Karli Little is the worst property manager I’ve ever dealt with. Her communication skills are next to none. She was a bully the entire time we were tenants for city realty. Every other property manager before her was professional. She took over and since then it has been nothing but chaos. To keep this short as I’ve attempted to detail it twice now and had google tell me it’s too many words to post. Poor communication ✅ Uses her position as a way to bully her tenants ✅ Has no people skills in a job that requires to communicate with people ✅ Long story short. Having a property manager like Karli representing for city realty’s firm is going to tarnish the name and eventually people will start to stay away from renting from C.R because of the incompetence to put a rude, mean and hateful property manager in her place and take action. She has communicated rudely, She threatened to refuse our rental lease at a time it was coming up soon. Without any reason to. She was contacted only for rental related matters. We hardly ever spoke to her so there was no reason to be rude. Threatening to unfairly refuse our renewal at time of rental crises in this state merely to use her position as a property manager to stand over people and bully. as soon as that conversation took place we decided we had to move because we were no longer happy with the treatment by Karli and city realty who enables her. They were notified about this incident and tried to defend her at first until we asked them to review the phone call. They checked it out and then got in contact again saying her professionalism went out the window a bit. Yet nothing was done at all. She still continues. We found a property after applying for over 100 , We spent $400 on cleaners and every night we went back to grab furniture for our new rental and at the same time cleaned while we were there. The last inspection comes around and the house was absolutely immaculate due to the lengths we went through to clean it so Karli wouldn’t find something to be rude to us about. Even with all that effort as well as constant bullying by Karli prior.. she still found stuff to complain about. She withheld our bond from us as a last attempt to keep us really stressed. We needed it to secure our new property. We ended up getting a loan cause she kept it from us claiming we owe city realty $10,000approx for minor floor damage on 1 floor board .. She claims a minuscule floor board water damage spot is worth $10k with the excuse being if one floor board gets replaced it ruins the quality and value of the rest of the flooring … and that we need to pay for the rest of the flooring to be replaced. . While in the middle of this drama and moving out, the landlord and CR accepted new tenants straight away and even the rent went from $500 per week to $600/$650 per week. I really think this is a joke profiting off of us moving out. Even with claims it’s damaged and in need of $10k worth of maintenance. . It was an absolute joke! By now we’d had enough and took her to the tribunal. We waited 4 months for our bond back. She was still withholding our bond by this point My other half dealt with communication from there on. Karlis behaviour had created a lot of stress for me , it caused me an immense amount of anxiety, insomnia and depression. I didn’t attend the tribunal as I wouldn’t be able to cope with the situation as well as my other half. My anxiety was through the roof at this time. Since this we moved twice. By the second house we secured a date for the tribunal. We took her to court and came back the winners !!!! the tribunal agreed that there was no justification for her claims. Finally Karli is out of our lives and we got our bond back last week. She tried to scam, bully and unfairly hurt us but didn’t get to. CR, do something about this person.

Glynis was absolutely phenomenal an absolute God send. I cannot sing her praises enough. I was with another real estate agency who allowed my Tennants to get months behind in rent and didn't bother to try and rectify the situation. I called Glynis for help and even though she wasn't my agent at the time she was extremely helpful with all her knowledge and took her time to thoroughly explain everything to me. As it was a long process she called almost daily to make sure I was doing ok with all the stress caused from the previous real estate agency. Finally once it all got sorted I said a very happy goodbye to that real estate agency and came across to city realty. Glynis went above and beyond and I will be forever grateful, her expertise is invaluable. Thank you Glynis for being truely amazing.

My experience with City Realty was amazing. I had the pleasure of having Ella Pena as my building manager. The whole experience with Ella, from our initial inspection and our year as her tenants until moving out, was seamless and just an overall pleasant experience. Troy from City Realty was an amazing real estate agent. We raised our concerns regarding a potential leak in the roof during ingoing inspection, which he ensured was addressed swiftly and also credited us with 7 days worth of rent as compensation. Competent and approachable. Dealing with Stephen was absolute pleasure, he is very knowledgeable and competent. We had envisaged this whole process of purchasing to be very cumbersome and I am sure it would have been, was it not for Stephen making it a breeze. He is very helpful, very responsive and very proactive. One can really relax when it comes to Stephen handling a sale.

Great System. We get ample notice when leases come up for review, notice when an inspection has occurred and photos of the property when it is done. They took months to replace our broken stove, among many other maintenance delays. They illegally entered my house twice. (Once in violation of COVID self-isolation orders, once to conduct an inspection without providing the legal minimum notice period). Took half a year to get my bond back.
