EXTREMELY Disappointed!!! The new set up for buying tickets is the BIGGEST mistake ever!! The sign at the door directs you to the canteen if you are buying tickets and food. We stood in the line for over 25 minutes to be told that the show was sold out! I had handed the boy at the counter our passes from Costco for 5 people and he showed me the seating plan for the theatre and said it was sold out. Then he told me that there were two seats available at the front! Not sure how five people could sit there!? But looking at the seating plan I did notice there were about 6/7 rows in the whole theatre! Not sure who decides which movie goes in which of the theatres but they certainly don't want to make money as this was for a children's movie on a Sunday afternoon!! Maybe all the theatres are now set up with way less seats to accommodate the new recliners!! I don't know if it's just me but if I wanted to sit in a recliner to watch a movie I would stay home!! I then asked to speak to a manager and told her that there should be signs up saying which shows are sold out and she told us that we should have looked at the TV screen that was set up, which from where we were standing was behind us and behind a pole over where the self serve ticket machines were located!! She then told us we should have bought our tickets at the new ticket machines!! Well that's not what the sign at the door directed us to do!! Her attitude was far from friendly!! Not what you would expect from Management!! We now have a very disappoint grandson!! Looks like Landmark Theatres are the way to go from now on!!!
I am posting here because you have chosen not to allow people to post reviews on Facebook...and I can see why. My wife and I received a gift card and attempted to use it over the holidays to see the Mule. We booked our seats online. When we arrived we were told that we cannot see our movie because there was no heat in the theatre. We were given paper gift certificates and told to try another time. We just tried to go and see cold pursuit and the kiosk kept telling us that the numbers were not valid. We waited for a human to arrive and try a few more times. Eventually we went to the ticket taker and were advised that we had to go to the concession stand instead. Once served, we were told the movie was sold out, although it showed available seats at the kiosk. Once again we have returned home. You would think that the kiosk would be able to accept what we were given in place of our gift card or at least be told at the kiosk to go to the concession stand, let alone have one human at ticket sales to assist. If you guys cannot have your kiosks accept what you guys hand out then have a person there to process them instead of wasting our time just to have to return home, again.
Going to a movie has always been a childhood and passed time love of mine. To see amazing stories on the big screen is always an amazing experience. Ciniplex has monopolized on that experience across Canada. They are a pretty decent theater chain. Though I feel at the cost of the ticket plus the cost of snacks. We should be getting full-on meals delivered to our chairs. It costs more to go to a theater than it does to go to your favorite restaurant as a family of three to eat. As far as service and cleanliness. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. As well the theaters are always clean and ready to go after every showing. So for that I commend the employees. Do I recommend going to ciniplex? Well your choices are limited so if you want to see a good movie on the big screen then yes. Lol
The movie theater is good and they play all the latest movies but there are a couple reasons why I cannot give it five stars. Although the popcorn and drinks and most other foods are expensive making the movie you view cheaper in the experience better with more expensive equipment I can't complain. Half the time it seems like I would purchase a ticket in advance and there wouldn't even be an employee to take it when I got to the movie even on time I felt the need to wait so that he could rip the ticket that I purchased anyway. If you have any type of eye malfunction as in I have easytropea where one of my eyes turns in even slightly making it very difficult to enjoy 3D movies so I find myself just watching standard definition.
I'm giving two stars to this location only. Their Ulrta AVS theater is not at all on par with what should be expected. The movie quality is below average and scenes appear much darker than they actually are. I believe there is something wrong with their system as this (movies having very low britness) has happened to me multiple times. Friends from Toronto who came over to watch the new black panther also noted that is was excessively dark such that parts of the movie in day light seemed bight ones. The sound experience was also below average for AVS. I hope management takes not of this - dont expect it because I have made complaints before about the seating area being very messy and no one came to fix it.
