The security guards go out of their way to serve you attitude when you weren't interacting with them. People are likely already going there for reasons they're not too thrilled about, it's not much to ask for basic decency out of the people you employ.... Right? Yes, they're security detail, but their job also entails directing people where to go or where to stand. Basic customer service should be expected, especially when there's plenty of people looking for work in this climate. Not to mention, it immediately becomes your problem when their computer system is down. I hope you're not unfortunate to pick the day when their systems are down.

I arrived at 6:28 to buy a parking sticker,they asked for some additional papers for my car which i had in my car but they told me if i go out i can't get in, i asked if i call my wife to bring them to me "inside" ,they said " no, she can't get in ,this is our policy " then a indian guy yelled behind those desks " we're closed come back Monday" they were mean and rude ,i really don't recommend this place !

I went in last time & the guards are nice n all but the lady that i got was very rude & zero helpful! She seemed as she had no interest in working that day .... she looked Hispanic , short , chubby & I would expect for her to be nice since I’m mexican too . But seems like she feels more than others .

The judge (Philip) didn't even properly listen to my side of the story for the Red Light Violation. And still told me to pay for the violation. Gave only 2 min of time on my case. Its hard to pay something in this pandemic when you lost your work!

Found parking close to the office, since I arrived 5 minutes before they were closing the line only had two peolple. The person who took care of me was professional and efficient. The only bad thing was that only two cashier's were working.

This location by far has the best customer service! Everyone is very friendly specially a huge shout out to Tomieka F. She was a tremendous help , extremely nice, we cannot thank her enough for helpful us out. She was a true blessing!

It would be nice if you can purchase parking permits here but you can't. That doesn't make sense, parking permits goes with your city sticker, now. That's why there's no lines.

The only reason my visit was great was because Ghita(Rita). She was super nice and very helpful. Appreciate people like Rita that make stressful situations, less stressful.

Today and Tuesday they don't open till 11:00 am, I got there at 10:00 am, I was able to go in cause I had appointment to contest a ticket, by the way I lost.

City person doesn’t know how to issue city sticker on transfer plate like WesternUnion employees do .. Gives wrong info like i need renew my valid plate

Every employee in there has a attitude,from security to judge. We are the ones paying their salaries with our hard-earned money.

Went to contest a ticket, brought work along figuring I'd be there a while...nope. Fantastically fast

There was a severe delay in opening up, but once they opened up everyone was serviced rather quickly.

This business opens at 9 a.m. To get a closer spot to the entrance try to get there by 8 a.m.
