Worst customer service establishment I have been to in years....Staff uncaring, no sense of urgency, no accountability...Very amateur....I arrived first in my party then doors were locked...when I mentioned that other members of my party could not get in I was told to open the doors myself....then the customer service clerk couldn't type in order properly...or figure out how to print tickets...then the next customer service person sent me to the wrong screen!...when I asked for a refund the manager said the tills were closed so speak to the online customer services to get a refund and it would be OK...Phoned customer services who said ...terms and conditions state..etc etc...and said it was not possible for a refund...shambolic and shameful behaviour!...Screen was dirty...seats were grubby...A shamefully fall from grace for Cineworld..Once a front line runner in the movies entertainment...now propping up the lower end...only a matter of time before this chain closes for good and it is clearly visible why..Cineworld Bexleyheath reminded me of frankie and bennys fall from grace and grubby establishment just before they closed their doors for good after going bankrupt....shame on you Cineworld...Much more attractive big screen players offering better experience...Try another movie provider...Thanks....W

If we're being perfectly honest, this cinema is only ok/average. However, I personally have some sort of soft spot for it, and really love it. Convenient location, has loads of shops around it, the tickets are around half the price of places like the O2, has people around but never feels packed, the staff seem relaxed and nice. Overall, it just feels like a very calm, convenient and comfortable experience for me - there have been rumours it might shut down, and I must admit I would be quite sad if that was the case. Only thing to point out, the seats are not as comfortable as some other cinemas (the backs seem to almost push you forward)

Nothing special but very important family-friendly leisure option for residents from across Bexley and northwest Kent. It is a well-run facility, always clean and usually not overly crowded, with a decent selection of films. It is such a treasure to have a cinema in our local town centre. I love that we can walk down the street and into a cinema. We often take advantage of the Movies4Juniors scheme, where tickets cost just 2.50 per person for selected kids movies showing mid-morning on weekends and school holidays.

The stuff members in this cinema are extremely RUDE & unwelcoming .I have never seen anything like it. I went to asked them questions None of them are willing to help with my inquiries just looking each other and giggled. I’ve seen a young person confused about her ticket none of them willing to help her as well. I’ve also noticed they don’t treat people equally. The manager should’ve been ashamed for having such a bunch of arrogant and unprofessional stuff members honestly

There were no sauce toppings for the ice creams that were being sold. A baby cried throughout the performance. The staff did not seem to know the policy for such an event and giggled when I told them. One finally came into the auditorium just when the baby was quiet. I was told that I could get a refund if I couldn't stay. I mentioned that getting a large party together was not easy and although a refund would be nice it wasn't ideal. .

This venue has gone downhill badly. Aircon in the main foyer hasn't worked for months and they haven't had a working ice machine for about the same time, several screens now have no Aircon as well. They appear to have hired more staff than ever however based on my last visit this just means they have each other to talk to whilst they ignore customers. Have been coming here for around 15 years and this is the worst it's ever been.

Not the best experience, small seat's, extremely loud to the point you can't enjoy the film, Nachos are very overpriced for the poor quality, jalapenos looked old and stale, only A pot of sauce with the Nachos not even got cheese on them, extremely disappointing over all, no wonder Cineworld is dying. Edit, I just heard this place is likely to be turned into flats it's about time!

This would have been a perfect experience today, but for the lack of soap in the ladies toilet by screen 1, even after asking staff and l was told that they will refill within 5 minutes. On my second visit to the ladies, there at wasn't any soap. This blatant disregard for the customers hygiene and in the aftermath of COVID-19, things like this should not be downplayed at all.

Been coming here for the last 18 months and always found the venue easy to book tickets on line in advance. The cinema car park is just around the corner and there is free parking after 6pm every day. Only criticism is the soft drinks and popcorn is grossly over priced for what it is. Hopefully Cineworld management will wake up and think about families on a tight budget.

Snacks are overpriced and served by a guy the wouldn't stop touching his face and armpits, the venue is clean and well maintained ... few of the screens need restreaching, but that's mainly my OCD twitching ... definitely worth booking as many "movies for Juniors" as you can get to, they are often undersold and both amazing value and a great start for the little ones.

Cinema is very small- had watched 2 movies here till now. Good thing is- it is not over crowded. Staff is always smiley and welcoming :) Toilets were mess this time - as it was clogged with toilet papers and no one was there to clean it up! Location is convenient and ticket prices are not very expensive. So overall- a good place to enjoy the quick movie

Went to see the Barbie movie, pretty much had the place to ourselves, despite it being the summer holidays. Good pick and mix selection, popcorn, hot dogs and nachos to eat, good range of drinks and ice cream available. Staff were friendly, the cinema was was cleaned before our film. Toilets were a bit grubby but not disgusting by any means. Had a great time

One the worst cinemas ive been too not loud enough screen is small and chairs are uncomfotable and not decending so unlucky if you have someone sitting infront of you as youll struggling to see. Wouldnt mind if the price was lower in comparison to other london ainemas but not the case unfortunately. Really need to be referbed.

My family and I went to see the new Turtles movie. I always love the milkshakes. They didn't really have so many flavours this time, but still great. It was my first time going in 7 months since I had my youngest son, so it was a very different experience. It was my first time going with my children, and it was very chilled.

Sadly under current restrictions a cinema won't be the same as before. Booking seats online, applies covid restrictions with seat space between you and another viewer. Sitting in the cinema even for the latest Premier release, the cinema will more than likely be half full which is a shame.