Amazing experience. We had booked tickets for "Black Adam" and didn't realize it was at 3.50 pm show last Saturday and ended up going closer to 4.15pm instead. Tania( hope I got the name right if not my sincere apologies) was so proactive in giving us such a wonderful experience as she offered us to book seats at no additional cost to an another theater that starts at 4.30pm so that we don't lose watching the entire movie. Again its not about the cost as we could have afforded it but the service we received was exceptional.Great work cineplex that you have staff like Tania. Thank you so much Tania and Cineplex.
I went to the movies for the first time since Covid to the cineplex in Kingston last night. . I felt great until about an hour and a half into the show. . I felt nautious, and went to go to the bathroom . I didnt make it before I got sick leaving to go to the washroom. . I ran out of the movie theatre, as I couldn't stand. . Not sure if it was the mac and cheese bites I ate from there or if theres a flu bug. . But I do apologize to the cleaning staff. . I didnt get to see the end of the movie..but I have to say.... spending 50 dollars on food and a movie is a bit extreme......thats for 2 people..!. Insane!
Went to see a movie with my son last night for mothers day in theater 1 was very disappointed with what we found. First we went in early and they hadn't cleaned yet so we left to give them time to clean my son had bought the expensive D-box seats and they were covered In popcorn and spilt drinks. When we came back in they were exactly the same my son sat in his anyway for what he paid but I did not I had to sit in a regular seat very upsetting I know stuff happens maybe the cleaner was sick but I think at the very least he should get some kind of compensation for that. Very very disappointing!
I like the location, but the ticket kiosk is terrible. I recently tried to pay a ticket using my Scene+ points and a credit card. It didn’t go well, my points were redeemed, but I couldn’t pay the outstanding amount using a credit card. When I tried to cancel the transaction, it failed. I ended with no ticket and lost all the points. Theatre staff couldn’t help on location, and told me to contact Scece+ by phone or email. I feel Cineplex is pushing for purchasing ticket online because they are charging a $1 to $1.5 fee now. Is this why they hasn’t upgraded the kiosks in theatres?
Doing a great job COVID Style. Unfortunately, some patrons aren't paying attention to where their seating is or don't care, and we've had to oust some people from our seats, and then we've had people come sit right beside us without leaving the mandatory seats between. Mind you this was an older gentleman who got his row mixed up and sat next to my family who came with us. They didn't feel right asking him to move. Personally...I think it's all crazy, but if you're going to have these rules, enforce them somehow, or just do away with them
Recliner seats with leg room (for all you leggy types), 3D movie options, great snack selection, lots to do if you arrive early, friendly helpful staff. There is lots of parking too. You can buy your tickets in advance online, no need to print them off anymore. You can also buy them from the kiosk on site, or at the snack bar. I love that you can reserve your seats. Lucky kids these days will never know the pre-movie stress of getting that perfect spot. All I needed was blanket and my cat on my lap and the movie would have been perfection.
I've been going to this chain of movie theaters since I was a kid! Always pleased with everything and noliving the newer style of seats ! I would like to throw an idea out to Cineplex as a generous company, and since I'm not on Social Media , that they donate money to the local animal shelters in honor of Taylor Swift's itty bitty kitty committee for the airing times of the Eras Tour showings!!! Great thing to do right now especially with all the basic needs of a shelter and ongoing surrenders taking place.
I loved most things about this place including the cleanness, the way they respect covid-19 protocols, popcorn which was amazing. Although, it was too cold for an indoor place. I had to cover my shoulders with my scarf and wrap my winter jacket around my legs and still wouldn't feel warm. If you are sensitive to cold like me, bring a blanket. overall, it was a good experience and I felt safe to be inside because there were not many people there, and it was easy to maintain social distancing rules.
Had a movie pass for 2 that wouldn't scan. There was nobody at the ticket desk, just the self ticket booths, so we went to the concession stand for help. We waited in line for 10 minutes while the guy at the cash had a lengthy conversation with a customer, just to find out that they cant help us. We waited for someone, but at this point we were already 15 minutes into our movie so we just left. We were 30 minutes early! We shouldn't have missed our movie. We will be going to Landmark from now on.
