Metrorail system is very un reliable, they hold the trains up 1/2 hour on pick time. I am late 3 days out of the week. I get up at five in the morning and start to work at seven and steel get late. Is frustrating to depend on a service that doest not deliver. Use to be 6 wagon trains and now are only 4, were are the other 2 wagons? As a user I think that Miami metro rail system is pour to say the least.

I've had a liver transplant two weeks ago. I have a special needs sister in a wheelchair that I cannot see because of no working elevator. This and the Tri-Rail station elevators should be two of the most working on the line. If you are in a wheelchair, how can you come down to the hospital district?

Excellent collection of medical centers, hospitals, doctors offices & specialty care. The Metrorail station is conveniently located in the center of all of these facilities so that you can park your vehicle at a Metro parking garage & use the transit system to get there.

Trains never on time. They squeal at such a loud decimal level it hurts the ears. And do not run often enough during peak hours. In addition price keeps going up and services keep going up.

There is a Public Library right inside this station.The Civic Center Station Branch Library part of the Miami-Dade Public Library System. Books, DVD's and a Computer. Free internet.

Always delayed dirty and many times with out air conditioning the windows state do not open only for emergency and not enough trains in peak hours.

There's no decent word in the English language to describe the elevators at this train station. Sickening 'Jon crow' stomach is putting it mildly.

The security guard is rude and disrespectful he needs to be fired for the way that he talks to people

By rail or by tram Civic Center is a safe clean central link to Miami.

It's just a train stop or bus located by the hospitals and court house
