do not valet here.. do not monthly park here. on Wednesday September 13th, my car was robbed while in their care. I approached the attendant, explained the theft of an older Samsung tablet used my my autistic son, and was told that a shady homeless person must have done it. even going as far as saying the perpetrator ran out the lot, exactly where I was standing... bs.. do not park here.. you are better off leaving you vehicle with an actual vagabond, it will be in better hands.

NOT A SECURE PARKING GARAGE!! Overrun with vagrants and extremely sketchy. Came here with multiple people and still felt like I might have to fight some one off. The front says $3 the car attendant makes up prices based upon what kind of car your driving. Apparently my car ranks = $10. When the front of the building clearly states $3. Lots of blind turns and definitely a wreck waiting to happen. Very steep inclines...

Please be careful parking here. My friend came to meet me for an event and was told the car could be left until 2AM. We returned to retrieve her car at 9:30PM on a FRIDAY! And the entire parking garage was locked and they charged her extra for overnight stay. We asked people hanging out by the building and they told us that the owners close whenever they get tired and it’s never at the same time.

Pros: centrally located, $8 (Aug 2017) daily parking (park @ 1am pay = $16), entertaining good-mood morning keeper. Cons: terribly maintained, typical LA parking honeytrap (morning: will charge x2 days for arriving at the AM) not safe@night. Bottom line: park someplace else.

Don’t park here! They told us that we could get our car at 9 pm when we came it was closed at 845. We explained the next day that we had to spend 60 on an Uber home but they still charged us for overnight parking. Very scam like I recommend parking anywhere else

Be careful, because it says all day parking and then they lock up, leaving your car inside and the number they have for the parking lot isn’t even working so you literally have no one to call, their time of hours of operation on the sign isn’t even accurate

Lies of omission. When asked how much to park for the night, quoted $10, but upon picking up the car at 7 am the next morning, charged another $8 because "the night ends at 6am". Then lied by insisting he told us that we had to get our car by 6 am. Beware.

Parked here at 1030 AM and left around 730 PM. The process was simple you pay $10 for all day parking, park then comeback after and leave. Just ask the attendant what time they close so your car won't get locked in.

Stay Away!!! I mean it, stay away from this parking space. There's a lot of other parking that doesn't have a creepy vibes. And warning! Don't go to Fire Exit, that place stinks!

Terrible service. I was hassled to pay twice for weekend parking. Beware of the man who can’t speak english, he pockets cash and does not confirm receipt. Seriously unacceptable.

The good: seems safe, always plenty of room, easy to access, pretty cheap The bad: dirty, closes at 11 usually, cash only I will keep coming here but I also cant give it 5 stars

Do not come here. Close & open at random times. Got stuck for a night because of this. It is now 8 am and it's still closed. And they charge you 25 dollars afterwards.

Cheap $10 parking but it is creepy AF. The elevator barely works. Smells like urine throughout. But it's $10 so...