If I could seriously give this a negative star rating I would! We were in theatre 9 and this place was absolutely FILTHY and not the normal popcorn and slight trash I'm talking spit on the walls that was dried on and vomit on the floor that was crusty from having been there for so long! I will never be back to this place again! I can't even believe I went and paid 100.00 for 3 people to sit in uncomfortable seats and felt disgusting the entire time! No wonder there was barf on the floor!
Saw Top Gun Maverick in AVX. Picture was good and the sound system was excellent. Best experience in a theater so far. Clean, great staff, missed out on the Dbox seats in the last row, try in future. Expensive night for me taking better half and her friend for dinner and a movie. $250 yikes lol. If you loved Top Gun this was the way to see the sequel. Definitely doing it again when bullet train comes out. Going to try Dbox seats for light year at belleville.
Lovely movie theatre with a great selection of movies. I wish the location aired the special event movies like 20th Lord of the Rings Anniversary showing or the Star Wars ones as I never had the chance to view those in theaters. The food is quite pricey, and the "free digital rentals" offered with combos isn't worth it as the selection of movies you can use that on is very limited. It's better to just bring water and grab a popcorn and save the money.
Broo this place had jipped me twice this evening. I am super mad and sad I ordered three large popcorns two seasoning and two Fruitopia's vis UBEREATS.... 30 minutes later they messed up bringing me only one popcorn and one Fruitopia this made me upset but no big deal mistakes happen. Then I re ordered two large popcorns and two seaonsing and one Fruitopia....... 30 min later I get 1 popcorn 1 seasoning. Despicable. Order from Landmark. - Mark Ruffolo
It has a large parking area .. it offers handicap areas and does offer a large arrange of eating choices.. if you don't want to deal with anyone to buy tickets then this is the spot. It is all kiosk machines to take your choice of movies and get your tickets. Sorry to see jobs were lost this way but you do get nice service at the food counter... The chairs here to relax in are lower and easy to get into if your are a short person like me...lol
Last day of our holidays my grandkids wanted to go into Kingston to see Jungle Cruise. Ordered our tickets on line, 50$, I can deal with that. I told them all, 1 drink and 1 snack each, so I ordered 5 reg drinks and 5 reg popcorn OMG!! She rang it up $71. How do you Cineplex Odeon justify charging these prices...UNBELIEVABLE. Chances of us returning are very slim, but if we do we will be snack sneakers!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nothing wrong with this theater at all. They've made a lot of upgrades over the years. Love the reclining seats, they're super comfortable. Always clean and admission is generally pretty affordable. Snacks are pricey but that's to be expected these days. They've got hot, cooked food, frozen yogurt, and regular snacks. Arcade room is huge and it's overall a great experience. Staff is usually very friendly too.
Unable to purchase tickets using their on-line menu--terrible to navigate and freezes when you're getting near to what you want. Tried to get seats for myself and 2 grandkids, but due to Covid seats are in pairs only--when I tried to reach them by phone, got only a menu of choices I couldn't use, and could never reach a live person. Gave up. Going to watch it at home through Amazon rental for 1/4 the price.
Our experience at the Cineplex Odeon was over the top. One of our best times we've ever had what snacks and drinks and good entertainment. We found the staff very courteous very polite and very helpful at the Cineplex. They do serve alcohol which is not for everybody but we found it enjoyable as we relaxed and are Lazy Boy chairs. The theatre was very clean inside very organized and it was very pleasant.
Went and saw the new Top Gun tonight. Bought seats that had the separation seat in between, so nobody could sit beside us. Didn't matter. They packed us in like sardines and it was warm as snot. My chocolate melted it was so warm. The popcorn was awful. Pretty sure the little bit I ate was my total allotment of sodium. For the year! Hotdog was tasty though, so that helped. Staff was super friendly.
