I visited Cinestar Multiplex recently and had a mixed experience. Firstly, the corridor lacked air conditioning, making it uncomfortable, especially in the hot weather. Additionally, the lighting inside was quite dim, which affected the overall ambiance. Cleanliness was also a concern during my visit. On a positive note, the movie experience was somewhat marred by the less-than-ideal sound quality. Despite these drawbacks, the staff was friendly and accommodating. I hope they address these issues to enhance the overall moviegoing experience. It's a decent place, but improvements are needed for a better rating.

Just avoid nightshows... Not recommended for families due to bad crowd. Stag entries make the internal environment so bad and disturbing Recently i watched a night show and the whole environment was so loud and annoying... People were randomly shouting and were using their mobile phones with full volumes, using their flashlights, frequently shifting their seats... Overall it was my worst experience

Worst staff behavior ever seen in a Cinema hall. You won't get anything in the canteen other then Popcorn n Cold Drink that too if you're lucky n reach on time. Nobody will escort you through the dark, to your seat in the hall, so you better keep a torch with you. With the name tag of company like Big Cinema, you definitely can not expect any worse. Don't waste money and don't go there...

Worst experience of my life ever in theatre. Don't go there. I went there to watch tiger 3 and after the intermission the vocals of the movie got very unclear. Everybody was shouting about it but till the end the issue was not resolved. It was a night show so the cinema hall entrance was closed. We can't complain about it because of it. Don't go there. Worst service.

Not a very good place.. very shady place! Shady parking! Only reason we went to this place was because recliners for fukrey 3 were available here only at that time as it was weekend! It’s just decent.. crowd is not very good.. so if you are planning to go with family than this is not a very good option. Boys can manage;)

This is one of the decent theatres available in the vidhyadhar nagar area. This contains 2 screens one with bigger capacity and another one with relatively lesser capacity. Their food options are relatively economical. It's a go to place for us. Outside the theatre there are ample food options available.

I have gone to see jawan when we enter the checking roome he scane our ticket and it does not scan and there were lot of people who were standing and we miss the entry seen of saharukhan entry and in the end there was song they did not play very bad experience

This was the only theatre in Jaipur that screened a Tamil show of the movie "Leo" in Jaipur. The management is very much accommodating and welcoming so that a theatre full of South Indians could have their day of life. Congrats and thanks. :)

The multiplex provided an average experience. The uncomfortable seats and distracting gap between the screen and roof impacted the overall comfort. The waiting area was acceptable, and while the sound quality wasn't great, it was passable.

I came here to watch satyaprem ki katha. In july they are not switch on the ac. Worst movie theatre that i see. After reminding multiple times to staff. There is no one who can on the ac.
