etc, for 5 people for less than 60$
My son said my mind was gonna be blown cause I hadn't been to a theater in almost 10 yrs. I can honestly say mind blown ❤ I absolutely loved it …
It's not a bad location. It's cleaner than most. However, the bathroom smells like the cleaning solution used at camping grounds. Prices are still outrageous.
Its good, really overpriced tho and i kinda like landmark in jackson better cause they for refills on popcorn and super bomb recline chairs for cheaper lol
Great staff, awesome atmosphere. The movie going experience has changed over the years, but it's always nice to get to the movies to enjoy a little escape
Went to see Thanksgiving. Great comfy seats that recline abitz and plenty of leg room too, even for folks squeezing by. Couldn't ask for anything more!
Went to see Oppenheimer movie. It was such a long movie, so it was nice to have comfortable chairs. Popcorn was fresh and not too salty.
This theatre is so nice and clean. Love the floor plan. Its very organized. The staff is really nice. Their VIP cinema is amazing.
Great movie experience minus the annoying people but can't really avoid that either way great place to come enjoyed myself.
My boyfriend’s sister and I went to watch Barbie the staff service was great. We love the movie and we will be back soon.
Lazy boys and movies go hand and hand thanks for giving us the comfort we deserve compared to the big cinemas out there
Went to the 4D theatre. Like being on a rollercoaster. Great experience and thoroughly enjoyed the Transformer movie
Best movie experience I've ever had the 4-D motion with smoke lightning mist/rain and even smells from the movie
Good Cinema to watch movies because it isvery spacious in space and good interior. Also Hindi movie are played.
It’s very neat and clean cinema, you can see movies of different languages like Hindi, Punjabi, english etc.
Went to the movies and had a great time. Amara there is so friendly and so helpful. Such a good experience.
I gave 4 stars because although it’s a great location I’ve been to movie theatres with way better seating.
Taylor Swift concert on the big screen was amazing. Clean facilities. Slow staff at the confectionery.
Similar to any other cineplax establishment. The parking area is not very pedestrian friendly
I like this place better than Ancaster. Doesn't have IMAX but has an arcade and better vibe
10:10 show for the nun II - hot theatre, popcorn was cold and had burnt bits in the bag??
I took my family to see the flash and the little mermaid the other week and they loved it
It's ok, and the prices are ok, and they do actually layer the butter on the popcorn...
It's always good to watch some movies. The staff is friendly and nice. Never had issues
Got kicked out for being good and walking they where picking on us and cussing us out
I love this cinema, because it is the only one to show Indian movies in Hamilton.
Not bad, You can get some free popcorn in theatre lying on floor thats it
Nice selection of movies, loved hot dogs and fries for snack …
Love it , they give you extra butter on your popcorn