Nothing really wrong with the theatre. I have been going to landmark for two years and just prefer that theatre. The seats are larger, and you can lift the arms rest. Cineplex you can't, and the recline feature is so much more limited. The pop isn't as good as landmark either and everything is so much more expensive. The theatre is Cleanish and the staff were super nice. I just like landmarks more.
A bit irritated as I pre-bought tickets that were smack in the middle of the theatre... turns out they moved us to a bigger theatre. We retained our seat numbers, but they were now no longer in the centre of anything, but off to the side. Also, usual complaints - really, REALLY expensive snacks - but you knew that. Big plus for playing a unique movie that most cities wouldn't bother playing.
We go to the movies every Tuesday and love the staff here! The staff our our favorite! Seats are amazing and they serve alcohol. My only thing that brings it down is there are no free refills on Large drinks and popcorn (when bringing kids this used to be the best feature) you are charged $2.00 to layer popcorn (other theatres only do .99¢ as much as you want) the consession adds up fast :)
save your money and go to Landmark cinemas in Kingston. the seats are terrible, the popcorn was stale, the pop was flat, no ice. the sounds quality was mediocre. we got movie giftcards for christmas, was the ONLY reason why we came here, now my other kids who did not go, DO NOT WANT TO GO.. oh and there is no free refills..google forces to give 1 star to post, so... the parking was good.
My daughter and I attended our first “stars & strollers” screening July 20, 2022 and I must say, the staff that day went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth and fun visit! The manager was very friendly assist with my stroller and the outtakes crew was so awesome and brought my food right to me as I went by myself and didn’t have the extra hands. We will definitely do it again
First Ciniplex I've been to with almost standard recliner chairs that were awfully comfortable. And I was running a little late to the start of the movie so the outtakes restaurant worker brought my ordered food right to my seat in the theater so I wouldn't miss anything. Absolutely amazing service great seats and staff and overall an amazing experience will definitely visit again!
The theater as a whole and the staff were all excellent! The upgraded seats with recliners were very comfortable and made the movie more enjoyable. The big screen and sound were all great! The only killer was the price. $77 for two people to go see a movie with popcorn and drink combo was a bit hard to swallow, but I guess that's how it goes these days. All in all, a good theater!
The sound should have been more strong. Missed the bass of theater Went to watch the malayalam movie priest. All other movie had big color cutouts and prints. This movie, had a black and white paper print on an A4 size paper put on the show board Seats were so nice and comfy. But the guard bar in front blocked the view when seats are reclined fully back Overall 3.5 / 5
Just hosted my sons birthday here. Its the perfect amount of time in the party room to eat, open presents have cake then go see the movie. We have celebrated birthdays here before and have been happy each time. Staff member is assigned to the party, take the food order and bring popcorn and escorts them to the show. We'd come back!! No muss no fuss in the house to worry about.
My son loved the arcade games before the movie and he absolutely loved the 3d movie in a recliner chair! That was a first for my wife and I to go to this Cineplex and definitely the first time we went to a Cineplex that had reclining chairs! Very comfortable, nice environment, nice staff and good popcorn! A must visit for any movie nights for kids or adults or both!
I'm not sure why, but I was surprised to realize we had to wear our masks throughout the entire movie. I guess I figured it was like a restaurant. Once I sit down and I'm eating and drinking... But no. Besides that, it's a movie theatre. Same old same old. Exactly what you'd expect. But the mask thing was a real turn off. I won't be going back until that changes.
Theatre was great, loved the plush laz-e-boy seats. However, the sound levels are unbearably high, especially the trailers and ads at the beginning. I would venture to suggest that the sound levels are in violation of the Ontario Health and Safety Act. I will not view a movie at this theatre or any other again until the sound levels are properly moderated.
