Lines are always long, never have enough staff, and instead of bringing staff out of the Office to help ease the lines, they just close the business line, then business customers have join the regular line.
This branch is the worst. They require me to make an appointment to close out an account. I come to my appointment on time and I’m still here waiting for over 15 mins.