  • Stacey Smith

Great staff, clean venue, completely accessible for a wheelchair user (when they refurbished they ensured that not all accessible seats are shoved directly in front of the screen so now I can enjoy all of the screen and not have neck ache). Easily one of the best Cineworlds in the country.

  • Davy Emk

Great place for cinema. It has only one sitting level, unlike other cinemas that I have been to that have ascending sits to the back, whereby the ones at the back are higher than the ones at the front. It has free parking in the evening, I think, from 6 pm please confirm on arrival.

  • Clare C

Better than it was a few years ago when last week. They must have had a refurb in that time. Small screen but was only handful of people in there so suited us. Very cheap, adults pay kids prices so cinema for 2 was £11 in total... now I know it has been improved I will use it more.

This cinema felt a bit too small. It was clean overall. There is decent food. The popcorn were good. Nachos were served with the wrong sauce, but jalapeño portion were big. Limited sitting space outside the hall and shop area. The cinema experience were standard with no crowd.

Just remembered that I came here last December to watch Avatar:the Way of the Water and never did a review of the cinema.Very affordable, big screens and very helpful staff. When I went it wasn't busy, I loved the lighting of the cinema too!No pictures though …

  • Karl Cocklin

It was clean and tidy, the screen was a nice size, and more importantly the audio was excellent..... However, the refreshments are expensive!!!!..... They cost more than the tickets!!!!!....... You have been warned.... …

  • Beatrice Cooper

Used to be better, feels a little bit sad and empty when you go in now, I think because Frankie and Benny's is gone. Popcorn Diet Coke and Pick and Mix is all wayyyy too expensive!! Still very clean and staff are nice, what can they do.

I have been coming to cineworld bexleyheath since 2007. Its not the same anymore sadly. Mostly empty. Won't be surprised if this goes into administration. Saying that I'm making the most of it by buying a cineworld card fir 3 months.

  • Samantha Nickol

Had a birthday party event here for my daughter and the children loved it. The booking process was simple and communication leading up to the event was really good. The auditorium was the perfect size and everything went smoothly.

  • Molly Gibbons

I have spent many a happy hour enjoying films here, and look forward to many more.I have found the staff to be very helpful. The toilets are always clean and well stocked. The screening rooms are always clean and comfortable.

  • THESirBazile

First time visiting. Was a little confused as to where I was in relation to the cinema, but soon sorted that. Very helpful staff, even told me about free parking. Apparently, it's free for the first 4 hours. Will be back.

  • Carys

There were five members of staff standing doing nothing apart from talking whilst a queue was waiting to be served. One woman was working but was trying to manage the entire shift on her own. Movie Slayed tho

  • John McCarthy

As a pair of pensioners, we opted for the 11.40 show ( nice and early ) The film was aimed at adults, who all behaved themselves, making it an enjoyable visit. All staff were polite and there to help.

  • Colin Paxton

Some of the cheapest tickets around, but fairly small screen and relatively cramped seats. Food and drink was a slow moving queue but I find that in most cinemas otherwise the staff were fine.

  • Asabi Beckles

Best ice cream selections, eveb better than the O2. Though it feels small, the 9 screens are tucked away making a great in and out cinema where you can relax without worrying about big crowds.

  • Dawn E Garton

Super visit to the cinema, saw John Wick 4 which was excellent. The coca cola and popcorn were lovely. The staff friendly and helpful a really nice night in all.

  • Tracey Gregg

Clean, tidy, temperature comfortable, lights didn't go down till about 30 minutes into film, food completely over priced, but that's cinemas in general

  • lisa hawkins

Privately hired a screen for our scouts. Did the popcorn, chocolate and water package with it. Well organised, bonus of no adverts and friendly staff

  • colzy111

Not a bad cinema overall but I think all cinema’s should have what the seating is like in each screen before you have to book your seats

  • Angela Sweeney

Unlimited screening. Film was with Nicholas Cage. Dream scenario comes out on the 10th of November. I'll let you make your own mind up.

  • Rob Cummings

Enjoyed going to the Cinema. Clean and tidy after showing. Staff are friendly and helpful when needed. Parking available nearby.

  • James Ebdon

Go regularly with my wife's Autistic son on a Sunday morning. Always made to feel welcome. Good value tickets and refreshments

  • Lola Olusegun

Enjoyed a Sunday matinee recently. Very reasonable prices for VIP seats compared to London's v expensive prices.

  • Ruby Deng

Lovely, staff always friendly and helpful. Self-help kiosk way to use. Relatively clean and tidy environment.

  • Drew Joan

Small but a good enough cinema Ticket prices are okay but I’d advise you to get your snacks somewhere else

  • Queen H***

Nice space and easy to navigate to the screens. Clear signs. Didn't buy food so can't comment

  • dharmender K

It's fine..the hall was very small. Only 60-70 seats. Sound was also ok, not that great.

  • peter mole

Ok but wouldn't want to watch a film more than hour and a half, seating not that comfy

  • Kevin Crowhurst

Went on national film day. Paid £3 ,per ticket. Had a great night. Popcorn and drinks.

  • Vickie Mulford

Friendly staff, clean and tidy foyer and screens, nice local cinema.

  • Peace Iwo

Lovely place to be, nice location, professional and friendly staff.

  • Terencey

Clean, tidy, comfortable, large screens and reasonably priced

  • Claire Mapley