Went to see Across the Spiderverse last night, the experience was seriously lacking. The audio for the movie was incomplete, with certain scenes having low or no sound. No A/C in the theater during one of our hottest summers also took away from the movie. If you want to see a movie, go to the Screening Room. At least they won't overcharge for concessions.
Compared to Cineplex, there is no comparison. You can buy the 2 admission coupon that comes with 2 popcorn and drinks for $30. You can't go wrong. Better deals, the seating is better as the armrest does come up between you and your significant other, and the sound quality is so much better. An easy choice to pick between the other cinemas.
Arrived 15 mins before the movie to grab some snacks, still ended up being 10 mins late for the show as the service was really bad. When arrived in my auditorium it was freezing and totally uncomfortable, auditoriums are not supposed to be this cold. Was really looking forward to a threater experience after covid and it totally ruined it.
Been here a million times. They always stay up to date with the latest movie technology. The Outtakes is really good but a little expensive, for example, it's almost $10 just for a poutine. The bathrooms were pretty clean. I love being able to reserve my seat and the electronic recliners are awesome, just hold a button and it tips back.
Overall experience was meh. When we asked for a second bag so popcorn could be shared since we couldn't get seats together they wanted to charge full price for a large bag with no popcorn I know concessions is where they get their money but in today's economy show some signs of decency. I think I will go to landmark next time. …
We love the big comfy seats , and the selection of classic movie theatre concessions. I also like that they have a variety of viewing options from 3D to Dbox. The staff are generally friendly and keep the theatres relatively clean. The thing we don't like is the overpriced concessions, paying 8-10$ for a drink is absolutely absurd .
First time at the Kingston Cineplex Odeon since Lord of the Rings came out... it has definitely changed a little bit! the seats are super comfortable with lots of foot room for people to get by. There are lots of arcade games if you'd like to play before or after you enjoy a film. Also. their staff were super friendly and helpful.
My friend had bought tickets online earlier this week for a show today. Not only was the process easy, but our tickets were refunded when we had to cancel our plans. They did not request a reason. This was unexpected and is very good business. We will be rebooking as soon as possible and commend this theatre for this practice.
The staff and all the facilities are really nice but I really wish they put up a paper napkin dispenser in the washrooms as some young kids are really sensitive to the loud noise that the air based hand dryers make, specially kids on Autism spectrum. It gets little upsetting. But I get it that this is a very specific case.
The best/sweetest staff. My little girl lost her wallet in the games area, the next morning we went back to see if it was found. Staff was so helpful, and truly cared. They had her wallet and everything was still in it, cash gift cards and bank card. Thank you for being genuinely great people. You all made our day.
Rating specifically for their Stars and Strollers showings. Really like that I can bring my baby to the movies, they leave the house lights more on, lower the volume, and provide a change table too! Only problem is that they don't start until 2pm, so people with kids in school can't enjoy the show.
Great experience except there was no poster for the movie Mastaney, just a black and white piece of paper. It felt like discrimination against Punjabi language movies. How come there were posters for all the other movies at the entrance of the auditoriums except for this movie (auditorium 4)?
Great place with awesome seating (the recliners are highly recommended). The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The only reason they got four stars instead of five is because they got rid of a bunch of employees and replaced them with ticket kiosks. I would rather talk to a human.
This is my go to theatre. I've been going here for years and I've only ever had one bad experience. Cheap Tuesday shows in the afternoon are the perfect time if you don't like big crowds of people. I also enjoy the reserved seating/ recliner chairs they now have in all their theatres.
Really great staff. Theater was fairly clean and well maintained. I really enjoyed the new recliner seating. Next time will have to try out the D-Box seating to get the full immersive experience. Also a great touch adding the alcohol option with your movie or throughout the theater.
Overall 4/5. 1 each for big place, recliners, food and cleanliness. Staff is friendly too. -1 for the sounds, the movie audio is a tad bit low, bass and treble is okay, I could hear others drawing popcorns out of the paper bag or adjusting seats which takes away the enjoyment.
Layout is clean. Great food options albeit expensive. Online ticket purchasing is simple and convenient. Various reward programs encourage customer loyalty. Been to the cinniplex with family, friends, and on dates; haven't had a single complaint (except for a few bad movies).
Went to see Oppenheimer, at a 10pm showing. No problems as such, the place looks ok .. really was not busy for a weekend. The only gripe I have was no hot food, I didn't ask, but I couldn't see any hotdogs being served that stand was closed. only popcorn and drinks. …
I have been to this theatre many times but my latest visit was the first time I had to sit in the very first row, and I didn't like it. There appeared to be empty seats elsewhere but we were told they were reserved. The one good thing was the comfortable reclining seats.
Really happy to see that the staff are stepping up and giving better customer service. The supervisor that was working Thursday night made a point to come and tell my friend and I that the theater was done being cleaned and that we can head in when we were ready.
This Cineplex is nice! The reclining chairs are awesome when watching a movie. The lines get pretty long so they could move the waiting area away from the doors. This place has an arcade. The snack bar is expensive. AVX seating is awesome and the movies are good!
It was alot of fun, seats are so nice now! My son and i watched the new buzz light year and had the complete theatre to ourselves! Its a little overpriced but what do you expect, its worth it. Over all its a great place to go and would like to go back soon! :)
No customer service at all! After forcing you to create an acct to puchase tickets. I needed to call and see if this theater had reclining seats. After listening to all the options, there is no way to speak to someone to ask. Very frustrating. Went to Landmark
Very friendly and patient staff. Allowed my friends kid to pick his own Star Trek drink topper. Seats were comfortable. There was opera going on in one of the theatres that day and you could hear it in the lobby. Gave a nice ambiance to our outing.
It has gone downhill. There is sooo much garbage under the chairs. The seats are cracked and worn out. There are guys walking around all of the time in there. Which I know is hard to control, and I feel bad, but some look really unstable...
Went to see Into the Spiderverse on Family Day, great experience. It was super busy, but completely expected for a public holiday. Glad we arrived early so we were able to get snacks before the movie. Theatre was great, love the chairs!
Overall experience was average. Clean place and super friendly staff, visited yesterday for the 9:40 show. One star less because my previous experience at this place was much better than yesterday’s experience with the 3D glasses.
Love the full recliner seats here, I wont see a movie any other way and there are several screens with these seats now. Tues the movies are $6.75 and there is hardly a soul, best night to go for sure. Clean theatre, cool games.
The worst website ever made. You can’t use RBC cards, cant use the scene card, cant use a TD card. The dumbest, most out of date, glitchy, slow website ever made. It’s 2023 and you guys still can’t figure out online payments?
Request for Indian Punjabi movies. Please any way your owners can start playing Punjabi movies here we have to go out of city to watch movies. Clean. If you guys start playing here that is very great full for us. Thanks reply
I've been going to Cineplex since I was a kid and it has always been a great experience. Even though I live closer to the competitor now, I still find myself going the extra distance to attend movies at my "home" theater.
Thank you to the staff for their friendliness over the years. My family and I have been coming here since it opened and have enjoyed our time greatly. We look forward to visiting again the next time we are in Kingston.
Under covid guidelines. Staff isn’t present to enforce seating in the theatre. Little to no food; we purchased two hot dogs, which tasted old and stale. Movie was good otherwise. Likely won’t visit this location again.
I enjoy the Cineplex but the prices are so high and the recliners are already getting a little worn and busted up. Not that either thing is going to stop me yet as going to the movies often provides me with some joy.
DBOX seating. The movie went well with the vibrations of the seats. Concession line went quickly. Staff were friendly and food and drinks were good. Prices are high but it seems to be the case with everything now.
Definitly my favorite! (if only we had those amenities in Montreal...) Every room have comfy lazy-boys style electric seats for the base price. Sound is crystal clear and the screen is as good. Big parking.
Very clean very friendly staff awesome sound and picture been along time since I’ve been in a movie theater I never had recliners last time I went by the way we saw the movie Free guy and it was awesome.
Went and watched IT. We got reclining seats and tons of leg room. Would have expected to pay alot more for such good seats but was not the case. Also you can buy alcohol here which I though was nice.
Took the grandson to see a movie and after the show we stayed and played in the arcade, we all had fun. The seats were very comfortable and the theater was clean and staff very friendly and helpful.
Always nice to get out and see a movie in the theater. Staff are friendly. Arcade while waiting for the movie is fun as well. Prices could be more cheaper but once in a while promotions does help.
Recline seating, good movie, good sound quality, socially distanced seating, hot date The only thing that was crazy was the food prices! Costs more than the tickets! Don't go there hungry! …
It's going downhill the chairs aren't maintained but the food is good there they could improve their staff to have all respectful staff and lose the rude and disrespectful girl that works there
Always a joy coming to this location. It's clean, well staffed with enthusiastic people. In the event that something does go wrong, they take care to make it right. Great place for family.
Standing in the parking lot after the movie ended chatting with some friends and the manager was leaving. He checked in on us to make sure everyone had a ride home. Great theatre too.
Good seats but the hand railing is in your view no matter what seat in auditorium you select. Bad oversight in building design. Ill probably goto landmark next time or different city
fantastic seats, so comfortable and it helps ease the pain from paying $20 for popcorn. I'm glad there's coffee available but variety would be nice especially NON dairy products.
More screens than you can shake a stick at. Powerful sound, reclining seat carrots most but not all movies. Would be nice if it had a few EV chargers outside in the parking lot.
we booked tickets online n v were 2 mins late till the door closed. there were two employes at the door inside n v continue knocking but they just ignored n didnt open the door
The full recliners in every theatre are THE BEST! I love it every time I come. The tickets are also more reasonably priced than at other theatres I’ve been to in the GTA.
Movie started on time great selection of seats. Super clean, theater temperature perfect. Lots of free parking close to the theater. Get the Costco ticket deal and save.
Some electrically adjustable seats are not working. My friend watched the whole batman film with his seat on "Up-straight" position. Pathetic. (On screen 5 back row)
Typical modern theatre. Spacious with electric reclining seats and a very good sound system. A few more food options than just popcorn. The bathrooms were clean.
Please do not advertise horror movies without a warning on the screen. It made our family very upset when we were watching a movie. Not happy about this at all.
Plenty of parking Good and clean theater rooms. Good customer service I like it even more now as this location has started bringing indian language movies too
Great to be able to go see movies again. Down side. How many seats they have to leave between everybody. We had to sit super close to the screen *boo*
Screen and seats are comfortable, but food and service was poor. Burnt food, ordered and paid for 6 Nuggets received 5, no apology or offer to fix.
It was terrific! Great comfy seats, good food options, lots of space, felt very safe. It was my very first vist to a theater since covid started :)
Great movie experience. We reserved the motion leather recliners . Super comfortable, love the motion throughout the movie. Theatre is very clean.
Overall it was fine. Comfortable reclining seats. I did pay $2.50 for layered butter and I do not think I got it. The popcorn was dry and salty.
No need to rush in for first day first show. Wait till middle of week. Not too crowded, grab middle row, few munchies and a cola …
It's a nice enough theatre. Pros: -Reclining seats -Big Screen, NON 3D options -Clean Cons: -Reclining seats didn't always work -No Timeplay
Great movie theater. Could shave a few dollars off the canteen. Small buttered popcorn and a small soda 16.50. And I didn't even get kissed.
Seating good. Sound pretty good. Picture pretty good. Two medium soft drinks one medium Popcorn $27 ridiculous! Ripping customers off!
The cineplex is in a great condition but when whe entered they where popcorn on the ground and behind the seats but overall great
